I can't say enough good things about this company. I have bought numerous articles of clothing from this company including sports bras which I love. Everything I have purchased has been very high quality as well as being so soft & comfortable. Their customer service is great too.
I ordered some items for my church collection and after waiting over a week for it, I now have to go to the post office to pick it up. I will not order here again. I'd rather pay normal prices to have it delivered to the address provided. Not looking forward to standing in a post office line on my day off. Think twice before ordering… not the way I want to spend my day off!
Ordered 2 items 13 days ago, still not receive them, looks like Fedex took many stops each way. I literally received shipment from half way across the globe faster than this.
Purchased products at Costco. This past season quality has been a big issue. Shirts & pants have started coming unsewed after only 2-3 washings & air drying. They are great at keeping you warm but when they start unraveling, it's a waste of $$ to buy them.
We've sent a comment re this on the 32degress.com website & plan on contacting Costco. We'll see what kind of response 32Degrees gives.
MARCH 1: We just received an email back from the company. All they said was there's no warranty for the product & they dont tske returns. We didn't ask to return it to them (we'll be using Costco's great return policy) & they said nothing about checking into their quality control problems. So were are changing our rating to as low as possible & would give it a negative based on the reply we received (from employee Geri).

Purchased this item for around $15 at Costco a couple years ago and liked the item. Lately, I decided to order 2 more directly from 32 Degrees. Price was now $25 apiece which was tolerable since I liked the item. Lo and behold when they arrived, the items were significantly lighter weight and nowhere near as warm. Decided to return them and learned, "final sale item... non returnable." There are now multiple points to my dissatisfaction: 1) item is inferior to that previously purchased, 2) price was higher than previous, 3) return wasn't possible, 4) shipping, although free, took 13 days, 5) THERE IS NO PROVISION TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THE 32 DEGREES WEBSITE, this should be a red flag!

I order a few items and free shipping takes almost 3 week for my order to be delivered by fedex and the quality is ok but not likely to order from them anymore
I spent hundreds of dollars buying for myself and others (gifts). This last order, I spent close to $400 and made a purchase a week prior to Christmas. I was qualified for the expedited shipping after spending so much and I was expecting the package to be delivered by 12/22 (which is about 5 days after the purchase date). My package arrived 12/28. I wasn't happy because all of my Christmas gifts were late. I contacted the company for the disatisfaction, the company refused to offer any types of solution, except, I was told delay is expected during holiday season. But 2 weeks delay is not acceptable. And upon checking the tracking history, the package was sent to the Fedex 5 days after making the purchase, whiwas was 12/22. I will never shop at 32degrees again.
I only order from 32 when their clothes are on sale. The clothes are great: comfortable and the expected size. Unlike many reviews here, I have had no problems in several orders.
32 degrees uses the worst shipping method possible. I ordered 2 pairs of sweat pants Sept 7 got a tracking number, it is now Sept 28 and my order is just sitting at FedEx still. I
Know what it costs to ship 2 pairs of pants UPS or USPS 3 or 5 day delivery, 32 degrees probably saved a dollar or two using this option, but I know they DEFINITELY LOST A CUSTOMER! Oldest story in business, some company hires a new for the moment CFO who is not in touch with cust service and thinks cutting shipping costs will save the company. Well their wrong if they want to keep customers coming back..

I haven't even recieved my order yet and I'm already disappointed. I will not order again. Unless everything comes from China there is no reason to wait 3 weeks for an order.
I placed an order for warm weather under shirts and pants for my husband. Total of 4 items on Oct 20th
2022. Recieved order confirmation and shipment tracking immediately. They stated order shipped via UPS and when I saw the tracking number, it gave me pause. When clicked it would take me to UPS site, however once there it did not pull up order status, just stated no order found. I contact CS at 32 degrees asking them to provide update, since TN didn't work. This took them 2 days, only to inform me that the order was clearly lost. They then sent a seperate email stating they will replace my lost order to confirm my address. After not hearing from them for more days. On Nov 1st, I then asked for email update on tracking, stating that if replacement order still hasn't shipped that I want the order cancelled. I got a email confirmation that they cancelled order, that it will take up to 10 days for refunded amount to be replaced depending on my bank. What's crazy is this, they ask if there is anything else they can help me with? Absurdity for sure. How about actually sending out the order correctly the first time. Or proactively replacing it, in a timely manner. Or follow up in a timely manner. 2 weeks just to know if my order is gonna ship or not isn't providing any CS service as far as I am concern. Sticking with a more reliable company for next venture.

I placed an order sunday to realize he already had it. I tried to call no answer left an email and the product still shows unfilled today Monday at 10am. Yet they are refusing to refund me.
The product I purchased in an adult medium fit my 12 year old and due to being a dame they refused to even exchange it for a size that fit. Don't bother with this terribly overhyped product
So I bought 32 degrees boxer briefs from Costco which I like a lot. But Costco in my area carry mostly large. I went online to check for smaller size and ran into 32degrees.com which had a final sale of 5.99 each. I thought it was a very good price and checked the description repeatedly to make sure it's a package of 3, like Costco has. And it said clearly on the description "package of 3". After all, it was a final sale so I convinced myself that is not a mistake and ordered 5 packages and a pair of short to meet free shipping requirement. The package came and there was only 5 briefs instead of 15. I checked the web site again and this time the "package of 3" was removed. So I contacted them explainning the situation and asked for a refund if they dont honor their price. I got a very cold response saying they don't offer 3-pack for $6 and no return because of "final sale". It mentioned nothing about what I saw in the description. I should have screen captured the description on their site when placing the order but as of today, I googled again and it still shows package of 3 on the Google's brief description. However, when I clicked on it, it takes me to their web site but the page was not found. This means they removed the page. See images below.
I ordered a coat and it was way to big and they wouldn't allow me to return for refund. Total scammers and I highly recommend NOT ordering from them. You will be very sorry. They told me coat was NONREFUNDABLE. Very frustrating!

Upon googling 32 Degrees, I came across several bad reviews and almost didn't shop for the underlayer apparel I was searching for directly from 32degree.com. I had purchased a Cozy Heat Undershirt by this brand from Macys and loved it so much, I wanted to get more but they were sold out in my size. Naturally I googled to see where it may be available and found their official website as well as consumer websites rating them poorly for bad service. However, the prices on 32degrees.com was a fraction of what it retails in department stores that I couldn't resist. So I was careful to purchase only 3 items of the many I was looking to purchase. The items arrived as ordered and delivery which was the biggest gripe of reviewers went rather well. The shipping method they use is Sure Post which I absolutely agree from experience is one of the worse and as such I didn't expect fast delivery. Ten days later (after one FedEx Sure Post delay update) I received my entire order and actually placed another to complete what I was afraid to on my first order with them. The prices are unbeatable and honestly the delivery time wasn't too bad - maybe 3-4 days later than most online orders these days. I'm satisfied with 32degrees.com.
