AA Motorcycle Shipping

I was a little nervous about the transaction, but their customer service was great and so was the price. The fact you can track the shipping is very helpful. I would recommend them and use them again!

The pickup and delivery was done very well. The customs brokers that they recommended were not so good, as they were supposed to charge HST when entering Ontario but only charged GST and forgot to send the paper work with the bike so I could plate the bike. They then had to mail them after I called for them which caused a big delay in plating the bike.

Overall, the price was fair and the shipment was received rather quick. However, the gentlemen who picked up the bike in NY was not as friendly as we wanted him to be. I was impressed with how quickly the bike was able to be shipped.

The bike came in record time the first report was not very intensive but then another one was done and the bike had scratches all over it so dont know what happened there when the trucks lift gate finally worked and the bike was on the ground it wouldnt start so off to the shop it went over comunication was ok could have been better would i use them again maybe

This is my second time shipping a motorcycle with AA and I could not recommend them more.

My bike was shipped from Tennessee to Washington State in 1 week. The bike arrived ahead of schedule and in pristine condition. I really couldn't ask for more, quick shipping, the bike arrived on time, and in great condition.

If you live in a major metropolitan area, I would highly recommend using Terminal to Terminal shipping. Rather than having your bike picked up at your home, you simply drop it off at their shipping terminal, which reduces the cost and also means that you don't have to coordinate a time to meet with the driver to pickup/deliver the bike.

I will absolutely use AA the next time a ship a bike and would recommend them to anyone!

Couldn't believe how easy it was. A couple years ago we used a different company and it was a nightmare. This time we used 1 AA Motorcycles and everything went as planned. The staff kept us informed via email so we always knew what was happening. Couldn't have been a better experience.

The pick up was as stated and they arrived first thing, so I did not wait around all day for the service. The bike arrived faster than expected which was also nice. The service was door to door and the bike was just as it was when it was put on the truck...no scratches...I would definitely use AA again.

I received very little information on my order aside from an order number. No guidance on how to plan or coordinate. No information on how delivery is set and made. No details about destination. Very strange.

1aamotorcylces handled my motorcycle delivery great. The bike was delivered two days before the scheduled delivery date. From PA to OK, Also driver called to confirm the day of delivery. The bike was crated well and no damage. I would use there service again.

1aamotorcycles.com was very easy to use. The online instant quote tool is incredibly convenient as is the online ordering. I placed my order and the next day the shipper was calling to arrange pick up. Customer received the bike 5 days later without issue.

The service provided was excellent, there are no complaints at all, their live shipment tracking information was always spot on. Everything that the company implied was actually provided, excellent service.

The first phone call to Debbie at AA relaxed my apprehension about sending a 20K motorcycle from LA to Chicago. A couple of other phone calls to her plus one to Ashley and I was comfortable taking a chance. Everything occurred within the time frame that I was told. The bike was without blemish, as it was shipped.

Based on my experience I can absolutely recommend AA motorcycles for service.

Should I need another motorcycle shipped I wouldn't call anybody else just because I wouldn't want to take a chance with another carrier.

I have to say that I was completely impress with the service that I received. Not only was the delivery quick but the rate was the best by far. Not one scratch on the motorcycle. I would definitely use your service again.

I was the owner transferring a bike from Point A to Point B
No where on the online application did it ask who was the owner - it assumed that someone at point A or point B were the owner.

That was the only issue - the need to specify who the owner is.(probably the person paying the bill)

Otherwise a great service and will use again.

Overall the experience was good. The driver was courteous and the delivery was on time. We always knew where the truck was. They have a system that shows everything. Other shippers don't have that. I think that's what I liked most about the experience. Always knowing where the bike was.

Accidentally left the key in the ignition, never turned out to be an issue. Helping out with securing the bike to the shipping palet gave an extra sense of peace of mind. Delivered in perfect condition and only took six days transit. Would definitly use this service again.

Was great and quick, got the watch my bike cross the country. The only issue I had was that it crossed the entire country in 3 days, and arrived in phoenix, they then told me it would take another whole WEEK to the deliver it ONE HOUR away from phoenix. I thought this totally unnecessary, so I arranged to pick it up, which they made nice and easy, and my bike made it safely. Other than that no complaints :) great job guys!

I highly recommend this company for cross-country motorcycle shipping. Have no fear trusting them and their shippers with you bike. Other company's told me that it would take a month or more to ship from California to Philadelphia, but 1aamotorcycles.com got it done on time within 2.5 weeks.
