I ordered a lift kit from them, Jp was the customer service representative that helped me out. He looked up numerous lifts for my truck and was great communicating in a timely manner to ensure I was aware of when tracking would be available etc. I highly recommend.

Purchased two rims for our vehicle. Was sent two different rims. Tried to get an exchange but they were not willing to work with me at all! Said they were heavily used rims but that's how they were when the mechanic at the shop took them out of boxes to put my tires on them! Crooks 🤨🖕

I ordered a Warn plow assembly with ATV specific mount on 9-17-2014. I then started reading reviews and panicked. My bad, not reading before ordering but the prices are crazy low. Expecting a nightmare, I checked my email Monday afternoon the 21st. There is a email with the tracking numbers saying it was to be delivered on Wed. 9/24. Everything came, was right and fit. It was exactly as advertised and was Warn! Delivery was FAST. I had absolutely NO issues with 4WheelOnline and will order from them again. Don't know why others have so much trouble?
Horrible Customer Service. Cut me off to say he doesn't do Amazon orders when I mentioned it. When I asked to be transferred to someone that DOES he just have me a number to call. Called that number and no answer. Very rude and not helpful at all. Can't believe Amazon is still doing business with them or that they are even still in business at all from the reviews I've read saying the same type of things.
Terrible customer service. It took months to get a refund on 2 small wheels returned within days of purchase. I ended up calling Walmart to resolve the refund issues. I was having. All in all, it took 4 months and many emails to get $130 back from 4WheelOnline.com. Never do business with these people. There are many better choices out there.
I purchased wheels and tires well over a month ago. I still do not have my wheels and tires. You never get your emails returned. You request a tracking number through their website you never get one. I called numerous times and have been told each week they will be shipping out the next day and it never happens. I have spoken with Roland, Buddy, JD and Chris that answer the phone and no one is of help, they always have to check with the warehouse and then never find anything out. I do not know how this business stays in business.

I bought a set of brake pads on Amazon marketplace from them--at a very low price mind you. They marked it shipped immediately. Over a week later I get a notification that they refunded me the money and the reason was CUSTOMER RETURN!?!? I never received the pads in the first place! I looked at the brake pads again and the company increased their price by 70%. They apparently just wanted to the appearance of business and made up a false excuse to refund the money. Fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered some wheels for my wife's 2018 Atlas. They said they would fit but they road like square wheels. They did reship one that was obviously out of round but want return or refund now. Put it on and They still road terrible. They don't stand by what they sell.
Ordered 4 wheels. 3 of then were correct, 1 was wrong. They weren't interested in replacing the wheel prior to returning the wrong one so I started the return process and ordered another wheel to expedite shipping and down time. Ther replacement is also defective and now I'm afraid I'm gonna be dealing with Matt and Alex for a while to get this corrected. They're not exactly going outta their way to help out, and infact are accusing me of not recognizing bore sizes or bolt patterns or even threads in holes. I hope for the best but this is ongoing. Stay away!
My son bought 4 new tires for his truck and he did not need to use them right away because he also wanted new wheels so a bit of time passed before he noticed that the new tires had huge patches inside each new tire. He called to ask why new tires had patches and the person he spoke with was very rude and since he wasn't ordering anything the man just didn't want to answer any questions at all. Will never use this company again and now may be stuck with seconds since no answers were offered.
This is by far the worst Customer service I have ever received! This Company Sent a Defective rim to me and, After several weeks of getting no where I still have Not received any info on the return of Junk wheel. So Pissed off. Don`t waste your money here at this store.

I bought the Tuff Country suspension kit of my Sierra from 4WheelOnline two months ago. I waited almost a week until it was delivered to my house. In addition to the 30% off, I got an extra 5% discount on this purchase. I am happy that my transaction went well, I am planning to purchase more auto accessories from this shop in the future.

Tuff Country Suspension Kit for GMC
We recently ordered their tire and wheel packages and very pleased with the fast shipping and complete service. Great savings getting this combo from this site. We'll have another truck project and we'll definitely consider them for the suspension, tires, and wheels package.
I bought rims from the website at a great price, a few days later they contact me and say they dont have them. So I pick another rim that just went on sale that morning. (not really because they dont have them) They contact me and say "pick 4 different rims and we will see what we have. Classic bait and switch. Bad business practice.

