AA Motorcycle Shipping

My bike was not picked up on the date it was scheduled to be and I received no phone call telling me what the problem was or that the truck wasn't coming. My bike arrived safe and sound but there was no paperwork left with it. I am still waiting to get said paperwork so I can mail in my delay/inconvenience form

I bought a motorcycle over the internet and needed it shipped to my house. It was cheaper to have it shipped than to buy a plane ticket and pay gas all the way back. Good job to the team there. No problems here.

Aamotorcycle was a great price half of what everyone else and they got my motorcycle to me within a week. I was very satisfied with there service and they allowed me to go to the terminal to pick it up when it arrived a day early they called me to let me know it was there and the tracking was great you can see each city is in at all times.

I was very impressed with 1AA shipping. The quoted delivery price quote was great and fast. I also looked into USHIP and the bidding process can be messy with all kinds of people bidding for the shipping job. Many did not even have an enclosed truck. In the middle of a brutal February the LAST thing I wanted was my vintage motorcycle getting snowed on!
Overall, I would definitely recommend 1AA.

Our club took a trip from Texas to California in the fall. Summer was going to be too hot for biking. Nobody wants to be biking in the heat of the summer in TX, NM, AZ. Our club of 5 made it to LA and we caught a flight back. They brought our bikes to a terminal in our town.

Went pretty good. The tracker is useless. The main issue was you did not put my bike in travel mode and the battery dies and froze so bike would not start and i had yo spend $200 on a new battery. If you would have put it on travel mode it would have been fine. I could understand if it was a shipper that did not know bikes. But when you claim to be a bike shipper you need to know that stuff.

There was confusion with regard to the pickup date for my motorcycle that took several phone calls to resolve and the pickup on the actual date was quite late. Otherwise things went smoothly and my motorcycle arrived in good shape.

Pick up was a day early and on time bike was loaded perfectly safe and delivery was on time and early bike was in perfect condition just dusty and was over all happy and very satisfied with service I recommend this to everyone thanks y'all for helping me and being a trustworthy company for all my motorcycle needs

The dispatch rep gave me a call giving me a status of the delivery which was very helpful. The day before, Sean gave me a call with his delivery schedule. On the day he was arriving we made a time to meet and the delivery took less than 15 minutes. The bike arrived in great shape.

I was a little nervous about the transaction, but their customer service was great and so was the price. The fact you can track the shipping is very helpful. I would recommend them and use them again!

The pickup and delivery was done very well. The customs brokers that they recommended were not so good, as they were supposed to charge HST when entering Ontario but only charged GST and forgot to send the paper work with the bike so I could plate the bike. They then had to mail them after I called for them which caused a big delay in plating the bike.

Overall, the price was fair and the shipment was received rather quick. However, the gentlemen who picked up the bike in NY was not as friendly as we wanted him to be. I was impressed with how quickly the bike was able to be shipped.

The bike came in record time the first report was not very intensive but then another one was done and the bike had scratches all over it so dont know what happened there when the trucks lift gate finally worked and the bike was on the ground it wouldnt start so off to the shop it went over comunication was ok could have been better would i use them again maybe

The pick up was as stated and they arrived first thing, so I did not wait around all day for the service. The bike arrived faster than expected which was also nice. The service was door to door and the bike was just as it was when it was put on the truck...no scratches...I would definitely use AA again.

Couldn't believe how easy it was. A couple years ago we used a different company and it was a nightmare. This time we used 1 AA Motorcycles and everything went as planned. The staff kept us informed via email so we always knew what was happening. Couldn't have been a better experience.

I received very little information on my order aside from an order number. No guidance on how to plan or coordinate. No information on how delivery is set and made. No details about destination. Very strange.

Transportation of the bike was executed very well. Pickup and delivery were easy, and the motorcycle was delivered within the estimated timeframe provided when I received the quote.

1aamotorcycles.com was very easy to use. The online instant quote tool is incredibly convenient as is the online ordering. I placed my order and the next day the shipper was calling to arrange pick up. Customer received the bike 5 days later without issue.
