“Excellent Warranty and Concise Service”

In October 2016, I replaced the fuel pump assembly on my 1996 Chevy 4.3 S-10. In January 2019, the fuel gauge became erratic. I had no receipt or paperwork but called Customer Service anyway. Using my phone number, name and address, the Customer Service Representative found my original order and within three minutes replacement module scheduled for shipment. The CSR's knowledge, skills and attitude were both courteous and professional Additionally, she reminded me that I must return the original part, within 60 days, to ensure the continuation of the warranty. The complete call lasted less than five minutes. I highly recommend 1A Auto.

Ordered brake parts from their web site, which had specific instructions using the VIN to identify the correct parts. They did not fit. Called customer service and their response was "You should have called us first." They want as much as the order costs for a return. It's a ridiculous response because the order was made according to their instructions and then the rep states that just calling them would have cleared things up. This is incorrect, unless they were to come to my home and measure the part. Their response is completely self-serving and they obviously do not care for their customers or further orders from individual customers. Avoid these scammers is my advice. They save you nothing and could cost you much. Bad bargain.

Tie rods were for a dually pickup. Didn't specifically say so. Made it very confusing. Was more than confident when I put pickup in description and told a guaranteed fit. They refused to stand behind product and blamed me for not calling to triple check. Return is $150. They do not even carry tie rods for regular F350 4x4 pickup. You'd assume when you put in 4x4 that it would be a normal 4x4 pickup. Nope. Will never use their site again for my trucks. Were rude and unhelpful

I called to verify parts fit. Sent wrong bearing hubs. I was told if parts do not fit they would refund me fully. Shipped parts back to them as they requested and no refund. Now they have parts and I have no refund. I would stand clear from ordering parts from them. Not a man of their word. If I could rate them negative start now.

They failed to get all my order to ups on time for 2 day delivery so the rest of my parts won't get here till Monday. I took a day off work to repair my vehicle and can't even do the job. Any place is better than a1. Maybe I should of used parts geek

Ups states they failed to get all the parts to airport on time. Struts came but not the 2 shocks or 4 sway bar links

I ordered two front wheel bearing hub assm. When they came in both were damaged in shipping boxes all tore up. Ordered steering tie rod assm. And front shocks all came in wrong. Called customer service they are great top notch service she had new bearing hub assm. And looked up the correct tie rod ends and shipped them out. I got it very quickly but hubs were damaged again very poor packaging and the tie rods were not the correct ones ether. Went to replace the shocks they were wrong also. Had to go to the local parts house to get the correct ones.
I will not be buying from them again I will be going back to rockauto never had a problem.

I bought parts from this site because it has warranty rotors and brakes calipers hubs and more some items are good but the rotors are off while i drive over 65 to 70 it starts scraping a lil after 3 months now my brakes start vibrating i called them to let them know they told me ok we send u a replacement but i have to pay for shipping with costs more then the item makes no sense i told them i can bring it to the where house they told me no so the rotors cost $90 on amazon but they want me to pay $129 for shipping its a scam dont buy items from this site bad business never again good old ebay Amazon and autozone napa O'reilly

I purchased an A/C condenser that was defective. The condense was missing the studs guide holes and I explained that to them and send them tons of pics to prove my point. They refused to admit their mistake,an instead wanted me to ship the condenser back AT MY COST even thought it was their fault.

Please stay away from these clowns, They don't know what they are doing.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE STUPID CLOWNS !! THEY DON'T KNOW THAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!

The grille from 1AAuto is defective. I installed it four weeks before a vacation trip to sunny Colorado. After just one week in the Colorado sun, the chrome finish buckled and peeled away from the plastic. It looks terrible…worse than the original one. I'm hoping they will replace it when I get back home with a grille that will withstand any travel conditions.

Tip for consumers:
Maybe wait for more reviews before buying a grille from 1AAuto? I’ve bought other items that seem to be okay so far, but this one makes me question the quality of their products.

1A Auto has horrible customer service and sent me the wrong CV Axle and radiator that was broken and unusable. 1A will not allow me to return the axle but did allow me to return the radiator. Avoid doing business with 1A auto.

I am sick and tired of getting parts from this place that Claim
" Trusted Reliable Quality."
I have had electrical parts fail,
New shocks and the latest tie rod ends Because, they are sourced from Taiwan According to the employee I talked to. And there are no grease fittings. That is bull$#*!, their parts are sourced from third world countries. Do not waste your money. Spend a little bit more and buy parts made in the United States of America.
There should be laws Making companies reveal their source to let people know where their merchandise is from so they can opt out. I will definitely no longer do any kind of business with this piece of freaking $#*! company.
Buy american made products.

