Ordered from them in the past with no problem until a year ago. Now I will never order from this company again as they do not honor any of their promises.
Customer service is non-existant and if you do finally talk to an actual person they are non-responsive and do not do what you ask them to do which is why you contacted them in the first place. A waste of time
Sit on hold for however long it takes (mine: 34 minutes) and then talk to a rep who likes to argue.
