I ordered a lift kit from them, Jp was the customer service representative that helped me out. He looked up numerous lifts for my truck and was great communicating in a timely manner to ensure I was aware of when tracking would be available etc. I highly recommend.
I ordered beadlocks at $324 paid for them and was surprised to see they would be delivered in two or three days. Two days later I received an email saying they were going to refund me and cancel the order, the cause of this was an account adjustment. The adjustment was to the price of the wheels that went up another $140 each, then they want me to reorder, no thanks, what a way to run a company. Now that im here i see a lot of bad reviews and wish i would have checked here first. Dont waste your time or money with these people.
I was pleasantly surprised when 36 hours after my order was placed my parts had been delivered. No special delivery just the regular 5-7 business day delivery and i had it the next evening! Their website is well done and directs you to exactly where you need to be and you find the right parts fast!
I am glad to have stumbled upon this website as I was looking for a new set of tires for my 2016 Mazda CX-5. I asked the agent for an all-season tire recommendation and he mentioned Continental ExtremeContact tires. He appears to be very familiar with the product because he answers all the questions I have. I ended up buying a set and waited for a week for it to be delivered. The size that he suggested perfectly fits on my wheels.

I've read a lot of negative reviews about 4wheelonline but the product reviews that the actual shop have is different. Previous customers were pleased, so I tried. I purchased a new set of Nitto Ridge Grapplers from this store with an off-road wheel. I got if free mounted as what they advertise online and it is of good quality. I set it up in my jeep and it looks good. I had no issues with their customer service rep. The agent I spoke to seemed friendly -- he suggested what size would be best for my JK.
First transaction and certainly not the last since I've seen a wide variety of auto accessories that I want to purchase for my ride.

I was in a bind and needed the parts fast. I called Customer Service and they were so helpful, They confirmed the exact parts that were needed for my Jeep, had them all in stock, and were able to Next Day Air them to me. The additional Next Day Air cost was reasonable and they truly got me out of sticky situation - I was stuck in a corn field. I will definitely be passing along this experience to all my buddies.

Terrible business practices. Sold me a stereo, but intentionally shipped a water heater switch. They knowingly accepted my order for the stereo, but didn't want to honor the price. Rather than apologizing and canceling my order they shipped me a completely unrelated component. They knew exactly what they were doing, admitting as such by sending me the wrong item and then admitting to the pricing error. They are not respectable, professional, or ethical. I could have understood and would have respected them more if they admitted their error in putting the stereo up at the wrong price and cancelling my order; but they went ahead with the entire process as if they were going to complete the order, though sending me the wrong item. Such a scam of a company. I have no idea how they have a good BBB rating. This isn't a quality company. They know what kind of business they are.
Ordered wheels from 4wheelonline.com 2. 12. 19 I even called to verify their supplier had the 5 beadlocks in their warehouse. The next day 2. 13. 19 I got a call from 4wheelonline stating the wheels are no longer available. I asked for a refund that day. Well, since 2. 13. 19 I have contacted 4wheelonline 5 times and they say that they need a refund from their supplier to refund me. What The Funk, I purchased from you, not your supplier. Refund my purchases and take the refund from your supplier up with them. Dont penalize your customer for a bad supplier. I need my refund so I can go to a reputable source for my wheels. It is now 2. 26. 19 and STILL NO REFUND! 4wheelonline.com ARE SCAM ARTISTS!
I've never felt more ripped off in my life. I bought a set of wheels, the chrome was coming off. Told me it was under warranty, to pick out new rims and they would reimburse me. Once I got my rims they told me they weren't covered under the warranty, and I could return the rims if I wanted.
Ordered an item on 6/18/20. Credit card was charged on 6/18/20. Reputable companies don't charge you until the product is shipped. Requested a tracking number on 6/25/20 per their website instructions. No response. Request a tracking number again on 7/1/20. No response. Called on 7/8/20, and was told they have stopped doing business with the manufacture and can't fulfill the order. Why wasn't I contacted when they stopped doing business with the manufacture? The person said he would cancel the order and request a refund. He said I would be notified of the refund within a 3-7 days as they only process refunds once a week. So, I guess I just gave them an interest free loan for 25 days and delayed my project for 25+ days. Hope I get my refund.
I ordered a set of 35x12.50r20 nitto trail grapplers on amazon prime day. They were for an almost too good to be price 240$ a tire... anyways paid em they said they shipped. Then day b4 they arrived seller refunded my money saying "customer returned" they lied. Amazon called them and they then said well they had oversold too many. Well there add in Amazon he raised the price and still showed they had 16 in stock. They never contacted me nothing. I missed out on other prime tire deals that day, Amazon is investigating them and hopefully they will not be on the market place any more with there deceptive practices. Like all the others, customer service is really bad, I would like to use other works but I will be nice. Ordered a set of nerfbars which I recieved right away, but they only sent ONE bar. All the hardware for both sides were there. Called to get the other one was told I have to order another set for replacement and send back the parts I did not need with a return number.so I did and was charged for the second set and was emailed a new invoice. When I called to get a delivery date I was told they are on back order for 3 weeks, but they now have $300.00 I have one nerfbars bar and have to wait 3 weeks. I should not have been billed if they can not ship. Very bad business and they didn't seem to care
I bought a shock system from them and they sent the wrong parts. I had to pay to return them and was again sent the wrong parts. I paid to again return then and cancel my order to buy from somewhere else. I am unalbe to a refund credit after several months. Dtill without a new shock system.
Order a set wheels for my car on line. Did not receive a email with a tracking number. On the second day from the order I called customer service. They said the wheels are not in stock and it may take a few weeks to get them. I told them just cancel the order. I was not going to wait that long. I pacifically ask if I was charged for the order. They said no. I bought wheels from someone else. But yet the wheels from 4WheelOlins came a week and half later and they changed me. I called them back and they said they have record of canceling the order. So here we go the battle begins.

