on 10/13/15I have a spare wet-vac if you have extra cash laying about. Give me a call. It would be a better application of energy use.
Nope. Nada. So far, a disaster but... stuck in the contract so... have to live with the disappointment. Been on the phone several times -back and forth with emails... very much regret.
I found their customer service to be excellent! They created a beautiful website for me and immediately made the changes I requested. But did I actually make any money? Well, not really, to be honest. I'm a psychotherapist in private practice and attracted maybe two new clients from that website during the three or four months I was with Yodle. The website they created for me, while excellent, never reached the first or second page when people Googled counselors or any of the other keywords associated with my profession. They kept telling me to give them more time, but since I was losing money every month, I cancelled my contract. That may have changed if I had given them more time (and money), though--not sure. I don't believe Yodel is a scam, though, so if you have the money to invest, and are very patient with regard to waiting for results, you might have more success than I did. Hope that was helpful.
I recommend Yodle to every small business contact I make. The idea that "you" can Get listings, Website, SEO, Review management, Social Media prescence, and Email marketing... from any other source, for the price of a day of Snow Skiing!, is absurd... All the critiques I have read, that fall on the negative side, are too narrowly focused. They come from people in one of three camps (and all are not thinking realistically). First of all is the camp that traditionally hates spending money on advrtising/promotion and looks for instant results while it has been explained that a few months may be needed for all aspects to be working together. The second camp, " knows enough to be dangerous" about Google and SEO, and cant focus on the other 3 legs of the "table" (reput. Management, social media & email marketing), and lastly is the business owner who cannot let go of all the hours they've invested in their website, in order to invest in a complete online marketing strategy. All disgruntled business owners described above choose not to look at relative returns on their investment, with a reasonable time horizon and / or relative to what they had been doing before they chose Yodle. Make no mistake anout it. The ability to commoditize online marketing strategies (for mobile devices), is the future to being able attain and retain customers, for the small local business owner -MATT
I received 2 leads that were not solicitations from other advertisers. Closed one lead. Lost over $1000 on this advertising.
Good question! With Google search now localized, you can't assume your site even if SEO, will get position as you want. It would depend on what you're selling to whom? And how often you change the site code. A lot of sites are very static. Who needs daily management? There certainly is no hosting or SRO services based on 'clicks'. You pay in advance, and evaluate the results yourself. Coupons are good foreasuring response rates and costs.
How good can they be if they have to lock you into a contract for 6 months? You would be better off spending $1k on a website with SEO work over them owning everything.
Customer service is not good. I did everything they told me to do and had it for 6 months. No leads, nothing came out of their marketing. Don't waste your money.
Customer service is horrible. I cancelled after 2 days before they even went live with anything and they still billed me for the FULL month.
You're going to have to spend thousands of dollars to find out if Yodle is worth it or not... That alone should tell you to look else where. There are alot of competitors offering similar services for much less. Look elsewhere... There are horror stories after horror stories about them..
Yodle only cost me money, the customer service is not good at all. Every time I called I talked to a different person and they all have different answers. If you ask to talk to a specific person that you felt was more competent then the rest, they would never connect you. Save your money!

Not a dime. No calls, no visits to our web site, nothing. Stay away from this, it's a scam.
We were left 6 months in minus $700 bucks and they never once had my account setup correct. It really was for us the worst company we have ever dealt with.
We were not happy with their services. Do not think its worth it.
I don't think it is worth it. Cant recommend...
