In October 2016, I replaced the fuel pump assembly on my 1996 Chevy 4.3 S-10. In January 2019, the fuel gauge became erratic. I had no receipt or paperwork but called Customer Service anyway. Using my phone number, name and address, the Customer Service Representative found my original order and within three minutes replacement module scheduled for shipment. The CSR's knowledge, skills and attitude were both courteous and professional Additionally, she reminded me that I must return the original part, within 60 days, to ensure the continuation of the warranty. The complete call lasted less than five minutes. I highly recommend 1A Auto.
Ordered brake parts from their web site, which had specific instructions using the VIN to identify the correct parts. They did not fit. Called customer service and their response was "You should have called us first." They want as much as the order costs for a return. It's a ridiculous response because the order was made according to their instructions and then the rep states that just calling them would have cleared things up. This is incorrect, unless they were to come to my home and measure the part. Their response is completely self-serving and they obviously do not care for their customers or further orders from individual customers. Avoid these scammers is my advice. They save you nothing and could cost you much. Bad bargain.
While I have never had any issues with the parts from 1a Auto, I don't agree with the fact that they advertise sales and never actually discount their prices. The prices listed are always the same, regardless of what the emails tell you. I even asked their customer service, and their response was exactly that. The prices are "everyday low prices". To me, that's a deceptive business practice. Again, no complaints on quality or the normal prices, only the fact that they say there's a sale, but no prices change.

I've ordered from them many times and have been extremely happy overall. But far more important is that they make detailed YouTube videos on how to fix your car which are unparalleled! Before I saw their videos, I had to pay so much at auto repair shops. No more! I bought a jack, jack stands, other basic tools like ratchet sets (and the all important breaker bar for stubborn bolts), and now do most all the repairs on my 2015 Toyota Prius myself. It was incredibly empowering and liberating. I save so much money. I can understand that not everything is perfect as I read other reviews, but they are really doing a great public service by making it easy to DIY. (I swear I am not an employee or business partner writing this review, it is a sincere feeling of immense gratitude that I have in having this company help me and others so much).

Watch their YouTube videos very carefully! If the first viewing seems too difficult, watch it again, and again. You'll gain confidence soon to DIY!

Received my order, Packing slip listed everything I ordered. Unfortunately 2/3 of order was not in box. Sent 2 emails, no response, called said it was on it's way, could have let me know. Took a week and still brake kit was not there. Will need to think twice before I use them again
Delivery was on time and replacement lights fit perfect. No more haze brand new clear lenses. Pain in the butt to put it but so worth it.

I was very descriptive with my review on 1A Auto's website of their headlamps & parking lamps quality but they removed my comments. I wasn't derogatory, but I did say crap, which they are. They say their headlamps mirror OEM lamps. Not even close. The mounting pin didn't line up on either headlamp and the parking lamp's hole for the marker light sockets were deformed. After some modifications I finally got to turn on the lights. Passenger side ok. Driver's side appears to have shadows when casting lights on a wall. My original lamps went 16 years! Doubt these will make it 16 months if that. Buy if you want and see for yourself.
I've ordered rear drum brakes kit. Came with a set 2 drums; and brake shoes. Worked well for a month then one side started make a pulsating metal on metal grinding sound. Other side is fine currently. Wound not recommend their products.

I purchased a strut and sway bar assembly for a Kia Forte 2011. All parts fit okay but the nuts on the seat bars were OVAL. The threading was also. 25 too small. If ordered, you'll have to purchase M12 1.5 nuts with washers to replace.

Received one front rotor in a badly damaged thin box. I called and the representative said they would overnight me the missing rotor. Not only did I not receive it the next day, they didn't send the package out until 2 days later with regular ground shipping which said it would be delivered today 5 days later but now it says it will come in a few more days due to a delay. I will NEVER order from this site again. Couldn't even get an apology. I will be returning all of their parts. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Ordered $225 in parts but needed to return them and was told it would be$70 for return shipping. I sent the parts and they sent me back $115 after I had to inquire on when I'd receive a refund... WTF

I purchased a nice set of mirrors from this company even after asking if they have problems with the mirrors shaking because some do that and I was told no one never got any complaints and after receiving them and putting them on barely driving they shake all over the place not being able to see well. That's what I get I guess for buying aftermarket junk and should of spent the money on oem.

