Bought a 2kva open frame generator just before they deleted the item, the carby was defective, a bit broke off the throttle body, I rang, emailed and begged for a replacement, even if it was just the throttle body as I'd looked after it, changed the oil, and winterized it when not in use, but they ultimately emailed and said in essence "Sorry NOT Sorry" it's old!

The Honda it's a clone off has a different carby that can't adapted, the stepper motor is different and can't be adapted... I've tried, a friend once called me "the king of makeshift" if it can be worked around I can do it, but not even the local small motor guy or the mower shop can help!

Aholes to the extreme!

If they delete your product and you need a part, they won't have it, they throw all stock of parts out as soon as they delete an item, save your money and buy from someone who cares about after sales service!
