In October 2016, I replaced the fuel pump assembly on my 1996 Chevy 4.3 S-10. In January 2019, the fuel gauge became erratic. I had no receipt or paperwork but called Customer Service anyway. Using my phone number, name and address, the Customer Service Representative found my original order and within three minutes replacement module scheduled for shipment. The CSR's knowledge, skills and attitude were both courteous and professional Additionally, she reminded me that I must return the original part, within 60 days, to ensure the continuation of the warranty. The complete call lasted less than five minutes. I highly recommend 1A Auto.
Ordered brake parts from their web site, which had specific instructions using the VIN to identify the correct parts. They did not fit. Called customer service and their response was "You should have called us first." They want as much as the order costs for a return. It's a ridiculous response because the order was made according to their instructions and then the rep states that just calling them would have cleared things up. This is incorrect, unless they were to come to my home and measure the part. Their response is completely self-serving and they obviously do not care for their customers or further orders from individual customers. Avoid these scammers is my advice. They save you nothing and could cost you much. Bad bargain.

Horrible customer service... your sales representative was well aware I had factory mirrors the first time when I spoke with them prior to ordering; as well as sent me an additional link to purchase another mirror glass following this for my factory mirror when the first one knowing and documented in your system, your notes, that did not fit because I did not have your mirror mount. You are willing to lose a customer over this poor customer service? Additionally how long do I have to stay on hold "estimated wait time is less than 5 minutes". I will never use your products or support your company again and will be sure to tell everyone I know about your poor customer service as well as happily providing an accurate reviews of this due to misleading support. It is a shame you are more then willing to up-sell me another mirror knowing I have factory mirrors and they will not work; but will push more stuff that wont fit properly. All I want is for A1 to pay the return shipping and I walk away and you are not willing.

1a Auto saves me polishing head lights don't work can't remove micro cracks purchased new lights and side lamps at great price even came with bulbs for head lights your comp. Is awesome!

Received tail lights that were so bad quality they don't even fit. But for some reason, instead of just taking my word for it they want photos in order to return, and I had already taken the part back out and put the original back in, and I would have had to tear the inside of the trunk out to swap again. So I asked them if it would be OK if they waited since I was waiting on the salvage yard to get a car in I could harvest OEM lights from, and during that swap I would snap the photos they wanted of their defective part not fitting. They said:
"Thank you for contacting us. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We understand that you are waiting for OE replacements, and can wait for the photos. If at anytime you would like to set up a return for a refund please advise us and we will set that up for you. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you. Your Reference ID #: ORD******* Thank you, Nick R."
Notice their wording "can wait" and "at anytime."
Well after several more weeks of no-show of any compatible vehicles at the scrapyard I finally got tired of waiting and decided to go ahead and request the return. They refused, citing that I was out of the return window, even though the only reason for that was their insistence on photos (i. E. the customer is responsible for quality control on their garbage parts). Even after escalating this with customer service, I still have to pay for return shipping.
Absolutely disgusting company to deal with. Go with RockAuto, or pony up for OEM. 1A is not worth the trouble.

Be aware I ordered some parts for my Mercedes Benz and pay $81 extra for next day delivery when I call to see where was my parts they said that my card was flagged for scam when they already deducted my account and the bank clear this transaction now I have to see if my Money is going to be returned which nothing showing yet don't trust this company

I had the misfortune of ordering parts from 1 A Auto, and it was a complete nightmare from start to finish. First of all, it took them weeks to even ship my order, despite promising fast delivery. When the parts finally arrived, they were broken and completely unusable. I immediately contacted their customer service team to try and return the parts, but that's when the real problems started.
Despite me providing proof that I had ordered the correct parts for my car, 1 A Auto accused me of having the wrong car altogether. They refused to believe that the broken parts they had sent me were their mistake, and instead tried to shift the blame onto me. It was a completely infuriating experience, and I wasted so much time trying to get them to take responsibility for their own errors.
To make matters worse, their customer service was terrible. I had to wait on hold for ages, and when I finally got through to someone, they were unhelpful and rude. It was clear that they didn't care about me or my order, and were just trying to brush me off and move on to the next customer.
Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering using 1 A Auto to avoid them at all costs. They are completely incompetent and unreliable, and will waste your time and money. I regret ever ordering from them, and will never make that mistake again.

