Placed my order on Thursday to be delivered the same day. When called later to get confirmation they hanged up on me and when I called again the person who answered was rude and told me to call the next day. When I called the next day I was told that order was delivered but no one was there to get it so they returned it back! Which was a big lie because I was hundred percent sure there was someone there. Third day I called they said it's been delivered yesterday without letting me know. I told them I need confirmation so they sent me a picture of what they did dilver, had nothing to do with what I ordered size wise, colours, quality and even the paper wrap I've chosen it's not there instead thy used very cheap one. It looked like a garbage. Be careful don't ever use them. They even don't deserve the one star.
Advertised big $80 bouquet for $45. No delivery fee. When I got bill they tacked on a $10 hidden fee. They would not respond to whether the flowers were delivered. Then they tacked on another $10 on to the MasterCard bill. I heard the flowers did not resemble the picture or description of flowers I orderded. When you call business number he puts you on hold then hangs up Huge scam. I am going to press fraud charges which he soon should hear about.
I didn't receive the arrangement I choose. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They were suppose to be delivered that day. She didn't receive them until 6:30 the day after wards. I wasn't going to complain since I knew it was a busy time for florists. Once the flowers were delivered I was appalled! The picture portrays a nice vase filled with neatly cut healthy tulips. What was delivered were a handful of ungroomed wilting tulips in cellophane, that looked as if someone slung them around. I contacted the company to share my dissatisfaction only to be mocked by an email thanking me for the purchase. Once again I emailed requesting a refund. I was quickly denied one, returning an email in red ink stating the order that was received was what had been ordered.
That's fine, a lesson learned on my part. I'll NEVER purchase from them again! I hope you find this review helpful when you're trying to chose the right place to get your flowers from, because this isn't it!
Wished I had read the reviews before using this company! DO NOT ORDER FROM 24 SEND FLOWERS. I sent a floral arrangement for my aunt's funeral. This was important to me and my family that it gets delivered on time. I asked that it get delivered the next day in the morning. The viewing was set for the afternoon. The flowers did not arrive for the viewing but at the end of the day when the funeral home closed and the viewing closed. It was useless and a waste of money. Since I could not be there for the funeral, I wanted to send a floral arrangement to the family to express my sympathy during this difficult time. The flowers did not arrive until the funeral and viewing was done. DO NOT TRUST this company to do anything right or what they promised. I am so disappointed and sorry I bought from this company for such an important event.

I have placed an order with this business first time to surprise my mother on her birthday. Here are the issues I experienced:
1. Order was wrong had less flowers than what was described on the website
2. Flowers were not nicely arranged and just dumped (some broken)
3. The order was late and person just dumped flowers in hands
4. Customer service was horrible when I called to find out where was the order
5. When called to complain and email about the experience nobody responded

I placed an order for three tower baskets with different goodies in each box. Delivery was weeks late and each box had a couple of chocolates! NOT AT ALL WHAT THE DISCRIPTION WAS! This is a total scam site. Don't order from here!
Our grandmother passed away suddenly and during this time, we couldn't get around due to Covid and limited time to get around. We found a good package amount from this site and was able to lock-in a really good price. Just like any orders on line, we are unsure of the turn out and praying for a good product.
We called the company and spoke to John regarding the order. He gave told us that they were new family business owners from January 2020 and he kept me informed/ updated with the whole process until the order were delivered at the funeral home. They are professional, understanding and provided beautiful products. John's wife creates the flower arrangements and we're so happy that we found them on-line. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your amazing service and beautiful products. Our grandma for sure loves her gorgeous flowers during her final hours here. We would definitely order from them again and it's awesome to talk to a live person regarding any concern or questions.
Ordered a sympathy gift basket looked beautiful with a sympathy ribbon and lots of items…but when delivered it had 2 bananas and 3 apples and a can of nuts. Nothing like I ordered

Terrible terrible terrible….they don't take ownership for their lack of good judgement.
They left my gift outside in the 33 degree heat because the recipient was not home instead of calling me to see what I wanted to do. The flowers were completely ruined by the time they were received. They do not stand behind their service.
Unfortunately for me, I didn't pay close attention when I ordered these flowers. I thought I was on Streetsville Florist website, how this Mickey Mouse company 123sendflowers hijacked their link, I'll never know.

Ordered some flowers the night before for a funeral when I realized I forgot to write the time I needed them I called the same day and I was told they could not be delivered before 12pm however the service was for 11am, fine I accepted that and arranged for the flowers to be delivered to my friend's home. I was told they would either be delivered that same day Thursday or if not the next day being a Friday. Its now Monday and nothing has arrived. This company is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. I only realized that the flowers were not delivered because I had told my friend that she should expect something but she called me today to tell me nothing had arrived. I have contacted them and was told they attempted the delivery however no one was there by that name. They were trying to deliver to the deceased person even though I gave them a new name and address. Imagine how upsetting this would be for my friend trying to sort this out with the flower company, I should have been contacted as I am the one paying. This is so wrong. I will never order flowers from this company ever again. I asked for a refund but lady said no the flowers were on route already. They were quick to pass off blame to other staff and not take ownership, very rude lady on the phone just kept talking over me and would not take ownership and hung up, claiming I hung up meanwhile I could hear her. Stay away you don't want to rely on this company for something that needs to be taken with care and is time sensitive.
They didn't send what I ordered. Wasn't nice at all. When I called they said they had a 24 in person return policy, and a substitution policy. And then they slammed the phone down!
I ordered flowers for my father's birthday and requested that the delivery date be November 22nd. The flowers were delivered ONE WEEK EARLY. When I called to find out what happened, the person I spoke to on the phone was obstinate and unapologetic. He claimed that it said in his system that the delivery date was November 15th while I had the email in front of me CLEARLY STATING that it was to be delivered on November 22nd.
The solution offered was that they were going to take back the flowers that they had delivered and re-deliver them on the correct date. I don't understand how that makes sense since the recipient already saw the flowers and so the whole gesture is ruined.
Overcharged, got all the names wrong on the cards for 3 different funeral arrangements. Would never use this florist again!
Ordered Deepest Sympathy Spray with white and blue flowers for aunt's funeral. What was sent was nothing like website image. Flowers were all white and half the amount shown. Also it looked like it was thrown together and disorganized. When I called to complain, I was bluntly told was they had a policy to substitute. The person would not listen to my concerns. My next step was to email the company and send pictures. I received a very rude email from a manager Anne Clifford, that the spray sent looked fresh and full. She told me I was absurd to ask for my money back because I had flowers there at the funeral. Also I was told that I was " blackmailing" them for exposing the truth about how they run the business to everyone. A lot of her email was in capital letters and written poorly from an uneducated person. Funny thing I cannot write a review on their website so they have blocked my email. I came across this site and am able to write a review here. I have written about this company to Better Business Bureau. I bought the $300 spray on a half price sale and got exactly half the flowers. This is a total ripoff and scam being run here.
I have bought flowers for many years and I have never run into a situation like this where they are rude to a customer and don't care about a customer's concerns. My big mistake was not reading other reviews. I was totally embarrassed to have this spray represent 3 families and having to deal with the loss of a dear family member made this experience disgusting.
Photos are included and everyone who sees them says the same thing that this is nothing like the website.
