First time shopper I found great prices on great products that other sites were out of. Fast processing and quickest delivery I have ever had no problems with anything through whole shopping experience. Would Highly recommend to others debating to use site. Five Stare for sure

I ask for deliveries to be placer by the front door, their are a new type of people in our neighborhood and things get missing... so please redeliver and require a signature please, ring the damn bell, that's what they use to do before...

1sale.com is a relaunch of 1saleaday.com. I'm assuming they thought relaunching under a different name would give them a new start and wipe out all the negative/poor reviews of 1saleaday.com.

But NO! 1sale.com is still being run by the same bunch of idiots. They charge you when order (not when it ships like most legit stores do), you wait a month for your item to arrive. Customer service is handled by a bunch of generic emails.

Can't believe how poor their customer service is and how they treat customers. It is pathetic. I emailed them many times and received nothing but canned uncaring responses. I asked for a replacement which was an offered option and they had them in stock at the time. Then am told it is unavailable - tough luck customer we don't care... The Sweeper was returned to them on March 26th. NO replacement and also NO Refund... So WHERE does that refund happen to be? Doesn't look like you are going to refund me either. It has been 24 days since you received the Shark Sweeper back.
Poor Customer Service... Poor Quality Item... Bad Communication...

They just link you people who sell knock off crap. Seems to be just affiliate redirectioning "service" that has you buy through links to very questionable affiliates so 1sale can get their affiliate cut. Stay away

The only qualm I have is that I ordered a smart watch for $60 and my phone couldn't handle the app it needed.
My battery was drained very quickly. I would have liked to return it but have had no such luck.

I ordered the Sylvania 10" DVD Portable Player as a new product on 11/16/13 and on 12/6/13 I received a product that was used and not new. It was not in original manufacturer's packaging. This was my seven year old daughter's Christmas gift and I am highly disappointed. I have placed numerous orders in the past 21 months and this is by far unacceptable. I requested a new product of the exact module or a full refund with no cost to me for shipping return.

Wish I could give them a zero.The ceo cheated me out of 3800 in comm he agreed to in writing
Sold damaged watches to my customer in ny
And I lost a big customer because of them.
I don't know who's running the co now but beware

Plastic around the charge port makes it almost impossible to charge. Not to mention the company sent the wrong color, when contacted told me I should be happy with the great deal horrible customer service.

They have great deals... BUT by the time you get them you already forgot what you ordered. I ordered a lot from them and I have never received anything quicker then 4-6 weeks after I ordered even holiday gifts. So if its a good deal and you don't mind the wait then I guess its a great site. Also customer service is really bad with them.

Stay away from this company! They just kick all their employees out..., this company is the worse company ever... and now there are closing don't even bother buying from them, you might not even get the product.

I ordered a pair of blue lens Costa Del Mar sunglasses but was told that they were out of stock and offered a $5 discount to select another pair of glasses. I did that because I already was committed to trying out the brand, but I really only wanted blue lens glasses. The glasses arrived, they are fine, but I feel like I was bait and switched by 1sale.

I have very fine hair, and the Callista was supposed to help with volume; however, with all the heat and humidity, so far it has not been helpful. I am disappointed that it does not work better. I am not giving up since I may need to use some sort of hair product to help hold the curl. Still experimenting with the appliance.

I ordered a projector on their site. It cam defective. They would not respond. I threatened with filing a case and they finally responded with a promise of a refund upong returning their defective product. Now after I returned it, I have not heard from them in weeks! Stay away from these guys!

I order Euroware cookware set and there is no tracking number after 14 days of order. No one replies with status, CSR email said wait for ten days. Hello there is no tracking number, for what and on what basis I wait?

As a long time customer I have watched as this seller has gone into the crapper. I have three items received DOA. All electronic.
Two items were ordered at the same time.
Almost no support at all. Thankfully the manufacturer repaired one item. But the others site here, usless.

So far, my single experience with 1Sale has been pure frustration. Ordered 5 Logitech mouse pads, which arrived damaged (not sure if it was because of poor packaging --these arrived all shoved up inside a soft paper envelope that the seller had the nerve to call it " environmentally friendly packaging" -- or because it was improperly stored for too long). The damage in question are wrinkles and kinks that prevent them from sitting properly on a flat surface (which is kinda the whole point of using a mouse pad like these). When trying to use 1Sale return system, it gives me an error saying that these products cannot be returned now and asks me to contact their Customer Service. After sending the message to their CS, I got an e-mail from them 24 hours later asking for pictures of the damaged product. 24 hours after that, still crickets... Not sure if I'll even be able to return these things... So, yeah... If their prices look too good to be true, it is probably because they are! Be warned and stay clear.

My shipment info was mixed up and it said my macbook was delivered in another state. Then evenutually after several emails I was told that several attempts had been made to deliver, unbeknownst to me. We had to go to a fexex office and pick it up, only to get it home and the screen not work. I replied to an email about that and confirmed I want another one shipped and need return label for the broken one. Still haven't heard back on that.

The gift was perfect. My sister loves it! It was for her 39th Wedding Anniversary and as soon as she got it she used it that very night. She made tater tots and was surprised that they came out crispy. Although she did not expect it to be that large she was pleasantly surprised. Definitely will tell my friends!

Doesn't get any worse... Zero customer service. Have to open cases with your credit card provider for refund. Counterfeit items. The worse experience ever

Slow shipping. Every refurbished items seems to be in new condition without retail boxes. It seems like they get a huge batch of orders then have them produced and shipped.

I ordered a food storage item for $25 and was charged 4 times on my credit card and they took one charge off. It looks like it will be an ordeal to get my credit back. Be careful!

Ordered urbeats, after couple weeks still waiting for shipment. No response to emails, no one picks the phone. They charge the CC on day 1 of order.

I received the wrong color of my item, so I e-mailed the company and they sent me the correct one within 3 days and I didn't even have to return the other one! Good experience.
