17track does indeed provide a tracking number where you can track what you ordered from a scam shopping site. They recently delivered a parcel to me however when I opened it it was absolutely not what I ordered and I thought I got someone elses product. The Electric bike ordered for my daughter turned out to be a pair of sunglasses. I am livid. 17track should disassociate from all of these companies that scam people through facebook

If you buy something off of a Facebook ad and they use this 17Track it is a scam - call your credit card company and have it canceled quickly. The point is to take your money (possibly your CC info too, and then tell you it is shipping using this scam tracking service until the CC payment clears and then tell you to look around for it, check your neighborhood, etc but never give you a refund. Facebook ads are notorious for scams like this!

Package shows arrival in my country december 2. It's now the 22, and no movement. Their email bounces back, their chat is non existant. Very unhappy.

However, I copy and paste because every comment here is malicious and deliberately defamatory. I didn't see any requests for help in those comments, just insults and whining.

So, I don't think I need to waste my time replying to the comments here. My time is reserved for people who really need it, not for vigilantly maintaining it.

I don't understand why people who I've never met would leave such vile and hostile messages. I can't see the goodness here. It's full of horror. They were abusing people without any evidence or any research. These people are shameful, and they should be ashamed of their words, not me.

I reply your message because I felt like you were different, even though your messages are hostile.

Well based on my current experience with these POS and these reviews I've been scammed. NEVER, EVER, EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ASIAN COUNTRIES OR AUSTRALIA! BIGGER SCAMMERS THAN NIGERIANS!

Tip for consumers:
IF THE COMPANY IS IN AN ASIAN OR AUSTRALIAN COUNTRY YOU MIGHT AS WELL GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A PANHANDLER

None! The site's a big scam. STEER CLEAR OF ASIAN AND AUSTRALIAN COMPANIES. THEY'RE WORST SCAMMERS THAN NIGERIANS ON EVERY POST ON FACEBOOK TELLING YOU TO INBOX YOUR CASHAPP FOR A BLESSING.

Damn random thieves of the devil damn thieves I hope that damn company goes to hell for thieves that are,, random of the devil, THEY SENT SOMETHING TO ME AND THEY STOLEN IT AND DID NOT LEAVE IT TO ANOTHER ADDRESS THIEVES IF THEY THINK IT IS LIES LOOK AT THE TRACKING NUMBER HERE. I placed several orders from Facebook and 17track was the shipping company I placed these orders in November and December of 2022 and I still and never have received my order and the tracking information shows they was delivered but I didn't receive them I contacted 17track and they said that they have no control over the packages and that they don't know who they handed them over to which would be another delivery service that delivered them I contacted usps and FedEx and ups and none of them have any information so I can't find out the delivery service and I lost over 500 dollars and the company's won't respond to me anymore I go to the website and the stores come up but they give no email or phone number to call them or email and the stores I ordered from have a totally different name them what was sent to my email so what to do and now when I go to pull up the sites they are not in my search area in my email and I took pictures of 2 of them the Nordstrom one is now closed this is crazy why people want to scam people

Tip for consumers:
Don't order from the clothing sites where the stuff is really cheap but I have placed orders on Facebook before and received them no problem but the clothing ones not so much one was Macy's, Nordstrom, Nordstrom Uk,UK, a couple of other ones I never received my orders and lost over $500

I realized I was scammed the same day I ordered from a company on Facebook. They used a company name and logo (clearance warehouse) and web address that belongs to another company. The original website i ordered from looked very legit but it disappeared. The real company (Clearance Warehouse) posted a warning about the scam on their facebook page. After I received my order confirmation email (from Ackray and Okelive) I noticed a different company name and address...that tipped me off and I checked it out. The second website was intirely different name and products There were spelling variations in website addresses again after I contacted them and canceled my order within 24 hours that was guaranteed money back. The email address for customer service was a person's name not a company name. They asked me why I wanted to cancel and I said because it was a scam. They said too late order has been shipped and track the package through 17track. I went to USPS to check the tracking number there and it does not exist. Fortunately, I reported the fraud to my credit card company the day of the order and closed the account. I am out $30 but glad it wasn't more than that. Beware of purchasing from ads on Facebook. Check out the company websites and verify they are legit. Also look for misspellings and slight variations in spelling of website addresses, etc.

I never got my parcel and they never reply my inquiry message. They are in partner with some scammer companies in China.

They might have a tracking code for you and showing where your parcel is from time to time to appear 'genuine' in which they are not.

I can prove the 17TRACK is in on the scams from scam websites. I ordered two cycling jerseys from pearlizumisale.com. I received a tracking number for 17TRACK. Instead of receiving the jerseys I received a cheap necklace in my mailbox. Then I noticed that several hours later the tracking said that my package was READY FOR PICKUP at the post office. I copied and pasted this from 17TRACK below. I went to the post office and gave them the tracking number and a picture of the necklace package and asked if there was a package READY FOR PICKUP. The postmaster showed me that the only package scanned was the cheap necklace package and there wasn't any package READY FOR PICKUP. So they can say whatever they want, but 17TRACK is part of the scam, probably getting paid by the scam sellers for adding scam tracking info to the tracking. See copy and paste below:
