on 5/4/20Customer service is non-existant and if you do finally talk to an actual person they are non-responsive and do not do what you ask them to do which is why you contacted them in the first place. A waste of time
34 minutes on hold. After that, you get a surly customer service rep who only wants to argue.
You can't - they closed down Customer Service weeks ago. They hired an offshore answering service, wait times are 45++ minutes. Don't even bother!
