I just received the upgraded starter kit and tried the strawberry shake. It's not great tasting but I mixed it with water. I've been told unsweetened almond or cashew milk and adding fruit makes a big difference. I like the consistency and the shaker bottle does a great job of making it smooth. I'm excited to continue on this new journey of Weight loss and health.

Taste good but doesn't fill me up,hungry 2 hours later even with me adding banana, pb and chia.i haven't bought the pills that help you with cravings,maybe that will make a difference but usually I try and stay away from diet pills because of side effects.

I have only been on the shakes for two days. I am using them to replace breakfast and lunch each day. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. The first day was the hardest, as I was really hungry all day, but since then, it has gotten easier. I hope to see results after a week of a lot less eating... I would love more recipes for the chocolate shake.

Almost everything was great. Good discount, not too long of a shipping time, and great product. It was just upsetting not being able to use my 10 dollar gift card I had received with my very first order not too long ago. Why give gift cards if the customer can't redeem them?

I was a little reluctant to order this product, as I had not known anyone who has tried it... but I took the chance based on the nutritional label and it was also rated number one out of a lot of name brand shakes. I am so glad I ordered it! It tastes better than any other shake products that I have tried! The shake fills you up. I will be ordering more in the future! Excellent product!

I was experiencing Discomfort in my right upper quadrant for a year after a cholecystectomy. Nothing helped. A week after starting these products, I feel less hungry, am eating better and have not experienced any more pain. I will continue to order the products.

I'm a new user of 310Nutrition and I love the shakes I've made so far. My first experience was with Amazon dot com, there was a missing item. Yes, I was a bit irritated but they were so quick to ship out the item. I was very happy. After that, I went to their direct website and ordered my first shake order. I have since received 3 more orders. All were perfect in delivery.

Excellent shipping time, even after hurricane Harvey. I received my 310 order, in a week. I'm a over-the-road truck driver so I can't wait to start using my 310 order, the meal replacement shakes and other products. Thank you for the great customer service, so far.

I was using another popular protein shake but it was a bit on the gritty side; maybe because I used water instead of milk. I have both the strawberry and salted caramel; both pair well with a banana and plain yogurt in it. Seeking out different recipes though. Overall a good buy! Love the turquoise shaker as well.

Lost 4 pounds... for me, it's still hard going because I emotional eat, but the products are delicious and the scale is slowly going in the right direction... down. I have renewed energy and feel healthier. I'm a couple weeks in. The online support community is great. Lots of recipes and ideas.

I'm down 12 pounds in three weeks! I replaced one meal a day with the shake and every afternoon I have either the juice, the lemonade, tea or the Strawberry lemonade. My appetite is under control even through periods of stress, and I'm eating better and smarter! Thanks, 310!

I received my 310 Order quicker than expected! I was so excited to my bundles. This is not my first shipment of 310 products! I received 4 bags of Salted Carmel and one bag of Chocolate, etc. Ready to start my 310 again!
But, UPS had smashed the box as if they played soccer with it. Thankfully nothing was damaged.

I definitely would recommend this to everyone. I always had my doubts since I began getting a year and a half ago! And it just helps so much with energy, weight loss and overall health! Trust me u want to try it! Check out the progress and u will be hooked!

This shake is delish! Especially when it is blended with coffee, almond milk and banana!

I haven't noticed results yet, but I have only been using the shakes since last Thursday.

The think thin supplements are really helpful for curbing my appetite!

Shipping was very slow and took multiple days from time I placed the order until they actually shipped it out. I'm also not a fan of surepost where ups hands off to the post office. They also didn't have an expedited shipping option. You can order in seconds, but don't expect anything miracles or two day shipping like you would from Amazon or other similar nutrition shake companies.
