It's the same as buying in a physical store :) you don't know a product, most times you can only try it out for texture or not even that therefore you're winging it ;) Sometimes you hit jackpot others... not so much. I did buy stuff there without reviews and with and if i may say the one with review is the one i actually can't have (even when most people seem to love it, it just didn't do it for me).
