Can i trust yesstyle.com during payment by credit card? is this a trusted site? are the products good quality?

Answer:

I only use my credit card on Yesstyle and everything has always went smoothly for me! Have been a costumer for a few years now. When it comes to quality of products make sure to check clothing sizes, reviews, and pictures. You can usually tell by pictures and product information if the quality can be lacking or not.

How long is shipping if you live in the u.s?

How much time it will take shipping.and what about the product quality

Answer:

Shipping takes as long as 3-5 business dates after they have gotten the products you ordered to their facility. How long these products take to get in their facility is available under the product listing before you click add to cart and is also visible in the cart. The product quality is amazing to me! I have ordered makeup, skincare, clothes, and accessories and they have all been authentic and great quality!

Hi if the item state that it was in stock and it will ship within 24 hours is that true ?

Hi Lily, Yes, if the item is stated "in-stock" it will usually be ready to ship in 24 hours! So the delivery time will be processing time + shipping time to destination. Please note that the above is only true is all items in the order are in-stock, as we only provide 1 shipment per order. Delivery from Yesstyle comes well packaged and in a timely manner. My last order came in a fancy white box with Yesstyle's sleek logo on top. Inside, each item is also packaged individually.

How is their customer service? is it easy to contact yesstyle?

No complaints about customer service or contacting them so far. You can go on their website's "contact us" section to send them an email straight from their site by filling in the fields they provide. So far I've always received prompt replies and friendly emails. If need be, they even have an "email our CEO" option.

I already purchased and paid thru a credit card, although i saw really bad reviews about the site. will my purchase ever reach me?
