AA Motorcycle Shipping

My second time using AA motorcycles and, once again, they came through with flying colors. Great customer service with patient staff that graciously humored my multiple "Is it there yet?" calls. Used other services in the past and AA, by far, is the fastest door to door with the best pricing - oh yeah, and they take great care of my motorcycle.

I have used AA Motorcycle Transport on numereous occasions(more than 15 times). I am pleased with the pricing. Time to deliver is no critical to me. They are normally quite prompt. I have never had any issue with damage occurring to my bikes.

My bike was picked up when promised and delivered earlier than projected. Bike was securely strapped to a special pallet and arrived undamaged. Online tracking of my bike was updated frequently. I'm very satisfied with the service received.

I had a used motorcycle with sidecar shipped from WA to CA. I contacted several shipping agents to get quotes and prices. 1aamotorcycles.com was slightly higher than the other shipping companies, but only by about $100. I checked around and found 1aamotorcycles.com to have a very good reputation and motorcycle dealerships use them also. The reason I decided to go with 1aamotorcycles.com is they answered all my questions and stated the job would be done within the time frame I requested. The other companies quoted 28 days to ship from WA to CA. 1aamotorcycles.com delivered my bike in one week. I was able to track my shipment and when I had questions I called Debbie in customer service and she got me the requested data and information while I was on the phone with her. I believe in the end I actually saved money and time using this company and am very satisfied with their service. I will use them again and recommend them to my motorcycle friends and fellow riders.

Quoted price was end price, no hidden charges or fuel surtaxes.
No delay for pickup, but a 4 day delay when within 3 hours of destination.
Still only eight days Eugene, OR to Terre Haute, IN. I was elated.

Overall good service, but was very frustrated with the fact that the call before drop-off came about 30 minutes before the actual drop-off. This was not nearly enough time for my brother to go and be present for the delivery. Thankfully, my friend's wife was able to be there, but we were told that a call would be made at least 6 hours or the day before drop off. We pay a good price to have this delivered so we were expecting that calls to be made when they said they would be made.

Good job to the people there in the office. I bought a Harley over the internet and AA Motorcycles picked it up and delivered it. No scratched or anything. It was inside an enclosed truck so nothing was able to penetrate it while on the road.

I contracted with AA to ship a bike I bought in Florida to my home in rural central Oregon. The price was unbeatable, the service stellar. The level of concern by the folks on both ends to make sure the condition was thoroughly documented was impressive. I would use AA again without hesitation.

I used this company to ship 3 motorcycles for me from 3 different locations. All 3 shipments went off flawlessly, the communication was fantastic and the transit time was exactly as promised. I called spoke with Julia on a Monday needing my Harley pickup by Friday. Julia checked with transport said this is not a problem explained what I should do online. I sent in info and payment waited 2 hours I called Julia she said my motorcycle will be picked Wednesday you will receive an email with in the next hour email confirmation came as Julia said. My Harley was picked up Wednesday loaded on a very heavy duty metal motorcycle transport frame shipped from Massachusetts to Arizona in 11 days. No problems no issues. Thanks Julia and STI shipping

I am a first time user of the motorcycle transport service - they picked my cycle up right on time - provided me a tracking number to follow the delivery progress - and delivered the cycle days ahead of time. I would definitely use them again.

Thanks for excellent service. The delivery as a couple of days late but no problem for me as it actually still was fast service from Seattle all the way to South Florida. Nice to be able to track the bike.

Worked with me and my shipment made it simple. Had a hard time getting driver that was picking it up to show up and call when he said he was going to ended up just to the company to drop off. Very disappointed with the first driver other then that they didn't give me a tracking number. Shipping was fast and drop off driver was very nice and helpful

I was very pleased with how fast they picked up my bike and the customer service they provided, my bike was even delivered one day earlier then they said.

1AAMotorcyclec gave me quote for shipping my bike from UT to NJ. The bike was picked up promptly and delivered in reasonable time. I definitely will consider them from my future motorcycle shipping needs.

I thiunk the thing that was best was that i could track my chopper on my cell phone. I always knew where it was. I'll use them again

Arranging the shipping of the motorcycle was simple and convenient. I did have to take a day off of work to be there when the driver arrived. The appointment time window is similar to waiting for the cable guy.

Everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner

And letting us know his schedule. Once he arrived he was very helpful

I found out the reason why this outfit has a #1 and AA in their company name. I have shipped a total of 5 bikes with them and they have prevailed in price and speedy service every time. So far, this outfit is #1 on my list and they definitely provide AA service.

My motorcycle arrived damaged. My friend did business with this company in the past and recommended against it. I did it anyway and did not like the inconvenience of having to fix a broken mirror on a motorcycle that left the sellers house intact.

I had my motorcycle shipped from Minnesota to California. I had to reschedule the pickup date due to mechanical issues with my motorcycle and also an address change for the delivery. Changing the pick up date and location took a few phone calls. It also took a few phone calls to get the new delivery address corrected. The problem is that the company transporting the motorcycle is not the same as AA motorcycle transport. I found that the communication between the two companies was rather poor. I'm guessing my experience might have been different had I not changed some of shipping information. I will say that the price was very reasonable though.

This was the first time I had ever shipped such a large item (motorcycle), across the United States. I wanted my purchase as soon as possible, the first company I tried said it would be 8 to 10 weeks at a much higher price. 1aamotorcycles online let me pick the pickup date and a delivery date of 7to10 days there after, it arrived day 9 At my front door in excellent shape. Great communication, tracking, and excellent dispatch communications, I would refer to a friend.

Shipping costs were very competitive. Crew picking up the motorcycle seemed to know what they were doing with respect to securing the motorcycle. AA should advise customer when sub-contracting the work, and updating the customer as to schedule changes. Important - try to be more accurate in delivery schedule. CSR was very helpful to ensure pick-up was made on time, and helped to schedule meeting at destination. It was nice to have the on-line trace ability to track shipment. CSR - Nichole, Tacoma, Wa was awesome to assist in final delivery schedule and timing of meet.

The service of transporting my bike was great. The only change I'd recommend is that if your bike makes it to the destination earlier than expected you should be able to receive it when it arrives to the location and not wait another 48 hours to receive it.
