I was thinking of using this service for two web sites I have. Being a service provider myself I understand that some will always be unhappy. But there seems to be a common thread in these complaint reviews. Like the old saying, where there is smoke most likely there is a fire. Yext needs to change their business model and make it more user friendly.

We have two people working within Yext, and it is sufficiently user friendly. The level of pre-arranged support and tutorials is very high. People can get started with it without one tutorial - just fill in the blanks. Some people don't like working with computers and websites in general. For these people, there are a number of certified Yext partners who can be hired to manage Yext for you.
