I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.

I called and spoke with a customer service rep about a pump and clutch for my truck. The rep looked up the part and said it was the complete pump. So I ordered got the package to notice it's just the clutch.
So I called back and was told I would receive the pump since it's missing. Was told to wait 5 days ok.
Then I get an email saying Zoro is at fault and I will get my money back for the inconvenience.
Truck has been down for over a week not because of us but because of there error.
This place is a joke.

Ordered bifold doors site said in stock. Then received notice they are in stock and shipping in two days. Then received notice that not in stock. So I cancelled. Five days later I get notice that they are shipping. I call and even though they have not been picked up they can't cancel the order. Unbelievable! Very friendly customer service but useless. DO NOT BUY FROM ZORO!'

We are a non-profit organization, Zoro will not amend our sales tax exemption. Poor customer service on the sales tax end, which is a shame because their products and regular customer service was wonderful.

DO NOT USE ZORO. They advertise products they do not have. If you place an order and they no longer have access to the product, they will simply say Sorry and claim they will refund your credit card in 7-10 business days.

Ordered taps from this website. They didn't ship after two weeks. Contacted them, they said to wait until December 26th (after the holidays) even though I ordered well in advance.
Long story short, they never shipped anything. Opened a dispute with my credit card company. Zoro.com is TERRIBLE with communication. They never told me why they never bothered shipping the item. They never told me why they're trying to sell an item they can't deliver.
I believe Zoro.com is a scam. I don't believe they intend to deliver on the items they sell. Like many of these chinese knock-off websites, they seem to just care about getting the initial purchase, not on following up and actually delivering, or offering any customer service.
Avoid this company as they're a complete waste of time.

Ordered a blue umbrella but received a black one. Was not able to get another one before Christmas so ask to return it for a full refund. They would not refund the shipping charges even though it was there fault the shipped the wrong item. My company will no longer be doing business with ZORO!

FedEx delivery 2 boxes of furnace filters, one box was damaged. FedEx told me to make a claim, but it was impossible for me spend the time to do it so I figured I would just take the loss. Sent a email to Zoro and they responded with we will send a new box free of charge. In this day and age you can't ask for better customer service. I will be doing business with them again.

I placed an order on Dec 4 which was to ship in 10 business days. It is now about two weeks later and still no shipping information and they can't provide me with any form of ETA. Just some communication, even bad news, is better than none!

I was a little reluctant to try ordering from Zoro because of all the negative reviews here, but I decided to take a chance because I was ordering something simple that didn't cost much money. This is one of the very few web sites I could find claiming to have in stock baby wipes in plastic tubs. (It appears that these formerly common products are no longer sold most places, presumably due to the pandemic and supply chain problems.)
Zoro's price was very reasonable, and I received my order just 3 days after placing it. They did a great job.

I ordered a product from them from a third party and had to wait 2 months to receive the product. When I finally received the product 33 days later we found out we would not need this product and needed to return. This was around the holidays (Christmas and New Year). They said they have a very strict 30 day return plan which I was out 3 days. This product was very expensive, large and will probably never be used by us. Now we are stuck with it. Very disappointed with how this was handled especially since it was only 3 days.

Ordered a simple product. A month later no tracking. One of many emails CS rep says "I can't find the tracking either. My supervisor says I need to look into this" Every delay is 4-6 days with really really dumb answers including fake tracking number. Getting my money back from my cc bank. Zero stars for zoro.

I ordered two boxes of Dupont faucet filters and they arrived the next day! I was a little hesitant to try Zoro, especially with some bad reviews, but the product is exactly as described and arrived much more quickly than I anticipated. Would order from them again.

Zoro has very poor quality assurance. They do not care about their customer satisfaction, nor are they concerned about providing a quality product. I bought a heater from them and it showed up on my front doorstep demolished twice. I tried to work with them, but they have such a poor business model that they are willing to pay $160 in shipping instead of just letting me keep the broken equipment which was cosmetic in nature and giving me a discount. No thought or regard for the customer.

On their website showed a set of socket in a grey case 1/4" for 9.99 so I ordered thinking what I saw was a set instead they shipped me one deep 1/4" drive socket misleading advertisement I complained and later saw it posted not actual product! I'm telling anyone the buys something from Zoro be careful to read it close thus guy will not be buying from them again

Placed an online order on August 5 for product. Product was received completely damaged and unusable. Called and emailed. No reply. Ended up opening a claim with paypal. They ended up send the replacement package 2 weeks later to the completely wrong business in a completely different State. Had to dispute with PayPal again... STILL NO REFUND! It's been nearly a month now, NO Credit was issued and Have not received product. Don't bother calling or emailing because they don't answer phones. Crooked and Unethical. We will NOT be buying and will be telling our co-franchisee's about them to ensure they don't buy from them either!

We have an established Farm and Trucking Company. They declined our micro-order terms, so we decided to never do business with Zoro. We have ever been denied credit and we will never stand for an denials, ever, ever. This told us a great deal about Zoro. In fact, we went to a competitor and ordered the very same product, got approved by PO and have already tendered payment. The way I See it, is that if Zoro was so quick to deny us,, how could we ever trust their judgment, going forward? We can't. Integrity is everything to us. Then, the final straw was the connection we uncovered that Zoro has with one of the most unscrupulous companies on the web. A company so bad, that they should be criminally charged. That, was the icing on the cake, In this sense, we were relieved.

I would not allow anyone I care about to purchase from these people. They are affiliated with the "Walter Drake" company. Go to the BBB website. They have literally thousands of consumer complaints and tet, even though the BBB has posted all f them, has allowed them t purchase an A+ rating. This is how it works. The BBB themselves, are likely the biggest scammers, who have mis-led consumers, to ever face humanity. The reviews for DRAKE are absolutely egregious.

Don't waste your time. Still haven't received my knee pads after two weeks. The tracking number doesn't work. I'm getting a bad feeling about this! If I'd have known it would take so long I would have gotten them elsewhere.

Your customer service people were certainly "nice" but gave me the runaround. This product was guaranteed to ship in "3 days" but nobody could ever produce a tracking number. One of your reps even told me(Monday) that it would ship before end of day(the 4th day). That was not true because you evidently never shipped it at all. Another rep actually gave me a bogus "PO#" to use when contacting the manufacturer directly in my efforts to get a shipment confirmation and tracking number. They had no record of such number so that was a lie as well. Evidently a ploy to just get me off the phone. So after wrestling with your illustrious team for several days I finally ordered from "E-trailer". They sent a confirmation#, a tracking # and it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I'm done with Zoro.com. Sincerely.

I received no communication regarding a shipping delay of 8 days. I will not receive this part until almost 2 weeks after ordering. Furthermore, attempting to call customer service was futile.

They have a good selection of tools at fair and competitive prices. The website is easy enough to get around. My order showed up nicely packaged and ahead of schedule with standard free shipping. I also received 20% off of my total order. No complaints as of yet. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, they boast easy returns on there emails.
