I like 21Threads because they have a wide selection of men's clothing and accessories. The staff is very friendly and they have a great selection of items. I love the fact that they have men's shoes, bags, and suits. The store is clean, organized and well maintained. I also like their prices!

Ordered some new shirts for the holidays and they are totally perfect! They feel so soft and comfy and are freaking hilarious so everyone is gonna get a good laugh out of these lol. We ordered them early to make sure they got here in time and we were surprised to see that they arrived in only a couple of days! We also decided to change one of the baseball tee designs last second and they were so good about accommodating our request! I definitely recommend 21threads to everyone!

I used to be a firm believer in wearing super tacky sweaters during the holidays but I saw an ad for these guys on Instagram and thought why not give it a shot... and I'm so happy I did! This shirt is so comfortable and fits great. The design is great because I love Christmas Vacation and it even has a sweater type design on it so I get the best of both worlds! I saw they had a bunch of other hilarious designs and I will definitely be ordering more from 21Threads!

I've bought from 21 Threads 4-5 times and have always been pleased with the results. The shirts may run a very little small, so size up if you like a larger fit. My experience was positive. I'm a huge believer in excellent customer service.

Ordered 4 weeks before Christmas, order never arrived. Track package didn't work, emailed customer support multiple times. No reply. Poor poor service. Super disappointed... shirts looks so fun, but wasted money! Don't bother!

Very Soft comfy material.
After washing the neck shrank quite a bit & is snug, which I find uncomfortable.
I ordered a large. Fits well thru chest (I'm larger chested) but waist is rather lose. I know it's a unisex fit. A medium would have been to tight up top though.
Regardless, comfortable material, quality appears good, and shows my humor.

Every year we do an annual Christmas bike ride where we deck out our bikes and ourselves in Christmas attire. Each year we wear funny themed shirts and hats. Brandon was SO awesome and shipped them quickly to me and I was able to put some very needed smiles on my teams faces! Product was exactly like stated on the website and I would order again and again!

It's been about 2 weeks since I placed my order. I contacted their support link and they were on it. The explained what the issue was, corrected it, and offered me a percentage credit. Great recovery!

Love the shirts I ordered but there was some confusion as to the delivery date, I paid extra for fast shipping. The customer service rep was rude, nasty and insulting. This has turned me off to ordering from them again.

Ordered shirt for a friend on Dec 10. Package arrived Dec. 28. No response to multiple email inquiries. Order was always in "processing" status. "Stacy" (name on spam emails) never gave updates on order status, no phone number given, online "chat feature" was never available. After it finally shipped, they asked for a photo of the shirt to post on their website!. I sent them a screenshot of my emails asking for updates and the shirt in "processing" status for over 2 weeks. The shirt was OK once it finally arrived, the only reason I give 2 stars instead of one.

Ordered these shirts recently for my girlfriend and I and they are awesome! We love dressing up together for different events and these are perfect for all the Christmas activities we have planned. We are very impressed with the quality and fit of the shirt as you never know what you will get for something from an Instagram ad but we are glad we went with 21threads and we have been recommending them to all of our friends and family!

I had ordered several Christmas themed raglans for gifts last year. Unfortunately after I had placed my order, Canada Post started a rolling strike and there were significant delays in delivery.

I was starting to get concerned about the delivery of the items in time for Christmas, I had reached out to 21 Threads expressing my concerns and their customer service team got right on working on possible solutions. Thankfully the items arrived shortly after I reached out to customer service and didn't need to pursue any other options, but it was wonderful to know that they truly care about their customers.
