In October 2016, I replaced the fuel pump assembly on my 1996 Chevy 4.3 S-10. In January 2019, the fuel gauge became erratic. I had no receipt or paperwork but called Customer Service anyway. Using my phone number, name and address, the Customer Service Representative found my original order and within three minutes replacement module scheduled for shipment. The CSR's knowledge, skills and attitude were both courteous and professional Additionally, she reminded me that I must return the original part, within 60 days, to ensure the continuation of the warranty. The complete call lasted less than five minutes. I highly recommend 1A Auto.
Ordered brake parts from their web site, which had specific instructions using the VIN to identify the correct parts. They did not fit. Called customer service and their response was "You should have called us first." They want as much as the order costs for a return. It's a ridiculous response because the order was made according to their instructions and then the rep states that just calling them would have cleared things up. This is incorrect, unless they were to come to my home and measure the part. Their response is completely self-serving and they obviously do not care for their customers or further orders from individual customers. Avoid these scammers is my advice. They save you nothing and could cost you much. Bad bargain.
I had to replace 3 of my 4 power window regulators and found factory replacements at the most affordable prices from 1A Auto! They were prompt with shipping and their products were exactly as described and a perfect fit! Above and beyond that, the fact that they also give you free diy step by step videos takes them way above the competition! If it wasn't for their how-to videos I would not have been able to save over $200 in labor costs by doing it myself! I am ecstatic to rate 1A Auto 5 stars as they most definitely are deserving! I have one more window that still has its original window regulator and motor working, but I am so happy with the other 3 having brand new motors and regulators I am purchasing a new one for that last window before it breaks like the others did! Thank you 1A Auto! I'd be bailing water out of my car if it weren't for your diy videos and quality fairly priced parts!

I purchased a set of headlights for my 07 Tacoma, nice looking headlights and came with bulbs. Reached out to the company twice because 3-4 months after purchase I got extreme condensation inside in both, to the point where it's effecting the light produced at night. Haven't heard back from 1aauto, and wrote a review on their site for the part which never went through or was deleted, and now there is no option to write another one. Very disappointed seeing how the headlights I got weren't cheap, and the did not last long at all..
This mirror does not fit a 2014 Honda Accord Coupe despite customer service confirming that it did based on the VIN number. The mirror looks the same but the plug does not fit. After emailing the company that I had painted the mirror and sending them photos proving the plugs were different, they told me to return it for a full refund. After doing that, they refused to refund my money because the mirror is painted. It was their mistake that the plug is not a match when they guaranteed the part would fit. Beware of unethical practices. I submitted this review to their website but they did not post it. There must be other customers whose part did not fit when they claim it is guaranteed to fit.
Husband orders rear end kit and received the front end. They sent the wrong part, they expect us to pay for return shipping $39 dollars! Lets waste my money. When I do get a refund were taking are business else where. You lost money and future customer, big mistake! Bad Business not repretable!
Terrible customer service. Product arrived several weeks late. Blamed shipping on shipping company that they engaged. Were unwilling to ship to new location without charging again for shipping. Then when I realized the part was poorly configured and wanted ti return told me I was over 60 day return window so wouldn't even do an exchange or provide a store credit. Instead tried to sell me new part and asked me to eat the cost of the old one. Would never recommend. Totally unhelpful.
With used cars prices soaring. I committed myself to replaced the entire suspention system on a 2004 Explorer. Front axles, upper/ lower arms, front & rear, struts, Hubs & bearings, stabilizer bars, brakes disk & calipers. They had all I needed ship to my address could be any easier. I ordered a strut changeover for a Ford Expedition. The front struts came in with 2 totally different springs. Well if we put these on the customer's suv, one side will be lower than the other. We when I sent pics to "customer service ", they said it will be 1-3 days before they could review the situation. WHAT? Just send a matched pair of shocks so I can get the job done.

I ordered a replacement door handle from 1aauto when mine suddenly broke on my truck, I expected speedy delivery so I could get back to work, but instead I waited over a week for the part to arrive and it never showed. I'm currently on hold and have been for the past 15 minutes with an "estimated wait time of less than 1 minute." I'll never shop here again and I will encourage my friends to avoid them too.

Only reason I gave it a star is because I couldn't put none. I recently spent $160 on spark plugs and ignition coils.(purchased 6-29-23 "shipped" 6-30-23)(estimated delivery 7-6-23) and after it was shipped I put in for a refund I was going to send it back since I bought parts off Amazon. They had sent me emails that won't even let me select the part so I can't finish my return and it says only items available for refunds are purchased in the last 30 days so I'm guessing they are just gonna wait 30 days and tell me I'm sh*t out of luck. Well it's the 13th now and no refund or package. So I'm guessing it's a scam site so really no point in writing this, ig I'll just have to learn to verify sites before buying.

