I deposited 54$ and place bet and earn 307$. When i tried to wihdraw from my account sum money, i was logged out from my account and did not able to login again. I called their security and sent all doucuments that they asked and they confirmed it. But they they did not give back my account and my money. They told me we want to stop any collaboration with you. Ask them to back my money they did not response me. They looking for looser customers if won a sum they will not pay your winnings and block your own money too. Their account verification process and customers support is just a show. My withdrawls denied by operator.its happened twice in last three withdrawls it never happened before. I don't have multiple accounts and my withdrawl option are registered with same PAN card number provided to 1xbet. Your executive said to place withdrawl request. I placed withdrawl again and didn't received it yet. Now your customer support executive also not responding. I placed a request to call back 2days ago still no response. 1x bet is extremely useless bookmaker, please do not waste your time with them.
The first time I won a bet they immediately reduced and started restricting my bet amount, I can't bet more than $1 on the races I like to bet.
I reached out to customer support to request my betting limit be raised but I got a very rude response from "MICHAEL", the standard response is "The bookmaker reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or odds on certain selections as well as to limit or raise the maximum stake of certain customers without any notification or given reason"
I requested to be connected to someone senior who can help me address this and Michael's response was "You have been provided with all the necessary information"
I am extremely annoyed with their unprofessional behaviour, they might as well say that "The moment you start winning we will limit your bet size and block you"
