We just replaced the rest of the florescent Bulbs today, and they look wonderful. Better light, and they all look in same size. Wish we could have done it years ago.
Product came in fast. Item description was exactly what was received. Quality is great at 2700K. Hooked them up to a Lutron Caseta and have them on a schedule at 1% brightness and they are perfect.
I couldn't find the bulb I needed for my ceiling fan in any of the local stores. I was able to find it on the 1000Bulbs website easily. The price was right and I got them in just a few days.

I got a shipping label with part of my order but it showed that it was all delivered! When it wasn't there I called and they said it was out of stock and they didn't notify me of this at all
$11.35 freight charge for 10 T5 LED tubes is reasonable and the tubes are great (5 stars for these), but $11.35 freight for a separate order of two packages of CL-******* Leviton *******-EXL - Retro-Fit Lampholder for T8 to T5 Conversion does not seem reasonable (1 star).
This ballast fits my Lithonia brand troffer lights from Home Depot without any modification. Unfortunately, the stock ballasts (ACUPRO Model No. AP-432IP-UNV) included with Lithonia troffers are of very poor quality. I have had several original ballasts (fail within 3 years of installation. These ballasts are guaranteed for 3 years and cost a fraction of the price of those found at the big box stores. Additionally, they fit perfectly without drilling out the light.
There was a problem with the bulbs sent because they were mislabeled in the warehouse. The problem was resolved quickly and I received the correct bulbs after a minimum delay.
I wanted to put dark blue candlelabera lights in our front porch light to show our support for the police. But, the FIRST order wasn't what I thought I was getting... so, I went BACK to see if the RIGHT shade of blue (DARK) was available... the person I chatted with online was WONDERFUL, friendly and sharp. She immediately sent me the link to the bulb I should've gotten originally... THAT, TOO, was the wrong shade. In fact, they look green when lit. Maybe they just don't make a candelabera bulb that really IS the right shade of blue.
Ballast that I ordered turned out to be backordered, but it did not take as long as I was told that it would be before it would be back in stock, so thanks!
I am fond of vintage and and antique finishing. I wanted bulbs that were were reminicent of the past.

2 orders of 30 lamps and 9 lamps arrived broken. They use fedex which explains so much but also do nothing to mitigate breakage which really is sad.
I ordered three different bulbs and only one was correct. The other two, which gave me a sense that they were standard bulbs from the web page. However when they arrived I called to say that they were the wrong ones. The rep. Said that I chose the wrong ones and that I could return them. #1 I already paid for shipping #2 they wanted to charge me shipping again to return them #3 their email for return did encourage not to return them because of the amount it would cost to return them and #4 Guess what, to order the right ones I would have to pay for shipping once again. Although your sight does have many many bulbs to choose from it just wasn't worth the expense to deal with you again in the coming future. So I have kept the ones that were not right and purchased other bulbs (the right ones) from a retailer that does not charge shipping. I know that some how or some way I am paying for that shipping but at least the return wouldn't cost me additional shipping. So for now I will pass on any future orders but you should look into your process involving returns.

Most of my town is mobile homes motor homes rvs stuff like that and I could not find light bulbs for my dining Room light anywhere in this town I did a search on the watage and the volts and I found a 1000 bulbs and I will be a customer for a very long time.
Just the color I needed smd couldn't find elsewear. The need for a dimmable LED was important. Price was s bit higher than the more common bulb but worth it.
