Delivery time was fantastic, my doors arrived at the depot and went out the same day to my house. Their customer service professional Tracy helped me twice by phone was courteous, professional, very friendly, this was the best interaction I have ever had with any corporate customer service. My driver Terrell was also fantastic, an excellent driver and very helpful. I seem to have had a far better experience than most reviewers so I imagine for larger items their semi drivers are probably much better. This delivery was a 'customer offload' for which I was equipped, but still Terrell gave me a lot of help.
Who ever your driver was coming out of west virginia into virginia at 920 pm 10-23-2024. Is a idiot. Came through a crowded rest area running 45 mph. I get it that schedules are tight.but people's lives matter more.think it's time for safety meeting.

Stay away from this company, three weeks of my package sitting on a loading dock without any effort by them to get cleared. I did the work for there mistake got it cleared then they didn't ship it on there two next trucks because it took up to much space.

Ordered an item from Costco. Delivery included delivery to any room in house on ground floor. Delivery person claims that a 1 story house has two floors and left item in garage. Do not use ever. Also damaged front lawn while driving away in a hurry.

Driver parked in the middle of a residential neighborhood street blocking all the home and bus routes. He takes 1 package off of truck and starts to have a personal conversation with customers. I'm asking for him to move truck over to customer driveway he tells me no and so what not his problem and he doesn't care. I had to call PD just to get him to move out the middle of the road. I would never use this company due to customer service

The customer service is terrible. Company change delivery days multiple times. They brought half the order and ruined a planned vacation. If you purchase is time sensitive use another company. They did not even try to correct their mistake. Item was sent back due to having to purchase another because they would not keep their word.

We have purchased multiple appliances through Lowes. This is the shipper they use. They rescheduled, no showed and showed up late with products that they damaged. The delivery guys were rude and messy. I spoke with the manager at Lowe's and he acknowledged how poor the shipper is and stated "They are contracted" saying that the receive conplaints all of the time. I am goin on stop purchasing through Lowes and go back to a small, local appliance company.

I ordered a refrigerator directly from the Samsung website. XPO attempted to deliver my refrigerator and said my doorway entrance was too small. He told me the measurements for what size fridge would fit through my doorway. I ordered a smaller refrigerator within the measurements he told me and for the next delivery I get a different crew for delivery. They tell me that the second one will not fit either. Mind you, the second fridge is smaller than the one currently in my house and the doorway hasn't changed at all. The measurements they were showing me on the paper for the fridge were different than the ones listed on the website. They didn't even make an attempt. They're lazy and just didn't want to do the job. Needless to say, I will be going with another company who does not use XPO logistics for delivery. Never buy directly from Samsung…XPO logistics is terrible

Twice this company has failed to deliver shipments to me. They offer absolutely no help and push the blame off on the shipper. I know if I failed to deliver a load when I was driving I would have been fired! This company is a joke! Do yourself and your customers a favor and just don't use them!

I had ordered a Samsung product and this company is handling the shipment of it. The delivery date is given after 2 months. Even though I had multiple calls to reschedule but nothing is happening. Their customer service is pathetic. Do not use this shipping company. They are completely incompetent. I have spoken to several "Resolution Specialist" who have been completely ineffective answering any question or resolving any issue. And too many lies. One of the support member said within 24 hrs someone from local hub would call and make delivery arrangement but that time didn't come at all. They just apologize and do nothing. Just be aware of these guys.

We ordered through LG.com not knowing they subcontract through this awful company. They have now jerked us around with delivery and installation dates that are cancelled at the last minute three separate times. My husband has lost two days of work on these last minute cancellations and now they again are a no-show on a Saturday. The phone service people can only help so much because their business systems are inherently flawed.

Delivery drivers have no skills or proper tools to install over-the-range microwave ovens. Very poor workmanship. My unit does not work properly due to improperly attached to cabinets. Microwave was purchased from Samsclub.com.

Horrible delivery service stick to the name brands! Poor customer service just reschedule deliveries on their own and don't notify anyone!. I took the day off and they claim they cannot find my 300 pound bed go figure!

At least these guys delivered the product 99% of the way. Dumped it off at the end of our lane in a cul-de-sac because driver was too lazy to hunt for "R" on the shift lever, I guess. Actually the claim was it was too difficult to back down the lane with a semi—except it wasn't a semi. It was about the same size as a moving truck. About the same size as the moving truck my 25-year-old, never-driven-a-truck-in-her-life daughter had zero problem backing down the lane the day she helped us move into our house.

Just wanted to let you all know that to date I have not gotten any refund. I did got an email from the Claim Department on August 2023 giving me a Claim # and have not heard anything from them since.
Will keep fitting until the end! If we don't, they will not get better!

Never got hired, a $#*!ty company, I got names also to watch out for if you already applied to this devel company, Dustin in recruiting and Cheyenne in talent acquisition. Horrible. Ordered an appliance from lowes should've been delivered Monday 7/7/23 for whatever reason never showed up. They have no way to contact their drivers except for email which seems a bit ridiculous considering cell phones exist. The fact that I had to call 15 times and got no help what so ever other than repeatedly sending emails to whoever without getting a response is unacceptable. Lowes should do better than use a company that cannot figure out their head from their $#*!. Do not tell me you cannot bring my appliance out the next day when you failed to deliver the day prior. If I could leave 0 stars I would!

Ordered a $2000+ mattress, shipping failed, altered my reschedule of delivery without any notice, and after calling multiple times customer service there's a defect with item when scanning and cannot perform shipment.

Absolutely the worse company I have had to deal with. Really wish I could zero star them. No call no shows 6+ times in a span of a month. Initial delivery was supposed to be 11/29, it is 12/21 and am still trying to get my fridge delivered.

XPO is truly the worst company in the world. They have no idea where their shipments are at any given time, no way to communicate with their drivers, and no apparent interest in customer support. Their poor employees live in fear of the supervisors, with one call center worker confiding in me that she feared being fired if she transferred me to a supervisor, as I had requested. Not that the supervisors can actually help, mind you. Their go-to strategy when dealing with customers is frequently to put them on hold for five minutes and then hang up, hoping, I guess, that some other hapless customer support representative will have to pick up the call next time. If I have one wish for our future, it is that Costco finds a better logistics company to work with than this absolute dumpster fire of an operation.

Ordered a refrigerator from Samsung they use XPO logistics to ship and install. After weeks of calls and trying to get my order xpo finally brings it and it's so badly dented in along front left side and door it was not usable! They you get stuck re ordering and wait time starts over from beginning but now your paying the bill for something you don't have and the warranty is running along with the return time if you ever get one that you can accept with out physical damage… now another one is sitting at xpo hub and I'm told they have no delivery date available! Not acceptable business practice, I'm sorry I ever ordered from a company that uses xpo logistics

Do not use this shipping company. They are completely incompetent. I have spent hours on the phone and still have not receieved our delivery nor been able to get it rescheduled. I have spoken to several "Resolution Specialist" who have been completely ineffective answering any question or resolving any issue. They instead apologize profusely, with no solution or resolution. An apology with out change is just manipulation. Lesson learned.

This company has rescheduled my delivery on four separate occasions and I still do not have my product. They were completely unwilling to work with me. Customer service is beyond horrible. Stay away from this delivery company at all costs.
