“Excellent Warranty and Concise Service”

In October 2016, I replaced the fuel pump assembly on my 1996 Chevy 4.3 S-10. In January 2019, the fuel gauge became erratic. I had no receipt or paperwork but called Customer Service anyway. Using my phone number, name and address, the Customer Service Representative found my original order and within three minutes replacement module scheduled for shipment. The CSR's knowledge, skills and attitude were both courteous and professional Additionally, she reminded me that I must return the original part, within 60 days, to ensure the continuation of the warranty. The complete call lasted less than five minutes. I highly recommend 1A Auto.

“Poor Customer Service Response”

Ordered brake parts from their web site, which had specific instructions using the VIN to identify the correct parts. They did not fit. Called customer service and their response was "You should have called us first." They want as much as the order costs for a return. It's a ridiculous response because the order was made according to their instructions and then the rep states that just calling them would have cleared things up. This is incorrect, unless they were to come to my home and measure the part. Their response is completely self-serving and they obviously do not care for their customers or further orders from individual customers. Avoid these scammers is my advice. They save you nothing and could cost you much. Bad bargain.

Buy elsewhere, they give shipping dates that are way faster than actual so that you will buy from them. Then the parts are delivered 3-5 business days after actual estimated shipping dates.

1A AUTO website is very disorganized. When trying to buy two wheel hub assemblies for a 2011 camaro, you only have 3 options for the vehicle, Ls, Lt, and SS with manual transmission. I didn't know the transmission had anything to do with the wheel hub assemblies and other people answering questions on the website and the YouTube video didn't know either (answering "transmission doesn't matter"). Also a question was asked if this part would work for automatic transmission, and the 1A representative just responded that would saying this video is applicable. I installed the wheel bearings following the video. And I come to find out the bearings are slightly bigger than the ones I have. Going back to the their website and not understanding how this happened. The gentlemen I spoke to didn't even have another option to get the correct bearings. A day goes by and I now get a million emails I click on a different wheel bearing. And low and behold the bearings say "auto transmission" so instead of having a nice drop down manual with ALL the options, you have to find a specific titled wheel bearing to get the correct one. All other websites like auto stores have the drop down menu in on location that you enter your car info in and you find the part. Wasted money and definitely a waste of time all when a simple website configuration would solve it.

I went to 1A because I thought I remembered a friend recommending them. I remembered wrong. They are awful and the parts they sell are utter garbage! First off their website doesn't tell you what brand you're buying. That's a huge red flag and I would have walked away then had I not been thinking they were recommended. So I get my parts and see they're same brand as ones I'd gotten (CHEAPER) from a different vendor. I knew I should have returned them right then and there but I didn't want to deal with the hassle so I told myself maybe the other parts were just duds and I'd get lucky with these ones. Nope, garbage parts didn't work right. Eagle Eyes is the brand by the way; stay absolutely away. So I go to use their "No Hassle Warrantee" and it's nothing BUT hassles! I said hey these parts don't work they stopped working within a week and I've had nothing but trouble with the brand and don't want replacements because those won't work either. They said nope you installed them so you can only get replacements. I said I never installed the headlights. They said I can get less than half what I paid back. NO FREAKING HASSLES! You'd be better off burning your money and turning the ashes into some sort of paste and hoping it magically turns into the part you're looking for!

Will never use them again, or reccomend them to anyone! They make it sound like their customer service is important, but is a joke to them. Ordered the brake and rotor kit specified in their website for my vehicle, yet after talking to dealer he confirmed they will not fit. So I contacted them about switching my order before they sent it out, to which the agent told me to receive the rotors first and see if they match of not call back and they will send me return label and switch for the correct size. Called today and agent gave me a $#*!y attitude saying it was my mistake and not theirs and I would have to pay my own shipping for making that mistake. Lady there is nowhere on this Earth that you'll find a Volvo v70 with 330mm rotors unless it's an R. I will never buy from here again. I was starting to buy all my parts from here but after the attitude problem and blaming me for messing my order up I am done. And I'll make sure everyone I know does not buy from this website. There are better suites with better customer service who honor their return policy.

I have been a mechanic for 30 years. Recently, I bought two hub assemblies for my 2016 Highlander through the website 1AAuto. According to the website, there were two available and I bought one. They arrived in a badly damaged box. I installed them and got multiple bad sensor codes when the car was started. I emailed the website for assistance and received the following response:

"Thank you for your response. The picture only showed damage to the box and did not show any damage to the parts. Can you please provide pictures of the damaged part?
These parts you purchased are not listed to be compatible with your vehicle. This is most likely the reason you are receiving the codes you are. We don't currently carry parts compatible with your vehicle.
For help finding parts that fit your vehicle for your repair, please use Partsgeek for your auto parts needs.
As these parts are not compatible with your vehicle our warranty is void. We will be unable to send a replacement order. In order to receive a refund, a returned item must be in new, uninstalled condition. An installed item is not eligible for a refund. As these parts have been installed we are unable to take them back for a refund."

This website has managed a return/refund policy that compensates nobody, as well as rude customer service, I am now out $150 and must still buy another part for my vehicle. Do not buy anything from them..

After taking 21 days to receive the roof for $650.00 the roof was dented. When I called to ask for a return authorization, I was sent to a Manager (Zayn) and was told he would call me back. For 3 days I received NO call back and finally tried to call. I called 4 times and each time they hung up on me once I asked for Zayn or any other manager. Although I have the roof, it can't be used unless I pay an additional $742.00 to have it repaired. They are a total RIP-OFF AND I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered two identical rubber door weather stripping for my truck. When they arrived, I took them out of the box. I installed one on the driver's front and extended cab door. It fit perfectly.
Then I began installing the other rubber weather stripping on the passenger front and extended cab door. I was concentrating on installing the weather stripping and didn't notice for a while that this stripping was about three feet short.
When I contacted 1a Auto the woman told me that I ordered the weather stripping on the passenger door for a three door truck. It is news to me because they don't even make a three door truck in the year of my truck.
The lady argued with me that they didn't make a rubber weather stripping for an extended cab truck. I told her that I ordered one from them and installed it. She finally researched it and found that they did.
I had to have this weather stripping because the old one has already been removed and the one that is too short is installed at the moment.
She wouldn't allow me to return the incorrect one and charged me full price for the correct one to finish my project. She didn't offer me a discount or paid postage or anything for the error that had been made.
I feel that she could have given me some sort of discount for the error that was made.
To say the least, I will NEVER order anything else from these people!

I would use caution when ordering from qa Auto!

I purchased both the TRQ wiper arm transmissions and the TRQ wiper arms for a 1998 GMC K1500. My concern was that if I used two different brands they may not connect together properly. The transmissions fit in just fine, no issues, but when I went to attach the arms to the transmissions they didn't fit. Neither driver nor passenger arms would attach. There is a little clip on the bottom of the arms that slides back and forth and on both arms, the clip didn't slide far enough over to allow you to slide these arms onto the transmissions. I took a grinder and a 4 pound sledge hammer to the transmission to modify them enough to get these arms on. I really hope that I don't have to remove them anytime soon. They had to be pounded on. The arms don't rest in the right area. The passenger arm is up midway on the windshield. Technically they function, but appearance is 3 out of 5 due to misalignment and fit is 1 out of 5 because they wouldn't go together even though they are the same exact brand. If you are not mechanically inclined to make things work, spend more for something that actually fits as it should. These are going to require you to do modifications to make them fit. I also had to take a grinder to my cowl because the driver side arm was hitting it rather hard. Overall rating, 2 out of 5. I seen one of their how to videos and it was what directed me to their site. It was the first time ordering from A1 Auto.
