In October 2016, I replaced the fuel pump assembly on my 1996 Chevy 4.3 S-10. In January 2019, the fuel gauge became erratic. I had no receipt or paperwork but called Customer Service anyway. Using my phone number, name and address, the Customer Service Representative found my original order and within three minutes replacement module scheduled for shipment. The CSR's knowledge, skills and attitude were both courteous and professional Additionally, she reminded me that I must return the original part, within 60 days, to ensure the continuation of the warranty. The complete call lasted less than five minutes. I highly recommend 1A Auto.
Ordered brake parts from their web site, which had specific instructions using the VIN to identify the correct parts. They did not fit. Called customer service and their response was "You should have called us first." They want as much as the order costs for a return. It's a ridiculous response because the order was made according to their instructions and then the rep states that just calling them would have cleared things up. This is incorrect, unless they were to come to my home and measure the part. Their response is completely self-serving and they obviously do not care for their customers or further orders from individual customers. Avoid these scammers is my advice. They save you nothing and could cost you much. Bad bargain.
The online description and photos ensure I always get what I am ordering. When looking for a single part, I always check for a whole set. Most times the set isn't that much more. Just rebuilt the whole front suspension on my 04 Ram Hemi for less than 150$. Their shipping record is awesome also. Thanks 1A Auto.
I ordered the front suspension for my truck not only was it affordable but shipped superfast. Unfortunately the shipping company lost one of my packages and prolonged my project, however the great people at 1a auto took the initiative and sent a replacement at no extra cost. Highly recommended. I believe I was corresponding with a gal by the name of Shay. You're awesome and thank you for all your help.
They advertise lifetime warranty persuading customers that your part is covered for life. It only cover manufacturers defects, knowing this Amazon, ebay, autoshack are better options, since they to offer for manufacturers defect upto 3 year warranty, not for worn parts

I emailed them requesting a refund. I got what I now realize is an automated message saying my refund would be processed and not to bother returning the item as it was damaged during delivery. Then I got more emails asking what the part was, what was damaged, and if I wanted a refund. All of which I answered in the first and then second email. They're do disorganized it's ridiculous!
When I contacted customer service I was expected to wait days for a response. The very next day I hot an email from an employee named Miriam with the answers to every question I asked. Not only did she answer my questions but added all the information I needed to get the exact items I would need for my vehicle. I wrote back with all my information and the very next day my items were shipped! I cannoy honestly say that I have had such ease dealing with a company before. They have made a loyal customer and one that will gladly recommend their company.

I replaced the rotors and brake pads on all four wheels on my Cadillac CTS. As good as new don't have any problems. Car stops in both wet cold and hot conditions very pleased about the purchase although the rotors tend to rust rather fastly where the brake pads don't make contact with them I really don't think that has anything to do with the performance of the product because they work fine

Received the cv-axle three days late. The cv joint cap was off of its housing, the joint had come apart inside, grease was everywhere. Started the return process, unbelievable, it goes into a loop! You fill it out, it says one final step, check your e-mail to confirm, well takes you back to what you just filled out! Then sends you back to your one final step! Stupid! Never again! Scammers!
Sucked-up my $150.00 loss, and went to O'Reillys

I ordered a drum and break assembly kit for my 2005 Honda Accord, and was sent for a 2005 Honda Civic so the wrong parts were sent to me. So I talked to customer service and they said to return the items and I would get reimbursed my money for $96. They did not tell me I would have to pay a high shipping rate based on the weight of the package. So out of my $96 reimbursement I only got $40 back and had to pay $56 in shipping fees. Complete bs. They should have just swapped my order out for the correct parts so now I lose $60 pretty much. And when I realized this and called customer service back the guy said there's nothing they could do because it's based on the weight of the item, but when they ship it out to you it's only like 5 or $6 shipping and handling fee. Make that make sense.