Ordered a window regulator for my Truck over a month ago. Billed my credit card immediately but I have yet to receive my order. Tried contacting customer service 3 times. No response. Will eventually file wire fraud charges if I don't receive what I ordered. Bottom line, claimed about fast shipping is bogus!

Extremely bad quality and life of the auto parts. They only provide 60 days warranty which means that the customers will take a loss that normally doesn't occur with normal quality products. Customer care is unsatisfactory!

December of 2021, I ordered two front struts fully assembled for my 2015 Chrysler 300 limited, 8 months later struts are starting to make noise when you hit any small bumps in the road. I contacted A1 auto and requested a new set, the asked me for my vin number and advised me I had ordered the wrong parts. Now my warranty is voided and I'm stuck on my own, they will not send me the correct ones and I'm out $240. Never never buy from them again, worst customer service ever, they rip people off and get away with it beware!

The only reason they get a one star is because the woman I spoke with for customer service was polite. These folks claim they test and stand by their products but when push comes to shove they're a joke. Both radiators I ordered from them arrived either damaged or leaked coolant faster than I could put it in the reservoir. The water pump I bought deteriorated upon the first time I started my vehicle. Their product quality, and supposed quality assurance they promote is nothing but a joke and the products they swindle their customers with is cheaply made and poorly handled.

Ordered a break kit for my 2013 Audi A4, did the front breaks just fine, had the back breaks broken down on one wheel and was going to put the new pads on when I noticed the anti vibration clips they sent looked nothing like the ones I pulled off, they were the wrong ones. Had no choice but to go to a local Audi dealer and get the correct clips as the ones I had pulled off were so rusted they cracked. When I complained and asked to be compensated for the locally sourced clips (which Audi charged $92.50 for) they just gave me the run around, saying there was no issue with the equipment they sent (even though I sent photos of the 2 clips side by side showing the difference). After complaining repeatedly they finally reimbursed me $22.07, will never do business with them again.

I've ordered parts from 1A Auto several times. I consistently get quality products arriving at my door faster than I would ever expect. I've tried to save by shopping around, but I can't find the same quality parts, super fast shipping, and excellent customer service that I get from 1A Auto. Try them and you'll never shop around again.

Ordered a replacement crank sensor and paid more in postage than I did for the actual part. Once fitted it ran terribly so replaced it back with the original faulty sensor (at least I could drive it). Opened a return the very next day and because the part had been fitted they said I am unable to return. Waste of time, waste of money and their attitude stinks

I got the wrong piece I have waited since may 12 today is may 27 and to date i have not had any reply. I am very disappointed in the customer service, my advice is that you do not buy from this place, because if something goes wrong, you are in the wrong place to receive help, better support your local auto parts dealer, they will thank you

I received replacement headlamp assemblies for my 2007 Dodge Ram within three days of ordering and they fit perfectly. The quickest and easiest task I have ever performed on a vehicle. 1A Auto is great!

I had a customer change their mind and when I returned a full brake package of about 70 lbs, it cost me more than half the original amount to return it. Lesson learned the hard way. I will NEVER order from them again. Hope this helps someone else avoid my mistake.

Fan assembly arrived on Tuesday stopped working Wednesday so I call in ask for a refund or store credit that's when am informed about their policy of no refund or store credit for electrical items. No where on there site did they mentioned that small detail. I wouldn't even buy a door handle from this company. What good is a warranty if you have to replace part every other week?

I don't typically write these, however, this warrants a review to warn other customers. I will never purchase another thing by this company - I bought brakes and rotors for $263 and my refund is that amount minus shipping costs. So I am losing out on $100. You are better off going to a local Auto Parts store or buy from a reputable company who offers free returns. I didn't even open any of the boxes. That was my experience with this company and never again.

Not a happy customer. Wasted $100 dollars for nothing in an already bad economy.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered $1200 worth of parts from them for my 2010 Odyssey EX-L in November 2022. However, then I had some life events take precedence & wasn't able to install the plugs & coil packs until March 2023. When I went to install them, I found both the plugs and packs were wrong -- they didn't fit in my vehicle. Since I had my car pulled apart, I went to AutoZone, who set me up with the correct parts. I contacted their customer service, who promptly refused to do anything to make it right, based solely on the fact that I was outside of the return window. They refused to consider the fact that they made a mistake in their order fulfillment. I will never buy anything from this company again.
