I thought the pick up drivers did a great job! Got to the destination one week earlier! That was awesome! It worked out perfect for my son who is in the military.

Well, the transfer of the bike from Vancouver to Dallas went quite well. Pretty prompt. The bike arrived just as I had left it - taken good care of. I was very pleased and was about to recommend 1aa to folks on some motorcycle forums I frequent (ST1300 Owners.com, Motorcampers.org, CBR1100XX.com, etc).
However, I then tried to arrange for the transport of a car from Dallas to Massachusetts, and received no response to my two attempts to request an email of confirmation despite being promised by Mark that it would be forthcoming. So my business is going elsewhere, and any forum questions about motorcycle transport company recommendations in the future will receive a negative reply from me regarding 1aamotorcycles.com.

Shipment went exactly as promised. No surpises or problems. Good communication and tracking system. I like their shipping pallet and tie down methods too. Would recommend these guys for MC shipping

Besides being a little dusty my bike showed up in a reasonable time frame. The guys on both ends were supper nice and provided good coustomer service. Overall great service.

Everything from placing the order to receiving my bike went smooth no delays no issues delivered as promised by two courteous individuals in the same shape as picked up.

Shippers were great and easy to work with on pick up and drop off of my bike. Truly door-to-door service.
Time ran a little long but was middle of winter so wasn't a big concern.

Broken brake lever, the drive for final delivery did not call in advance as intstructed which caused a pretty big inconvenience. And the bike was a week late...

With the exception of Confirming times for Pick Up (Co. Called, I said After 2 pm, Truck showed up at 8am!) And Delivery (I requested AFTER the 5th Of April, call was made for Delivery the 3rd...Settled on the 4th) The Move itself was perfect. It was well secured and delivered damage free. I would use them again and Just get the Times Confirmed in writing...

EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE I RUN INTO A COMPANY THAT HAS GOOD STRUCTURE FROM TH MOMENT OF FIRST CONTACT. WENT ON A LONG DISTANT TRIP WITH BROTHER AND FRIEND. HEARD OF AA THOUGH THE INTERNET AND WASN'T SURE ABOUT THEM AT FIRST. GLAD I CHOOSE THEM. IF I GO ON ANOTHER TRIP NEXT YEAR, I'L USE THEM AGAIN.

All great. The only item to look at would be that i was given a required "available to ship" date 2 weeks prior to delivery but the bike was available for delivery in one week.

When shipping one of my prized motorcycles it only makes sense to use a shipper who knows motorcycles and that is ALL he does! Great guy and a great service. YEA!
