In the US, if the item is stocked in the New Jersey warehouse it generally can be shipped out on the following business day after the order is placed. If it's stocked in the warehouse in Italy it needs to be shipped to the NJ warehouse for packing, which totally takes about 4 business days, and then it'll be handed over to UPS and you'll be notified your order is shipped. During holiday season and popular Yoox sales shipping may be delayed for a couple of days.
