Placed my order on Thursday to be delivered the same day. When called later to get confirmation they hanged up on me and when I called again the person who answered was rude and told me to call the next day. When I called the next day I was told that order was delivered but no one was there to get it so they returned it back! Which was a big lie because I was hundred percent sure there was someone there. Third day I called they said it's been delivered yesterday without letting me know. I told them I need confirmation so they sent me a picture of what they did dilver, had nothing to do with what I ordered size wise, colours, quality and even the paper wrap I've chosen it's not there instead thy used very cheap one. It looked like a garbage. Be careful don't ever use them. They even don't deserve the one star.

No request for email for receipt/confirmation.I was charged 211.98.
I ordered flowers on Monday for someones birthday (it is now Friday!) and there is 0 sign of them. I have emailed them over and over with no response from the "manager" Annie Clifford. She has no interest in doing her job or valuing her paying customers. Finally I called this morning at 9am and a man took my order number, confirmed the delivery address and guaranteed they would be delivered today between 2 and 7. They never showed up and now they aren't answering the phone. It's clear that I was scammed out of 100 bucks. I wish I would have read reviews about them before ordering because there is literally not a single positive one, they are all terrible reviews. I truly don't know how they are still in business with this many unhappy customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They will STEAL your money, lie to you and then completely ignore you. Now I get to deal with a whole police report, yay.
One star is a generous rating
1) order was $20 less than charge to credit card
2) never received a confirmation (despite 3 calls and request for one)
3) flowers ordered (with basket on the picture)and delivered (whatever you want to call it another picture) are like night and day difference (I'm ashamed I send what was delivered, it was sympathy occasion)
5) flowers were not delivered, left at the door with security guy
Asking for full refund!

I was requesting refund as company didn't deliver what I ordered. The order was for sympathy purposes. Even the recipient did not recommend using company again
Their response was absolutely offending - person speaking on behalf of company Annie Clifford- trying to convince me they did better than I ordered and seeking excuses rather than acknowledging mistake.
Please do not use this company, not only they don't deliver what you ordered, but reply very arrogantly.
To bad I didn't review all the comments about them, I guess it's not only my experience and I hope to learn from my mistakes (expensive ones)
PS I didn't receive any invoice neither confirmation despite few requests, but got charged $20 more on my credit card

Should be 0 stars this company. Complete SCAN company. Ordered a fruit basket for my surprise was totally inferior quality they showing on their website. Also requested to delivery an specific time because is a company and they left my Happy Birthday fruit basket in the floor on the street. Stay Away this company is not professional. Will never see my money again. I want this company taken out of business. Absurd!Im very disappointed. See below first picture was received and the second one was from their website.

I had hoped to send my newly engaged son and daughter-in-law (to be) a congratulatory bouquet of a dozen pink long stemmed roses. What arrived was 8 (only eight!) red roses.
I emailed the florist directly to voice my disappointment and they did not even have the courtesy to reply.
Their business should be clamouring to please customers in this time of businesses failing due to the pandemic. We need to find ways to celebrate what and however we best can. This disappointing purchase did not help.

I am embarrassed, disappointed and disgusted at what was delivered to a funeral home! I wish I would have checked reviews before I did... Photos of 'what should have been' and 'what was'. And they are standing by their claim that the flowers sent were of a higher quality and there were more roses than the picture, etc. No refund is offered unless I bring them back. Yeah OK!

Paid a crap load for a nice flower arrangement that was never delivered, they keep hanging up on me when I call, now they wont answer, and they charged me.
Its a complete scam.

Flowers are supposed to make people feel good and cheerful, not annoyed, stressed out & pissed off.
There are guys who give different names each time you call them from a John to a Michael but they are the biggest frauds in the flower business ever! Stay away no matter what or they will even charge your credit card several times and for things that you never ordered!

