You can go on their website's "contact us" section to send them an email straight from their site by filling in the fields they provide. So far I've always received prompt replies and friendly emails. If need be, they even have an "email our CEO" option.
They have great customer service! I had an issue with my order not going through and the Yesstyle reached out to me through email apologizing and even sent me some coupons! If you go on their website and click on the upper left hand corner, you can see that you can check your order details and track shipping straight from their website.