The only reason I ordered the brake kit from 1A and not the 8 other websites that were actually cheaper is because they guaranteed a delivery the next day. Well the next day came and went. All they do is blame it on UPS. Of course you cannot get a hold of anyone at UPS so no updates where these parts are. Meanwhile my truck is on a left in all taken apart while my mechanic waits on parts that were supposed to be there today. I noticed they only reply to positive reviews. I will never order from this company again. Customer service? An apology is not customer service. What a joke

I purchased 4 wheel hubs and several other suspension parts. Needless to say in less than two years I have replaced 3 of the four and the back end of my vehicle has started swaying after replacing rear stabilizer and components due to being worn after two years. They did refund me for a cv axle that was defective right out the box.
I got ball joints for my 03 CR-V back in October and had them installed. Come to find out now the rubber that protects them is already cracking and ripping which was the whole point I replaced them. Only difference is the old ones were 20 years old and these are 4 months old. Called customer service to report my findings and ask for a refund and they basically said we can give you a new set which defeats the purpose. I would be calling back within half a year for the same problem! So basically I can't have my money but I can have another defective part. TRQ, Trusted (you can't trust them to give you good parts), Reliable ( you can't rely on good policies and customer service), and "quality" well that speaks for itself. First and last time buying from here. Other buyers beware!

I ordered parts for my car on 9/11/20. Were to be delivered 9/15/20. I called about the parts today and was told the order was cancelled because of some fraud protection B. S. This is the second time this has happened! The lady I spoke with said I could reorder. Then she informed me that they are out of stock on the right headlight that was part of a package deal. I will be taking my business elsewhere! Had to give 1 star because there was no place for 0 stars.
I bought a replacement wheel hub for my 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and was shocked to have it shipped to me in just two days...Amazon doesn't even get here in under 4 days anymore and the shipping was FREE! The part was an excellent fit both for the hub and the brake cable connecting up the speed sensor. I was so nice to tear into the job and get it done, and 1A Auto even has top quality videos to walk you through the repair with tips and suggestions supplementing the basic instruction. I have ordered from 1A quite a few times. Service is always great. Wrong part was shipped once. I called and the correct part was shipped same day. Told me not to worry about returning other one. Said donate it to someone who can use it. I would definitely recommend them.

I purchased an order for over $200. It was a bundle of parts, they sent the wrong parts but because it was past the 60 day return window they said there was nothing they could do to make it right. Now I'm stuck with parts that don't fit. If you buy from them make sure you install the parts prior to the 60 day deadline. It's extremely strict.

Order was cancelled without my knowledge per some security policy that you have to be In the same zip code when you order to protect people from using stolen credit cards. This means you can't order from work or anywhere outside if there zip code. I was just one city over. I can see if I was in a different state. I ordered my parts for the next day but wasted my time. I love their videos so I just thought I'd give them a try but I never will again. Amazon or Ebay for me from now on.

I ordered a condenser for my 2017 dodge challenger. The original is black as it shows through the grill and the color helps blend it into the facia and make it not noticeable. Their pictures clearly showed a black unit. I received a silver one. Well in TX u need the AC so beingbthat all ports matched I installed it but looks terrible from the front as it now looks like my car had some silver added to its teeth.
Sent an email to support. They say the are sorry and that it should have been black as shown on the site when ordered and to send pictures of the part and the part numbers of the box so they could escalate the issue. I did all that. No answer and on my follow up days later, they say u got the right part and installed so there's nothing we can do. In essence no honesty from these site. All pictures included high Def showed the item to match in ports and color to my car. But they sent me something else. And then tried to tell me.i ordered what I got! Infuriating.

I bought a pair of struts for my 2012 Lexus ES350 from this company. The left driver side after then install started to rattle every time I went over a small bump. It was found to be defective. I ordered a replacement and got the wrong side strut. I ended up having my shop order a local strut which cost me a lot of money. I will never ever forever use this company again for any auto products.
