I read that you will bill annually, what if I don't like the service but have been charged for it?

Great question, Kyla! You are able to cancel your service at any time. There is a 30 day money back guarantee upon first signing up and you can always cancel for a pro-rated refund any time after that. Pro-rated refunds are pro-rated by the day. All you'd have to do is call into our Support Team and cancel over the phone. Thanks for the question!
