Bulbs shipped on time and arrived when expected. Nicely packed, but considering the cost of shipping, they should be. Every one lit when installed. Hopefully they will last as long as advertised. Depending on bulb life, I look forward to buying my next dozen from 1000Bulbs.
Great site for bulbs. Replaced fence rope lights with these LED ones. Many sizes allowed me to fit the fence perfectly. While I have used a different brand in years past two of my neighbors have already commented how nice the lights look. Comment was"awesome ". Price was right and quality terrific. Customer service wonderful. They inquired what I was looking for and were helpful.
Not easy finding these classic Multi Color large outdoor Christmas Lights. Remember these when I was a kid, bring back so many great memories. Lights were pack perfectly, shipped quickly, colors are gorgeous.
When I went to decorate this year, my ancient incandescent C9 light set had more lights burned out than lit. My local stores carry a limited selection of replacement bulbs due to the takeover of the LED obnoxious lights that you can see from space, so I was very happy to find a great selection of all the colors I needed to make my house shine again. They shipped quickly and correctly. Yes, the shipping cost is a bit excessive, but the same lights on Amazon (with free prime shipping) were at a much higher price per box of lights, which made the overall cost purchasing at 1000 bulbs significantly less expensive. I would absolutely visit their site to shop again.

I used 1000 bulbs a few years back, for some expensive outdoor lighting for my facility. I was contacted by a sales agent who told me to call if I needed to order again. I did last month. He got me a better price for bulk and expedited the whole process. I then called and ordered some photo cells I thought I missed ordering at first. He had those shipped same day. They get here the next day, after my guy tells me we don't need them. So I sent them right back It was easy, money was refunded right away, and my rep was so very polite. I am glad I do business with a Texas company who cares about the customer!
I have purchased multiple times from them and so far haven't had any problems yet. The selection could be a little larger, but if you find what you like you'll definitely be satisfied with the purchase.

Everything was perfect, the price, the quick delivery, the product and the smile it put on my sister's face! My sister was looking for the blinking, clear candelabra bulbs for several years but could not find them so I told hear I would search online for her since she did not have the capability of doing so. These hard to find bulbs were exactly what she wanted for her favorite vintage red cluster Christmas bells. She was so incredibly happy and said it was the best gift she had gotten in years with tears in her eyes! Thank you 1000Bulbs for just being AWESOME and in turn giving me a feel good moment seeing someone so appreciative and happy to receive a long sought after light bulb. (She now has 50 of them so she will never be without again)!

After checking out all of the big box stores in our area, I was not able to find the type of replacement socket for a floor lamp. Found it on your web site and your chat lady was helpful in making sure that the item I needed matched the one you offered. Then, took advantage of getting some light bulbs we use all the time a better than local price. Also learned that when it comes to "lighting" 1000bulbs has it.
I ordered 20 exterior light bulbs as replacements for my design lighting. Customer Service was kind enough to send me an email to let me know that they were out of the product and asked if I wanted to be notified when the bulbs were back in stock. (I said yes.) Another email arrived a few weeks later, along with a link on how to reorder them. It was a snap, and the bulbs are very good, indeed. 1000Bulbs is a great company.
I ordered three different types of bulbs for my home. I received an email a few days later saying one type (can light bulbs) were out of stock. My cc was charged for the full order when I made the order. I got on their website to track shipping and it shows a second set of bulbs are out of stock and I can't see any shipping information on the last set of bulbs. I did get an email asking me to review my bulbs which I haven't received. I tried calling customer service which is unavailable but I have called twice during their business hours. I'm very unimpressed and will not use them again. I'm hoping to get my money back on the products that are out of stock and still hoping to receive the other bulbs
Super friendly staff here and good prices. The trade off is waiting for weeks to get the items. I'll return, but only for things I don't need promptly. I do want to support stores like these over Amazon, just because.
I wanted lightbulbs not easily found - either in the mega-stores or online. Well, 1000Bulbs had them. And at a great price. The bulbs were delivered within 1 week & my daughter is delighted! I'm a magician, a strong man, an intellectual & a hero in her eyes. I owe it all to 1000Bulbs - but it'll have to be our secret.
The box arrived a little worn but the contents were fine. Rewired four double lamp fixtures in the shop.
Job was simple and took about 45 minutes to do all four. Does not make a difference if the lamp holders are shunted or non-shunted for these bulbs. Would have been nice to know this in advance but no harm done.
Lightweight package. Very easy to hang and wire. I have two happy customers who put 9 of these fixtures in their 80 by 40 pole barns with 12 ft. Ceiling. They love the fixtures and the prismatic lens diffuses the light, reduces glare and lights the work area well.
I literally called them multiple times to say I want to buy lots and lots of Christmas lights from them. The had poor conflicting info on their website and I needed clarification. The only person that tried to be helpful was Martin. Everyone else was typical - they think they are right, but have no clue, and when they realized the same wrong information, they don't know what to do and don't bother following up, or too embarrassed. In other words, they feel like it's not their job. They are just "workers".
