I love everything this company stands for and their products! Just wish they had free shipping or atleast quicker shipping.
I made the mistake of ordering from them again. First experience was a headache, second experience is a nightmare. It's just not worth your peace of mind I will be filling fraud charges with my bank to get my money back.

I placed an order online for $160 of products. Waiting and waiting on shipment of items. Finally got an e-mail saying they switched to Rocket Shippers to fulfill orders and over 20,000 customers have not received their products or product has arrived damage. My ticket number trying to get in contact with customer service is 586,765! DO NOT ORDER! A good company would've shut down their website so nobody else continues to have to deal with this. Pretty sure I'm out $160.
I like the company's premise, but they've become greedy over the years. Just as most businesses begin with noble intentions, they eventually succumb to greed. Changing the components of popular products to degrade the quality, and instead of terminating the product because it is no longer the same product, they simply raise the pricing dramatically. They are removing high-quality components and replacing them with corn, soy, carrageenan, and other fillers. I moved away from purchasing from this company because I don't work with anyone who isn't forthright.
They closed stores, limiting customer service hours and days to Mon-Friday. I ordered from them, and it's been two weeks, exactly 14 days, and I have not received my items. I received a message from the company that because their sale was so popular, delivery is delayed; that's an excuse, and it is not okay to ship clients items weeks after ordering. What kind of business does this? It is so sad how downhill they are going.
They send a lot of spam mail. Any time I decide to purchase shampoo in the last 1.5 years they're always out of stock. Never seen a shampoo in stock. You would think that a real business would figure how to scale and make larger quantities if they know that there is a demand. Makes them look unprofessional
I bought their eye cream for bags which had great reviews. I was totally disappointed. I saw no difference whatsoever while using it faithfully. Then I received an email from them stating that some of my personal information may have gotten into the wrong hands. If their other products are anything like the caffeine eye cream NO THANK YOU! Then personal info compromised! NEVER AGAIN!
I accepted a friend referral to try a product - I'm always on the lookout for new lotions, as I'm a bit of a junkie - and they returned with an order cancellation! Then they continue to send me emails wanting my business! This company will try to scam you into business with then and they don't honor promises, so my recommendation is to steer clear of this scamming company. I don't want their excuses, I was an intended true customer, so now they can shove it, I'm moving along to a company that actually LIKES new customers.
I do not know why vendors think they have a right to send unsolicited spam emails to people just because someone buys something from them. I have asked them a dozen times to stop, they keep on, sometimes twice a day. I am positive I did not check the "send me marketing emails" when I order. Customer service person, Steph,, needs customer service training, needs to be taught that when the customer is speaking she should not talk over them, she needs to learn that when the customer is speaking, she needs to stop speaking and listen. Shampoo/conditioner is decent.
I loved this company and bought from them for years. Their price inflation is actually insane. A toner I bought less than a year ago went from 14-20$ to 44$. It's fermented rice and saki, readily available ingredients... I'm going to start making my own. Haha. Seriously, as happy as I am that this company grew in popularity, it's a shame to see it lose its long-time and loyal customers to greed.
Tip for consumers:
They've hiked up prices and there's no change in quality
Products used:
serums, toners, eye cream, face wash
Most of the time, their staff members were unable to guide me on product ingredients. They were just interested in selling high margin products, not customer satisfaction. Avoid!

I'm always looking for soy free products and I thought I had found my holy grail with 100 Percent pure. I've been purchasing from them since 2016.
Rewards program: They had a rewards program before where you can get a full sized product after you have accumulated a certain number of points. It was a really nice perk for those of us who are loyal to the brand. Once they had more of a following and were getting bigger, they completely phased that out and opted for their "purist perk" program, which is a crock of bull. You still accumulate points, but you get maybe $5 off after several hundred points. Honestly it isn't even worth it. And a lot of companies would offer a special discount of a product for your birthday and I've been waiting for years for them to transition over. I have literally emailed them 3 or 4 years in a row about additional points for my birthday or some sort of perk. Their responses were always, "we are transitioning to our points system" (for 3 years now. Maybe they need better management if it takes them 3 years to transition), or they just don't respond at all.
Price and quality: Their prices have steadily gone up and the quality has not matched. I don't see any noticeable difference in my skin when I used their skin care products and their makeup fades quickly. No staying power at all. Their products are expensive (think $50 for foundation) and there are companies out there that has better quality for the same price.
Personalized attention: Recently they sent out an email about a video consultation program to have one of their consultants have a one-on-one session with you to guide you in how to put on make up or how to use their skin care products. I was a few minutes late to the consultation and when I got there, I just sat there for 10 minutes waiting. NO ONE CAME. They emailed and said that they waited for 5 minutes. OK. RIGHT.
Honestly, there are now more and more companies that are more savvy about toxicity of ingredients and allergens that I don't need to purchase from this company again.
Overall, I am a big fan of 100%Pure makeup products but it has become so expensive over the years and they dont have many deals or coupons either as they used to! Who can afford $30 for lipstick and forget the skin care, which I dont bother because they charge so much for tiny amount of face oil, which can buy somewhere else even the organic ones for a lot cheaper!
About 8-6 years ago, I used to constantly shop 100% Pure but now it has become so expensive, I buy their makeup only now and that too rarely because makeup lasts longer and I dont wear much either but their prices are so horrendous!
And, as far customer service, whoever Suzie Wang has hired, they are the worst, they always had rude customer service before too but I had the worst experience where my order was stuck in transit, wasnt moving, I waited 20 days and I asked one of the reps, apparently she was a manager too if they can find out where my order was and call USPS, she blatantly told me "you have to call them yourself." She was so rude and aggressive and then I spoke with another manager, she was even aggressive than the other one, telling me "we wont make it right, your behavior is unacceptable..." Just something to the effect, just in a very berating tone, I had to get Suzie Wang-founder of 100Percet Pure to help get refund, find a solution, etc! I was so traumatized by the whole experience, these so called "managers" were sociopaths, the way spoke to me! It has been a year and only bought from them once more, only 2 products which set me back $60! Just so expensive and I like their shampoo/conditioner as well but no where I can afford to spend over $20 a shampoo bottle which only lasts me about a month, just so expensive!
I just wish, their prices werent such crazy, I actually would shop often and if they hired better/courteous employees.
