Horrible! Took over a month to get a simple product. Their customer service is horrible. They don't return calls or emails. There are many on-line sites that offer similar products. I recommend saving yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.
08.03.2017 from my credit card 240 dollars was written off twice on an unformed order. I wrote about it to the site and asked to return my money to the card. No answer, no return. Do not contact this company.
I ordered flat ware. It says I paid for shipping but no shipping updates or anything it has been three weeks. No answers to emails
They have basically taken my money and no product
Now they have my credit card number
Please don't ever buy from this place. They are theives
Bought a pool shower. Wasn'texactly the one I had wanted but it turned out pretty well in the end. Their customer service was friendly and although I might have been able to find the same product for cheaper elsewhere I felt confident 125west would take care of things if I wasn't happy.

There has been no order placed on our site from this customer name, nor has there been an order place for the amount of $240. The emails received originated from a Russian email address, and from our assessment appeared to be a fraudulent attempt to get money from us, by threatening to post negative reviews if we did not "return" their $240.
