The whole experience was great. My motorcycle was delivered on time in perfect condition from Las Vegas NV to Pennsylvania.
My buddy and I went on a 1-way road trip and decided to drop our Harleys at a terminal in Florida. We rode cross country from Los Angeles. What was cool is that there is an area where you can leave your motorcycle and catch your flight. You don't have to be there in person for the driver to get a signature since it would be done before his arrival.
This was my 1st experience with shipping a bike so I was somewhat nervous about "what if". But I was pleasantly surprised with AA Motorcycle Transports service and price. My bikes transport went well. My machine arrived at a nearby shipping depot in perfect condition and the folks handling it were professional and helpful. I elected to pick the bike up at the depot to avoid a schedule conflict with my job. I would recommend AA Motorcycle Transport.
The motorcycle was put onto a dedicated crate for shipment and it arrived within a few days. The price was good considering that many others would have charged ~$200 more. I wrapped the motorcycle in plastic foil (the type that is slightly sticky but comes off relatively easily) to protect the paint in case something rubs agains it during transport. This probably was not needed but it can't hurt. Overall, very good experience with shipper.
Excellent experience. There tracking system works great to track your shipment. I called customer service when I noticed the motorcycle was in Tacoma WA for a day and a half, wondering if there was a problem. Customer Service put me in touch with a dispatcher who explained Tacoma is a shipping hub and told me my bike would be shipped to me the next day. It arrived as promised. They use a four way tie down system to a pallet/skid - very secure. The bike was unloaded on my drive way and they even pushed the bike into the garage for me. Great company to do business with - and I would use them again.
I have used many other transport services through the years and 1aamotorcycles.com is by far the best in every way...I would very highly recommend them! I have used them three times this past year with no problems or issues at all. Thank you for your professionalism. I will be back and will refer others to you as well. Keep up the great job.
1AAMotorcycles did a great job bringing my motorcycle home from Texas. Their driver should up when he said he would, the metal pallet kept the bike upright and secure. The delivery was on time. Everything went as was expected.
Really great service. No extra fees and the pickup and delivery happened exactly as described to me. Very professional and courteous staff. If I ever need to ship a bike again, I will definitely use this service.
I was a little hesitant at first after talking with some of the cheaper shipping company's. But 1AA came thru with flying colors, fast pick-up and delivery times and daily tracking service. Definitely a trustworthy shipping company. I would not hesitate to used them in the future. Thanks 1AA Great Job!
The bike made it to me fine. I was unhappy with the fact they said I would receive the bike by a certain date and it took them 6 more days without communication. The bike also showed ip in a truck crammed with various other items which gave me an uneasy feeling.
I took about 2 weeks shopping for a shipper for my Harley.I heard all kinds of Price Qoutes. From just plain crazy to outright ridiculous.More important than the price, most Guys I spoke to were downright unprofessional. When I told them my concern with giving out credit card numbers to strangers only Mark came out with a viable solution. By the way the Bike came in ahead of schedule and in perfect shape. So Thank You again and I'll make sure to use you again in the future.
Fast and easy to set up and deal with - no nonsense waiting for bids etc. I was able to get everything set up and confirmed in 15 minutes. Seller, who highly recommended 1aa, had an easy experience on their end as well. I was able to track my shipment all the way across the country. They even showed up an hour before their delivery window (which I appreciated). Quick unload, whole setup looked clean and secure. Positive experience.
Probably the best money I've spent on my bike so far. I go to school in CA and needed my bike shipped from MN, but some companies were asking upwards to $900. This price also included the fact that you had to empty out the bike's fluids. 1AA had a much cheaper/modest price which allowed you to keep the fluids in the tanks. I had several questions throughout the process, but they were happy to answer them. When it came to shipping it I was pretty surprised that I was able to pick it up within 6 day. Not sure if that is considered "super fast" but it seems pretty quick to me. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a good, quality company that's worth your money.
I got the best rate with aa. I've never shipped a motorcycle and I was skeptical at first. The service was completely professional, everyone was friendly and helpful and my bike made it from Washington State to Virginia, door to door, in 8 days! As a truck driver myself I can appreciate how quickly they delivered my bike. I'm not sure how they did it but it was awesome. They even put my bike into a smaller truck to deliver it to my parents house. I would use these guys again without hesitation. And I paid about $100-200 less than the quotes I got from other moto shippers.
Shipping service was easy to find on the web and remarkably easy to negotiate. We were experiencing terrible cold this winter so the pickup was slightly, but t went off without a hitch. The motorcycle was delivered when promised in fine shape. Overall this was a very good experience.
1aamotorcycle movers said my motorcycle would be shipped door to door by their own trucks. It was moved by 3 separate house moving companies and then left in a local warehouse for 8 days. The motorcycle was damaged and I have not heard from the company on making repairs. This is the worst moving experience I have ever had.
I liked their instant quote feature. I compared a bunch of places. One thing I noticed was there were a lot of resellers that sold my information to other companies. This wasn't the case with here. They have a staff and everything. The important part was my motorcycle arrived in the same condition as when I handed it over.
Dealing with AA- Motorcycle Transport was very easy. Quote was fast as was the on-line paperwork. They picked up on time and within a few days of sending the contract back. It was easy to track and my motorcycle was delivery in a shorter time than I expected. It didn't have a scratch on it. The pickup driver and the two delivery drivers were very personable and professional. I would definitely use them again.
They were fast with no hidden fees. They picked up the bike a 2 days after scheduling and got it to me within a week from Texas to northern Nevada. I would highly recommend paying the extra $20 for palletized shipping with the online tracking.
Very satisfied the people on the phone were very helpful and walked you through every thing that was going to happen when they came to pick up the bike it was done in a very professional manner and the bike was delivered ahead of schedule and in good working order would call any time that I have to move from now on thank you
I have been shipping Motorcycles with AA Motorcycle transport now for multiple years. Working for a Ducati Dealership in Washington state, many of the used bikes that get sold are shipped to other states. They are always extremely quick to pick up the bike even if I only give them 1-2 days from when I submit the contract.
The customers that receive the bikes always praise how quickly the bike made it to them, even if it is across the country!
The transport company that you use needs to get better as far as updates on their location and if the projected deliver date cannot be met then they should be in contact with you so you can contact the buyer and give an adequate explanation.
I recently moved from Minneapolis, MN to San Francisco, CA. About 2 weeks prior to moving I traded in my cruiser for a brand new 2014 motorcycle. I was very weary of shipping it as i didn't want anything to happen to it as i just dropped $11,000 on it. AA was very professional from their customer service over the phone to the individuals picking up and dropping off my bike. When picking up my bike we walked over the bike noting anything nicks and dents obviously nothing as it only had 300 miles on it. When the bike was dropped off we walked over the bike again making sure it was still in pristine condition.
My view is that 1aamotorcycles.com provided excellent service to me in all respects. My motorcycle is a 50 year old Ducati in 100% restored condition. Detailed care was essential to me because replacement parts for the bike are practically unavailable.
Unfortunately 3/4 though our trip our bike broke down. So instead of having it fixed in Mississippi we hauled it back to Fresno and fixed it there for much less. Although our trip was cut short, at least the staff at AA was able to make the shipping process easy.
The whole northeast United States had frozen and there was a 3 day delay on getting my shipment. I called them to find out where my motorcycle was and no one answered. Then I finally got a hold of Isaac who told me that it was too risky for the trucker to keep driving. Yeas, i eventually got my motorcycle but 3 days later. Can't blame it all on them, but can't give a 100% rating either.
