I don't know which number you are trying to reach them. This one is the one I called 877-803-6890 twice today and both case someone at least answer. They don't fix the situation but did answer. Also have with you order number, your personal information like address, name, phone. Good luck
I placed mine the same day and received it 10 days later, but FEDEX was not consistent about updates so I never knew when it was to arrive.
Same here, I have done the same for 3 days. They took my money NO PRODUCT
Sorry Patricia. But like you Im experience the same thing with Yankee Candle Company. I placed my order on December 2nd 2019 and everytime i attempted to tracking i couldn't find my order. I know several people who this has happened too. Looks like we got screwed by big buck businesses...
I also ordered on 12/3 and my status says "in warehouse". I tried calling customer service but the wait time is over 1 hour. I went with the "chat" function. It took 5 tries to actually have the system respond. I was assisted by Charmaine who told me that my order is still in the warehouse waiting to be packed and then shipped. When I asked if I would have it by the 25th, she said "We do not have any idea when it will be shipped out." I then asked if it could be cancelled and the response was "We can request it to the warehouse but we cannot guarantee that this order will be cancelled. We will send you notification once we heard back from the warehouse within 24-48 hours." What in the world is going on with Yankee Candle? I used to place orders and I would receive them 2 days later. This is unacceptable. I guess they really don't care about customer service.