I think 1 auto is a joke they want you to know the money your car is built. Bought struts put them on to fond out there wrong and know have to buy new one they won't even give me my money back so I think they suck
Sale rep was fantastic. She not only helped me with the parts I need but replaced a previous part I had order and was having trouble with. I have ordered several items from 1A Auto and will continue to do so. I have also recommended 1A Auto to all my friends and family.

Ordered a steering and suspension kit and was missing a sway bar end link. I sent a message to customer service and was contacted immediately. Stacey corrected the problem within 20 minutes of me receiving the package phenomenal customer service. Would highly recommended shopping here.
I ordered a door lock for my truck. Turns out, I didn't need it. Started a return and was immediately given a refund and told not to bother with returning the part. Probably wasn't worth as much as the shipping but still, that was pretty nice I didn't have to pay to ship it back.

I replaced the driver side interior door handle of my Toyota Tundra using 1A Auto. Followed their video. Very complete and easy to follow. Purchased the replacement part from 1A Auto. Good price, shpiping and quick delivery. The repair was painless and saved a chunk of money. Will definitely use 1A Auto in the future. Would not have attempted without their video.

Had inner and outer tie rods installed on my 2010 Altima Sedan. The outer tie rods lasted less than an year on my car before my wheel became loose on the drivers side, had to replace them again. Got new ones from rock auto recently and they look slot stronger.
I buy a set of 6 ignition coils for my Toyota Siena and only 4 workings after install. I have to use one of the old one and company policy, I believe that will not cover if it already installed. Anyway, it still cheaper than buy at Autopart at local.
Everything was great. The video was fine. Only two things to consider. One is delivery time. Two weeks was a little long to wait while having an open window. Also the mounting hard was not exact. Still had to go to the local auto store for bolts.
I didn't have the car to verify weather or not the car had rotors or drums. So I trusted their website to give me the correct part. They didn't and then I had to pay the expensive return shipping. Called customer service to see if they could help. They didn't find it was their problem. Might as well just order from somewhere where returns are free. Had high hopes for this place was planning on ordering a lot from them but now I wouldn't bother id just go to the parts store or amazon.

I ordered a combo brake/rotor kit. When the rotors arrived the delivery company absolutely destroyed the package and dented around all the edges of the rotors. I spoke with customer service, they made it right and I had another set sent right away. They arrived perfectly packaged as they should have. Wonderful company to deal with and excellent products also. They go the extra mile and do the right thing. Great to do business with.

Part came when it was originally supposed to so I've changed my review, it seems it was no fault of the supplier but of UPS. Part came and used their video to install. Worked great and my son can finally drive again without it dying or not starting up.

The parts were falling out of the box when i got them. 2 parts got lost in shipping. Resend 3-5 more days. Asked if they could make it up by throwing in 2 wheel bearings or discount. DENIED! For my business truck which will still be out of commission for 3-5 more days plus install due to the terrible company processes. The parts look great!

Contacted them about the poor part issue. They started, but then fell off the horse. Completely dropped the ball. Will never use them again, or reccomend them to anyone! They make it sound like their customer service is important, but is a joke to us in the field. They sell crappy parts from Korea. Beware.
These CV axles are junk. I had to disassemble it to put it back together. The CV portion that bolts to the axle was popped out. Then their clamp was broken. The shipping service they use is a joke they broke the boxes then tried covering it up by holding them back a day. Do not ever buy parts from this company or people they are crooks.

I ordered a suspension kit from them and it was missing an upper ball joint. Unfortunately I didn't notice it until the car was torn apart. I had to pick one up at the store so I could get the car running. I called them and they would only reimburse me for THEIR cost of the ball joint rather than what I had to pay for the part at the store. I even talked to a supervisor and they wouldn't budge. They lost a customer for life over $10!
Plus, these parts are very cheap and low quality. Good if you are fixing a car to sell it but not if you plan to drive it for a while. Spend a few more dollars and buy something that will last longer than a wet piece of paper.
