AA Motorcycle Shipping

1aamotorcycles.com transported my motorcycle from Maryland to Texas as promised and very quickly. Pick up had to be re-scheduled a couple of times (first time was due to minor leak on the bike that I noticed a couple of days before the scheduled pick up date. I had to reschedule so that I could fix the bike. Second re-schedule was due to not enough bike skids being delivered to the transport team...not their fault.) Through out it all, 1aamotorcycles.com was professional, courteous and extremely helpful, even letting change the delivery address on short notice. The bike was delivered well within the time frame quoted and in perfect condition. Thanks, guys!

Tracking system did not seem to be accurate.

Cycle sat in CA for almost a week before it was delivered.

Delivery was made by a box truck carrying appliances, with no special provisions for cycles.

Good news, the bike arrived and although really dirty, it was not damaged.

The service was spectacular. This is the first time i had used a shipping company. It was kind of frightening wondering if my Honda was going to get stolen nonetheless it arrived precisely as scheduled. We didn't communicate with the coordinator much because everything was traceable online.

Everything was great. One thing I do recommend is that if you were to use this transporting company; give them at least two weeks so everything can be picked up on the exact dates you need. I booked only five days ahead so i had a one day A one day delay for pick up and drop off. Expected delivery but other than that everything was fine, the bike came here safe and sound.

There is no enough space for me to sum up how positive this experience was! I HIGHLY recommend this company! There price was honestly almost 1/2 the price of others out there so I expected big delays, problems anything but my son insisted we used them he was recommended them by a dealership he was at. I was seriously in shock at the great level of communication, service, speed of delivery and the low price! A+++++ Use them you will not be sorry!

We moved across country and needed to ship our bike. The staff did a great job in keeping us updated. There was a slight delay but we were okay with that since the truck driver called us to keep us informed ahead of time. If we move again we'll probably use them again.

First word came to my mind was "WOW" You guys really take care of your customer's vehicle. The delivery men were courteous and quickly had my bike out of the truck in no time. I would for sure recommend AA shipping to others when it comes to vehicle shipping.

Very professional company and easy to deal with. Simply go to their website to get a quote by inputting type of vehicle, to and from zip codes. You get the quote right away and could easily add additional insurance coverage to the $5000 that is already included.

Highly recommend their services. They come to your doors to pick up and deliver on time to customers doors. Very pleased with the overall transaction. Will be doing business again.

After my motorcycle was shipped cross country the scheduled delivery date was changed 3 times with no communication between myself the carrier and the company.
This was rather disappointing

This is a great motorcycle transport service. I looked at several different companies when I was looking to ship my bike, and AA Motorcycle Transport had the lowest cost and fastest transit time by far. I was a little skeptical at first about their price and shipping times, but they actually delivered earlier than their estimate. I will continue to use AA in the future and will definitely recommend it.

We are a classic motorcycle dealership located in Texas. We always use AA Moto to ship car to our Australian customers. We probably use them about 8-10 times per year. We have never had an issue using their services.

Predictably positive and helpful initially. Fair price. Prompt pickup. Delivery was 10 days later than initially stated. Rude staff on multiple phone calls when I tried to determine the status. Web tracking info inaccurate. Bike delivered in fine condition. Pickup and delivery staff friendly and helpful.

I know this is going to sound bad, but their site says door to door shipping anywhere in the United States. I live in a very rural area and the driver met with me at a truck stop right off the highway which was about 25 miles from my house. Since you have to take a dirt road to get to my house, the driver didn't want to risk it. I understand, but they didn't have to advertise that they pickup at any door.

The entire team was helpful when I called in asking for a clarifications before placing an order. Debbie is a ROCKSTAR and Isaac went above and beyond to help me. My motorcycle was picked and delivered as committed. Will certainly use and recommend their services.

I checked on renting a U-Haul trailer to haul my bike from Wi. To AZ., AA was cheaper than renting an open trailer! Picked up and delivered right on schedule. These guys are fantastic! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to relocate their motorcycle.

I wish i would have found you last week. Did not find you after calling companies and looking online for 7 days. Got referral to call.

Service seemed reliable and motorcycle was on pallet which was good. Delivery notice and unloading all good. Nice personnel. Would use again. A repeat customer discount would be nice to have offered.

Very fast, delivered right to my door. Other services with worse delivery estimates cost much more with their hidden fees. The low price they gave me included ALL fees and was at least $200 cheaper than the next closest competetor.

Ordering is easy.Delivery time: not so good. Ordered on 9/11. Delivered on 10/17.5 weeks seems like a long tone to ship from Nevada to Texas. The handeling of my motorcycle was great. No damage what so ever.

I shipped my 2014 Harley VRod Muscle from California to Arizona. Other companies were estimating that it would take between 2-3 weeks, but my bike was picked up on a Monday, and arrived that Friday. The pickup and delivery were great and everything ran smoothly. I will be using them again soon.

Web site was easy to navigate, Shipping service delivered my motorcycle before the estimated due date with no damage. Customer service was contacted twice, and both times my questions were answered promptly. I would definitely consider using 1aamotorcycles.com again in the future.

The initial pickup was delayed. I was constantly receiving fabricated stories on why the bike wasn't being delivered 8 June 2018 per contract. Overall bad business and customer service. I've requested a partial refund due to not meeting contractual obligation, and haven't received any documentation yet. I received my bike a week later after said contract agreement.
I'm not Ben. I am James H. Cutler another issue on identifying customers you're providing service to. Bike wasn't shipped in transport mode. I had to purchase a new battery. This was a very costly shipment for me and a very inconvenience shipment also

This is for all you people thinking about shipping a motorcycle and you don`t know who to ship it. Well I was there to, took me about 2 weeks to make up my mind because there is so many companies out there. I finally picked 1aamotorcycles and it was the best move I made in a long time. Those people are very nice to talked to plus you can track your bike threw the whole trip its great. If your still in doubt mine came 2400 miles and not a scratch on it. I also like the skids they put it on,very stable. The price was great too. All in all I will ship with this company again.
