I ordered some items for my church collection and after waiting over a week for it, I now have to go to the post office to pick it up. I will not order here again. I'd rather pay normal prices to have it delivered to the address provided. Not looking forward to standing in a post office line on my day off. Think twice before ordering… not the way I want to spend my day off!

Although the clothing is comfortable I am very disappointed that I was led to believe the products were made in the US. They are definitely made in China and distributed by a US company. I don't anticipate ordering again. I dislike being misled.
I have purchased a lot of things. From shirts to pants to underwear and socks. I guess I'm on your good list. I get at least your socks are not getting inspected. I wore one pair today for the first time. The seams are already splitting. Not what I call a good buy. I just bought tshirts at Cosco. 9.99 for 3. I bought 6. Not anymore socks.

Made an order two weeks ago and didn't get my package. Customer service just issued a refund rather than trying to get my items. Julianna, the rep I was working with said this happens very often. Poor service. Even if some of the items were now unavailable, they could have sent the ones they still had in stock. I feel they don't value their customers, just are looking for a quick buck.
Avoid this seller, they have the worst customer support you can think of. The customer service is literally non-existent. I notice the wrong shipping address on my order and have been trying to reach out to their customer service to get it correct, but there is no one you can actually talk to. Their number is not working, I waited on their chat for hours and nobody response. I emailed, then got automatically reply that it would take 3 days to response. Also, their website does not allow any cancellation or modification of the order whatsoever. Bad bad bad experience (as observed by other customers as well). I can't recommend enough to stay away from buying anything online with them based on my experience.

I ordered a jacket from 32 Degrees. They sent me the wrong items, refunded me, and then told me to try placing a second order because it's the company policy not to make replacements - even though I don't need a replacement, I need the item I ordered and never received. If it's too much of a hassle for 32 Degrees to just send me what I ordered or even fix their mistake in sending me the wrong items, then it's too much of a hassle for me to place a second order in the hopes that they get the order right this time.

Awful customer service. I ordered like 8 items on Black Friday and they didn't include 1 of the jackets. I have now emailed them twice with no response. I am currently sitting in chat purgatory waiting to talk to someone. Just a total lack of any customer service. Buyer beware

Ordered 5 pieces in December 2023. 1 was missing. Their customer service is awful. I don't think they have actual people in customer service. Multiple emails I think from bots. With the same response. "They want to make it right" I have responded to every email. Still no resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS "COMPANY".
Every item I've purchased from this company is pure garbage. Of the 3 purchases the only one refunded was the first. Customer support has yet to reply to requests and the Better Business Bureau states the mailing address they post isn't legit.All apparel is substandard, poorly made not worth a dime.

I ordered from this company a week ago. Promised 3 to 6 day delivery. But on UPS it shows they only created a label and did not ship. Customer service email must be automated because whatever I write they send the tracking link. No wonder people order everything from Amazon.

Unfortunately, I have experienced nothing but stress and regret. Shipping through FedEx takes a long time for items to reach you - then god help you if you need a return. They will charge you a fee for a package that takes 10+ days to ship back; all while your refund is waiting until they receive the product and process it. Very frustrating! Will not use this company again. Their quality is not worth the headaches!

This is the worst company I've ever purchased from. I placed an order on their site for a medium Jacket and entered my address. It shifted me to the site named Shop. I Exeter my payment info and purchase. Well, the receipt it sent had the wrong address and a different size than I entered. I made multiple attempts to reach someone and get this corrected but guess what? They have no customer support and they don't answer emails. This company is a total rip-off and is nothing more than a sleazy con artist. Oh, just in case some troll is wondering there also is no phone number. It's your money and you're free to piss it away but purchasing here and watching your money disappear. I had to give one star to enter this review but the honestly deserved no star at lease from me.

I ordered over a month ago and send numerous emails out with just automated responses and still no answer. Still no order! Do not order from them. Find something on Amazon. They are great Many jackets like these out there.
My items have magically disappeared from both UPS and USPS (their shipping partners) and can't be delivered. 32 is avoiding all contact I've made for a refund. It has been 7 days over the time the items should have arrived.

I am not please with the customer service and ordering department, they sent the wrong sizes, wrote them a email, no response, terrible, should have looked at the reviews through. I will never order again. Are recommend this company to any my family or friends.
I ordered 13 items with 2-3 day shipping. 5 items showed up after 8 days and the order showed as complete. No reference to out of stock, back order, multiple shipment, nothing.
I sent them a complete email with the order number, the tracking number, date of order and list of which items were missing.
After 5 additional emails and the third rep, I was still being asked "what did you order/receive?". Complete failure. They might be fraudulent based on these inept practices. Maybe it's intentional and malicious.
Never got it figure out. Spent way to much time doing THEIR homework. I reported the change to my credit card company as "goods purchases not received".
I will never order from them again. Too bad, their clothes are made well for the price.
I'm really disappointed that I purchased 2 sets of these. Tried them in 47 degree weather which isn't even that cold. No help at all. I could feel the cold coming through my cloths and not an ounce of warmth was stored between my layers of clothing.
Am I missing something? I had better warmth from a tank top and long Jon's under clothing.

DON'T order from this company! When there is a problem, their Customer Service dept is the WORST. They do not help you with anything. They just keep replying with pre-written responses "that's our policy", "we do not cancel orders, even if they have not shipped yet", "we do not offer free returns".

The shirts quality it's fine but the only problem I have is the shipping I made couple orders with the free shipping and it took them around nine days to deliver, That was a long time for me so I decide to make two more orders with their expected shipping service and those actually took more than nine days so don't pay for the shipping because you will still receive your order around 9 days. They use FedEx which it's terrible carrier.

I didn't pay for expedited shipping because I ordered 2 weeks in advance. 32 Degrees processed them out to UPS on Dec 1st via "Proship" which is some delayed shipping that involves USPS. Tracking said my order would be delivered on the 10th (I have never had UPS take 10 days to deliver anything, but ok) but they delivered it to the USPS in my county for processing where it has been sitting for the last 2 days. Very disappointing since I ordered these as gifts back in November and as of December 12th they are still in the Post Office in Fife, leaving to me go shopping for last minute gifts at local sporting goods stores! And try to return the entire order for a full refund, if I can. I will definitely be ordering from Amazon next time.
