17track does indeed provide a tracking number where you can track what you ordered from a scam shopping site. They recently delivered a parcel to me however when I opened it it was absolutely not what I ordered and I thought I got someone elses product. The Electric bike ordered for my daughter turned out to be a pair of sunglasses. I am livid. 17track should disassociate from all of these companies that scam people through facebook
If you buy something off of a Facebook ad and they use this 17Track it is a scam - call your credit card company and have it canceled quickly. The point is to take your money (possibly your CC info too, and then tell you it is shipping using this scam tracking service until the CC payment clears and then tell you to look around for it, check your neighborhood, etc but never give you a refund. Facebook ads are notorious for scams like this!
I placed multiple orders and 17track says they're delivered but I've never received anything. I asked them to send me the USA logistics provider so I can figure it out. I will never use them again.

Are fictitious sites they are scams and should not be online allowing people to order from them, 17 track net is who they go through. Which is a scam delivery service I ordered partials on the 3rd of December of last year have not received my products even though they say it has been delivered. The company's refused to refund my money, keep saying they're going to send out my product again I have been waiting patiently but every time it seems to arrive it's not at my address I have cameras and they asked me if neighbors would steal from me and no none of my neighbors are thieves I know this for a fact because they don't want to be seen on I also have cameras watching below and above so my package never showed up and I suggest anybody stay away from these companies tracking number UFYVZ*******381YQ it's a bunch of hoax

You order from Facebook ad (usually Chinese scam company). They give you a Tracking number from 17TRACK that does nothing. Basically they help the scammer by making it look like you might actually get something. It just buys the company a little time before you start trying to figure out how to get your money back. PayPal has no conscience or morals and continues to let known scam sites use their service and Facebook continues to take the money and advertise these sites.
17Track Tracking said Goods Delivered but they never were. Turns out seller had a fake website and fake email address. Asked my bank to do a chargeback on my purchase.
17 track is 100% fake My order said it was on its way ect it was coming was showing up dates and then it said it was delivered to my house and it was not it is a fake website.

This 17track is absolute rubbish, I have been trying to track my parcel since 15th of sep all to no avail just showing pudong left 6 different parcel I did not know if I'm going to find an alternative or not at least for me to know where the parcel is there is no update on one since the 12th of September over a month is ridiculous, is a total rubbish tracking and delivery company...

Ordered from FACEBOOK ad that was selling mountaineering apparel from top-brands La Sportiva and Mammut. Goods were at a significant discount, nearly 80%, I thought they were cleaning inventories, but I should have suspected it was a scam, but the website looked so professional and authentic, and I trusted that FACEBOOK would not allow ads of merchants that have a scam track record. I got a beautiful confirmation email and tracking ID through 17track. I received 2 decorative Chinese laces instead of the actual goods that I had ordered for, that never arrived. I lost about USD 300. Probably, 17track has nothing to do with the scam, they just report fake shipping information.
Shame on FACEBOOK for allowing this to happen. So much AI and bull$#*! and cannot stop this type of fraud on their platforms.
I ordered a pair of running shoes from some random site (big mistake!) that appeared to originate from Australia. The shoes were listed at $65 Australian dollars with free shipping which converts to $40 something USD. (Yes, too good to be true.)
Right after ordering I got an email from a "global help center" giving me a tracking number and link to 17track.net. The language was odd and raised my suspicions. I went to 17track.net and put in my tracking number and it showed the package originating from a Lloyds Kitchen Pans in CA. More suspicions.
I went back to try and find the web site I bought them from and it seems to have disappeared. I found several other shoe sites that had the EXACT same layout. Hmmm... Fishy.
Thinking they probably just drained my account I looked at my CC and saw that they had only charged me for my "shoes" but they charged me $65 USD. Things are not adding up.
I went back to the 17track.net site yesterday and saw that my "shoes" had been delivered but to not to me in Houston but to Cheyenne, WY.
Sent an email to the Global Help Center asking about my package but I think at the end of the day I got scammed and will never see my money nor shoes.
Lesson learned. If it's too good to be true, it's too good to be true.
Not that these reviews really do anything. No buyer chooses what shipping company/tracking site to use.

I had mixed feelings about this tracking site/app due to the awful reviews it had. I've placed an order on the 18th and was expecting it between the 23rd and 24th and wasn't seeing any recent updates in regards to my package after the 23rd. After contacting the seller, I was able to get a USPS tracking number and finally today I got my package today. The tracking information was accurate to an extent and the seller was really helpful and responsive. Maybe the partnering sellers are scams, but TTDEYE never failed me and 17TRACK is reliable

This company creates it's own mailing labels and tracking numbers. I am a VERIFIED PayPal customer, yet my parcel was delivered to a home in Montreal, PQ... I live in Fredericton, NB!
Canada Post went to the location in Montreal and verified the mailing label, the tracking number and the tracking bar code.

After waiting 2 months my package was apparently delivered but it actually wasn't?
They're not answering any emails neither allowing refunds.

So I ordered a product on January 10th of this year I was charged by January 11th product was supposedly shipped out 5 days later and I received it supposedly 2 weeks ago No such product has been shipped by seller. Sellers website dawnofcastle.com is no longer up and running which was the sellers website when I was able to research information on that website the address was a personal home and the telephone number associated does not work or was not in service nor accepting voicemails. I reached out to PayPal regarding the matter and they referred me to my bank I reached out to my bank and my bank referred me back to PayPal and my postal service says they have no information regarding this tracking information. So no one wants to help me. Though so those that believe that track 17 is a front are probably right scammers are using that website to filter transactions and shipments that do not exist I wonder if PayPal or 17track can be held financially liable, I wonder if we all came together and sued some body anybody responsible.

I ordered a package with all types of clothing for my granddaughters CHRIST-mas presents this year. The company was www.onecentss.com. My order was placed on the 27th of September 2022. It was tracked by 17TRACK and then USPS tracked it all the way to my address and shows it was shipped and my package was delivered. What a joke! It had a ball of brown paper wadded up inside with a broken gumball-toy ring inside. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE! :( :( :( :( Go read all the reviews... I wish I would have.