STAY AWAY from these people! Placed a large order for rims and tires. Zero communication from them for weeks. They lead me on for 8 months. They don't answer emails, phone, and are very rude. After I canceled my order it took me weeks to get a refund. Horrible Customer Service, they don't stock anything or have accurate stock count from their suppliers. I will take my money someplace else.

I called their customer service for some tire and wheel package fitment advice and the guy started off rude. He first said he couldn't hear me and then when I asked if he could hear me now he said "hold on for a second" as if I was an inconvenience. Fast forward, I then asked him a question about what would be the largest setup I could fit on a 2018 Ram 2500 and he responded as if I was incompetent. I then tried to explain to him what I was looking to purchase on his site and he didn't even try to get my business. At that point I was done and contacted Custom Offsets that provides similar services where they were much more 'arm opening' into my questions and money. I did give 2 stars since the guy did at least answer my questions. 23 years Active Duty service... never thought I would leave a review on rudeness but it seemed fitting.

Apparently, if you are calling them for questions don't waste your breath. You have to contact them knowing exactly what you want and ensure to have thick skin.

I'm going on a month since I first placed my order for new Fuel wheels for my F150. (1) wheel shipped from somewhere and the other (3) shipped from somewhere else. Guess what... one of the three was a 16" wheel and not a 17". I could see the difference in the boxes coming up my driveway. Now have to send the wrong one back and looks like I'm waiting upwards of another 2 weeks for the correct one to get here. Looks like it's shipping from Jupiter or Mars. Should've reviewed them before I ordered. Not sure it was worth the savings... and I don't have the wheel yet so this could even get worse. No effort thus far to express ship or try to make it "right".

Three months later still waiting for my refund. Oracle refunded you 6/22/16 so why am I waiting for three months? Call and no return call as promised. Your customer service is horrible. Guess better business bureau is next.
Think long and hard before you buy from this company. If you do buy; PRAY very loudly and long that you don't have to return something to them. They are the worst of the worst at processing or accepting returns. It will cost you! Be very very careful with these guys!
Ordered expensive shocks, got crappy ones. They refuse to refund the difference in the price of the shocks, or send out the correct parts. They admitted to me via phone that the mistake was on their website, and they "accidentally" ordered the wrong parts from the manufacturer. They refuse to provide any customer service, and when I finally reached their customer service "manager" I was informed that he was sorry for the mistake, and they would like to refund me $30 (an arbitrary number that has nothing to do with the order) instead of the $120 dollar difference in question. Please, save yourself a ton of trouble and headaches and order through quadratec or morris4x4. They ship out the right parts, and if there is ever an issue, they solve it in a timely fashion in a reasonable way. This place is a total joke, and easily the worst online purchase of my life.
Ordered a set of wheels. After a eight days of ordering them I inquired customer service (since they tell you on the confirmation email to wait a week before contacting them with questions) when I should expect my wheels, which should be arriving soon. That is how I found out that they had canceled my order because they over sold the wheels at that price and now I'd have to buy the same ones again at a more expensive price and wait another week or so to get the set of wheels that now will add up to be over $100 more than the set I had previously ordered. Would have been helpful to email when my order had been canceled at the very least.
I ordered a Bug Shield for my 2018 Colorado, Partially my fault because I marked bug shield for a 2014 Colorado. Since It ask what vehicle I was ordering for, a 2018 Colorado someone should could have ask if I marked wrong. They had no problem call to get a different credit card because I initially used an American Express they said they need a Visa or Master Card( they were to cheap to pay the extra 1.5% fee American Express charges). When I call about it being wrong the guy was a jerk, not customer friendly, then I find out they don't even carry a bug shield for that model. I shipped it back. After 6 weeks no refund. I emailed them to inquire about my refund, They said it was damaged in shipping all scratched up. It was in the box they sent it to me in. They refused to refund my purchase amount. They are dishonest. Check their reviews. They are a 1 out of 5.