This is truly the worst site I have ever ordered anything online with before. What we got was absolutely nothing like the picture. I asked for a receipt for almost 2 months because I had to submit the bill as a company expense. EVer time I called they sand one moment please, and after I had been on hold for 20 minutes they just hung up - this happened THREE times. I send so many emails, no one ever answered. Useless staff, rude, screened my calls cause they didn't want to help with a simple question. Truly hate giving a bad review and I only normally leave good ones but this is another level.
Very unprofessional. The pictures are not a representation of what you will receive. Replaced my specifically ordered flowers with a cheap alternative without advising me, and didn't include the vase. You need a lawyer to read the fine print before you order. I emailed them asking them to make it right and they told me that all flower shops do this!
Never again buy from them especially that there are other excellent alternatives.
I ordered 4 arrangements for a funeral home on behalf of myself and other family members. The delivery was late, the flowers were not fresh and the actual flowers that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered. Plus, 2 of the arrangements did not have the ribbon which I paid $20 ea for. I attempted to call back several times with no success. This company is a scam and a disgrace to all florists. They should be ashamed of what was sent out. A funeral only happens once so you don't get another chance. I was embarrassed with our arrangements in comparison to the others that were at the funeral home.
Ordered flowers for a recovering surgical patient in Vancouver. Sucked in by nice web site. Ordered flowers, invoice $62, charged $89 on credit card. FLOWERS NEVER ARRIVED. Tried calling at least 10 times, no answer. Another time! Put on hold indefinitely. Tried E-mail, no answer. Be duly warned. Unfortunately we didn't do our due diligence and check these reviews before we ordered.
I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers I received from them - some flowers were already broken, some flowers were earlier trimmed off. I immediately called them to complain and they disconnected me. I tried later a few times to call, but they don't pick up the phone. There is no point calling them after the flowered have been delivered because they won't answer your calls or emails. Never again buy from them.
I got an order delivered for my Wife's Birthday, and they were completely wilted when they arrived. I immediately called them to complain, and the person was extremely rude. He accused me of leaving them outside, even after I told him that they had just been delivered. They didn't care at all that they ruined the birthday gift. Then he hung up on me. They should be embarrassed for delivering garbage to people's homes, when they've been charged a lot for them.
Order flowers for a funeral... flowers never arrived but credit card was charged. Disputed this with visa and charges were reversed. The company then recharged my credit card in July for these same flowers... so hard to get in contact with and truly just a fraud. I spent more time disputing their charges. Will never order flowers online again
Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. They guaranteed same day delivery. That night I get an email saying the flowers couldn't be delivered and won't be delivered for 3 more days. I emailed them back but never received a response. Flowers were finally delivered but not in any way close to what I paid for. Very disappointing.
Hi, I would love to send a photo of the flowers I ordered for my elderly mother-in-law but I can't because she never received them. I no sooner ordered from these rip off artists that I actually checked to see their reviews. Well lucky for me, I ordered from a bouquet of flowers from a reputable 5 star flower shop and my mother-in-law received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Very's flowers in Oakville. They were beautiful. 24 send flowers should be ashamed of themselves. Honestly, if this is how you have to go about making money... I feel sorry for you. No point calling them after you have ordered because they wont answer your calls or emails. They are real losers. Losers living off money they didn't even earn. Ever hear of Karma? It works in mysterious ways and I believe it is going to get you... losers!

Not only did they not deliver the flower arrangement, but they called the recipient to tell them that the flowers had been sent to Missisagua instead. When I tried calling the number on the web site, I was either put on hold indefinitely or there was no answer. I cannot get a refund from this company, either by email or phone. It`s a complete scam! I ordered a floral arrangement from here and they sent two smaller arrangements that looked different from the picture. I called them and there is no answering service and no one picks up. This place is a scam. They should be reported and shut down.
Customer service is garbage. Ordered a particular order and they arbitrarily changed the order. When I called to inquire some jerk answered the phone advising that they have a "substitution" clause. How would a customer know this? Very sleazy customer service considering this is the same guy who directed me to the website to place the order. Why not mention to read the substitution clause then? Long and short... DONT waste your money ordering from 24SENDFLOWERS... you run the risk of not getting what you paid for and then end up speaking to an idiot on the phone who could give 2 cents about what you have to say. Besides... don't YOU want to get what you paid for?
I ordered Flowers for my Brother-In-Law's Funeral one day before on line which never arrived. I called Help Line but they only take orders and not offer any other help. I called the office next day but the lady hung up the phone.The only response I got in email that they delivered and time is not guaranteed. I emailed many times without a response. Finally I filed the complaints with BBB finally and waiting for answer.
Ordered a gift basket for a friends birthday 1 month in advance, the basket never showed up. Said that they were supposed to deliver a week later... Still nothing... Tried calling the number on the website as nobody picks up the phone ever. HUGE SCAM STAY AWAY
I think I would have have given a higher rating had the bouquet been fuller. For a total of almost $90 this is what was delivered to my friend on her birthday. At least it was on time.