If you're looking for a company to cancel your order after taking money out of your bank account, look no further! I bought two identical kits for my Porsche Cayenne, about $900, and after receiving confirmation that my orders were successful, I received an email that my order was cancelled- but my money still was not returned back to my account.
7 days later after my order was cancelled and my money gone, the money finally showed back up into my account after being told 1-3 business days for my money to be refunded. After I calmed down, I decided, hey accididents happen, and I decided to give them another shot.
Today I placed an order for the same thing, and twenty minutes late, guess what? Order was cancelled with no reason and once again they're holding onto my money for 7 more days!
These people are crooks and have no problem taking your money and taking their time giving it back. They offered nothing in terms of compensation, not even expedited shipping. I charged back my first purchase and told them if it comes to my door I will not accept the package.
I would rather receive a flaming bag of dung for the money I spent than ever have to do business with these incompetent, unintelligible thugs.
Save your money and time, it's worth the extra 20% markup to buy from someone else if that means refusing business with these hacks.

Box was damaged for one of my rear drum brakes. Upon further inspection, the metal dust cover for the bearing part was bent up. First time ordering from the website, it may be my last.

Couldn't find a windshield wiper reservoir for a car I'm building, 1A had it. Shipped promptly. Good fit, no complaints here. Will do business in the future. Simple as that!

As stated in the title. Door and talgate handles hopefully are an upgrade to the stock components. Also purchased tailgate hinges. All parts were correct.
1AAuto TRQ parts are just reboxed relabelled. There is no TRQ products or trademark I can find under license. Company sells DIY Solutions products. Bought complete control arms with kit for 08 Escape. Two weeks later ball joints are knocking and stab links can be moved around with my pinky finger. Also, complete front struts, control arms with kits and rear shocks for 99 Quest. Back shocks are completely dead bottoming out on install. A refund was done for the shocks. The front struts are very poor and ball joints and linkages are knocking within three weeks of install. Had to replace parts with kyb and moog which work very good. DO NOT BUY Suspension parts from this company. Learn from my experiences.
Note: vehicles are only driven on normal roads with normal driving averaging 20 miles per week.

First l could not find any info on the Website regarding where their TRQ parts are made. I did not want Chinese parts. Took a chance and ordered 2 CV Axles for a K1500. Low and Behold the parts arrive and they are made in CHINA... I just knew it... Whatever... Anyhow, neither CV Axle was marked Driver or Passenger, maybe their both one and the same. I decided to contact 1A Auto to verify. Was forced to use their Email which says
" Typically " responds in 12 hours... well it's been 12 DAYS. Still no response
Bottom line is this:
PARTS ARE MADE IN CHINA
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
I don't care what their response is to this review.
It's too late to apologize and by not letting us know their parts are made in China is deceptive.
I threw the CV Axles directly in the trash, how could I ever live with myself by putting Chinese parts on an American Chevy Truck...

Ordered brakes per their online tool and the tool provided erroneous info. I have rear drums, not disks, and so half my kit doesn't fit. Their solution is to return half the money, and don't care what I do with the parts...
That is not acceptable. I can't buy rear brakes for $47. I COULD buy them with the $103 I started out with, though. AND WHAT THE HELL DO I WANT WITH BRAKES THAT DONT FIT? They recommended I take them to a local vacational school. Okay.:. I would, but am I supposed to WALK them up there, or make that trip with my foot hanging out the door to slow myself down?
Faulty part and horrible customer service. Once you plug in the part they won't refund anymore doesn't matter if it is within 60 days. Rock auto is much better. Denso sensor is worth the extra money.
