After having tried pretty much all the leading forwarders for many years, I am currently using only Forward2me. No need to look elsewhere - they have it all. Multiple locations in most major e-commerce countries (US, UK, Germany, Japan), competitive pricing, work with all major couriers, work fast, and even fill out the customs declaration for you (you just need to input the price). A real treat! Kudos to Regilyn from Customer Experience for assisting with the rare issue when it arises.
As the shipping costs were so high I asked customer service if they could make the packaging just 1 cm smaller on any side. I said just 1cm. Customer service replied that they had packed it as small as possible. I believed the customer service reply and paid the shipping costs offered. However, when I opened the box I received, there was more than 10 cm of space on top side. In addition, the space contained a paper cushion. Packed it as small as possible? I understood that Forward2Me won't give to make effort to reduce shipping costs for customers. If the service does not improve, I will change to another forwarding company.

The shipping price is good, and the option to combine packages removing the outer box, all together in one box is cool. Occasionally there have been problems like mislaid parcels, however the customer service department do their best to resolve any issues. So, overall, I would recommend them.
I'm astounded by these 2 ladies amazing customer support ethics! They're friendly, kind and most of all helpful. They always make my shipping experience with Forward2me so much better, and I'll continue to use their services

I've used the service three times to forward items from UK storage to my address in Brazil, and the experience it was always fast and efficient. I prefer to use DHL as a courier. The packages were carefully packed, and whenever I needed support or had questions, they responded quickly and accurately. I highly recommend it.

Waiting since february for my package. And now i got a mail that i should pay a fee because u store it (against my will) i will report your page as fraud. I cant send it from your page to me because the error message on the JP adress.
Already told your service 1000 times what the problem is.
In conclusion, i bought sth shipped it to you and now forward is not shipping it to me and keeping my stuff, this is $#*!ing fraud. Solve it now or i will report this. Im so done with you

I used this service for an Etsy purchase. I'm buying a lot of things for my upcoming wedding and I saw some items on Etsy that only shipped to the UK. I looked up ways to ship to the US, and foward2me looked like the safest bet. Going into it I was a bit hesitant, just because my purchases were so big. But, their customer service team did a great job assuring me that the packages were in safe hands. It only took about 5-6 days to receive my package and that's including shipping from retailer to my UK address. A little pricey but would definitely use again.
I like working with this company because they are really honest. They do not add an additional charge to the calculated shipping fee. Regilyn thank you very much for your help.

Information regarding the importer required by US customs was missing from our package documentation. Seems like Forward2Me should be aware of this and proactively provide it. Additionally customer service by email is too slow due to time differences etc. The option to converse by phone would make things faster.

Got a parcel forwarded to the UK to US, the entire experience was perfect. You can combine packages for a smaller shipping fee, if you are getting multiple. They also log every item in your parcel for your viewing so you can make sure everything you ordered is there. After being combined everything was really well packed and arrived quickly! Would use this service again 10/10
Jane was really helpfull with my query. She was prompt and courteous. She provided an update of my order which was received at their UK warehouse but was not moved to the "In Review" section. I have been using Forward2me for quite some time now and I am really impressed with the services that I am getting. Wait times are literally non existent, you will get updates in an Instant. This was my first time using a forwarding service, and I was a little nervous about how it would work. But it's been great, and I'm really pleased! I do think their website could be a little more straightforward and easier to into use (it's quite confusing at first!), but once I did it a few times, it was much easier. Used Forward2Me for a laptop recently. If you order photos, the procedure is clumsy. First they open the package after arrival. Then you can order photos. Then they open the package again to take the photos, which could delay the procedure by about a day. This seems unnecessary to me, I should be able to ask for photos in advance, so that the package is opened only once.
Otherwise I'm very satisfied, great service.
