"For Sale by Owner"We feel like we're not getting the calls on our listing from potential buyers. They're calling the "Premier" Agents instead of us!

Why would you expect a call from the buyer. All buyers, if they want things done proper way, their lawyer/rep/realtor will call you. So, when you do a for sale by owner, you are saying, you don't have a lawyer to represent you, but the buyer will.