I bought brake pads and rotors kit from 1a Auto for a Jeep Patriot. I pulled out one rotor and seen if it fits and it did not fit. I paid for shipping to send them back and 1a Auto said the parts were defected. This is not true. They advertised the wrong parts and I even paid for shipping.
I ordered online complete strut assembly for my car---simple, ups delivery... this is a great website to order car parts---do your research, check youtube videos, has how to videos on how to put car parts and stuff...

Order a headlight mounting panel from their web page. They sent us the wrong part (bumper cover), which wasn't anything similar to the part we ordered. They requested photos of the shipping label, part number and photo of the part we received to three different customer service agents. No response for two days. Sent them an email requesting cancel the order and refund our money. Received an email today claiming they will refund, and for us to keep the part we have no use for. In other words they dumped their mistake on us to dispose of. Terrible customer service. Will never order from them again. Beware. Use somebody else. Does this look like a highlight mounting panel to you? It's bumper cover for a pickup truck. They made no attempt to make their mistake right.

My old regulator snapped in pieces, so I ordered a replacement from 1A Auto Parts. The new on works great. It took a little longer than expected to arrive because of the holiday season, but very happy with the transaction over all... Thanks!
The How To videos are pretty good too. I did have a hard time getting the arm rest removed and the little s=tabs snapped, but I was able to firmly reattach it with RTV.

Hardware parts were missing from delivery, but received replacement package. You sent more than I asked for though. "Jordan" gave me a hard time, wanted my VIN # and such, all for $5 worth of missing hardware. He must have misunderstood, since he eventually sent me the entire order instead of just the hardware (parking brake pins and clips). That's ok. I am guessing he doesn't know much about auto parts. Wait, he works for an auto parts dealer. Weird.

I ordered a brake rotor and brakes, double checked part then went off vin to triple check and said it would be correct. It wasn't, Tim charged me 34$ shipping to return after I explained this. I have worked with them in the past a couple dozen times so this came as a disappointment.
I waited a week for my parts to show up. I finally get multiple emails that they were delivered. Right to my front door no less! But no - no parts there. I then scoured every building in the complex looking for them. Eventually I learned 1A completely ignored my street address and generated a bogus delivery address using nothing more than my apartment number! In the middle of the COVID pandemic, and with hurricane bearing down on us within days (yes, if I had to evacuate it would have to have been in that car) I had to go across town, knock on the door of some sketch house, and try to beg for my parts!
What did 1A do? They blamed me for the way I entered my address! Which showed up perfectly fine in the order confirmation email they sent me. They did not ever even say oops, sorry, nothing else!
With service like that, I will NEVER, EVER order from them again!
I ordered a distributor for my Jetta 2.0. It exploded after 2 weeks of being in the car. No big deal, it has a lifetime warranty. They told me that the VIN number for the chassis is a 97(it is) and they can't warranty the part because it's for a 96(exactly the same engine per Volkswagen interchange) even though my engine is from a 96. I've been fighting for 2 weeks about this and finally just bought another distributor from a different company. My engine now might be destroyed over this(metal flakes in the oil pan from the distributor, low oil pressure, etc) and they refuse to even refund me the money I paid for the part because the engine size is different(it's not. It's a 2.0 l4 engine). Don't buy anything from these scammers. It's not worth the headache when the part inevitably fails and possibly damages your engine.

Have to revise my negative review but only just a bit. It took a while with multiple emailing and eventually an email to the ceo. Finally got them to refund my purchase but it wasn't easy. The problem I have with them now is that they actually went in and deleted my account so that I can't give their products any kind of reviews. Thats that way they want to be I guess. Guess they don't want me as a customer either! Must be nice to be filthy rich. From now on I'll support my local parts store and not have to worry about my purchases here.
Promised a Thursday delivery, now item is expected to arrive by end-of-day Saturday. Item was more expensive, but I chose 1A because of the turn-around time. So I overpaid for the item, and will get it later than the other vendors could get it to me.
Got auto parts but not what I ordered after I called to get it fixed they called me back to say its my fault thats the worst thing to do your sucky customer service just cost you a customer didn't offer fast shipping or pay return shipping you guys are the worst no matter who's fault you could have been helpful not place blame you never heard the customer is always right!
Very unhappy with treatment by 1A Auto of Nashua, NH. Purchased a replacement valve cover assembly for a customer's 2007 BMW 328I. After the unit was installed on vehicle, vehicle returned two days later running poorly with a service engine soon light illuminated on dashboard. Upon diagnostic testing, we found new unit supplied by 1A Auto was leaking vacuum pressure and oil due to improper manufacturing. We then purchased new unit from BMW dealer to properly fix vehicle. Demanded refund from 1A Auto which was denied because "the part was installed on vehicle". How the heck did i know the part would not work as promised without installing it on vehicle? 1A Auto then stated they only would offer a "replacement unit" and not a refund... so they want us to wait a few days for a replacement unit keeping a vehicle out of service, spend hours installing it and then hope the second unit would then work properly. Not happy with this type of customer service.