After contacting and filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney Generals office, I finally received a refund after more than a month from the original order date. A word to the wise; Pay the extra $ and get your products from a reputable business.
Like the rest of the 1 star reviewers, my experience with these tw@t waffles has been abysmal. Based on the unwillingness of the company to refund monies for their own mistakes, their business practices "may" qualify as wire fraud. The online site gives an 813 area code contact number (Tampa, FL area). The website is registered to Network Solutions LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. Network Solutions LLC is registered to Perfect Privacy LLC in Providence Utah, which is a house. Something to hide?
There's a very good reason they have their own google reviews and Facebook reviews disabled. This should have been a warning to me to look deeper before ordering from them to save a few bucks. That decision ultimately cost me hundreds more in the long run.
I ordered a set of vision wheels from them. The wheels came and two of them were damaged. One from shipping and one has a significant defect in the machine finish. During this time I decided to lower the car and needed a narrower wheel anyway. So I submitted a return request for the two damaged wheels and ordered two more. When I called to check the status of the return request, the guy I spoke to was incredibly rude. He was condescending and just talked over me. They gave me the runaround always telling me that the returns guy was out and to call back next week. When I finally talked to the returns person, he was nicer, but also didn't help. They told me that fedex would be by to pick them up, but provided no time frame or documentation. So I was instructed to just leave them outside for FedEx to pick them up. After several days I called back and got the runaround again. They are either completely incompetent or intentionally deceitful. Either way, I regret doing business with them. As a business owner, I know that this sort of poor customer service is not how you succeed long term or grow your business.
Now I'm stuck with 6 wheels and two that I can't even re-sell because of the damage.
Accidentally ordered double the sets of tires I needed 5/25, called to inform them it was a double order 5/26 they claimed they already shipped and could not cancel. Found out they shipped on 5/30 and SHIPPED TO WRONG ADDRESS! I requested again they cancel one of the orders as it was doubled and they still shipped both (to the provided address this time). Will never order from these people again.

I ordered 4 wheels off the website. The following morning I get an email telling me I need to call them because there is a problem with the order. I call and am told they only have 3 in stock. Ok, I cancel that order, find one of the wheels on Amazon and order it, then come back and order the 3 they told me they had. I get a call the following morning telling me they only have 2 in stock. Really? OK, I ordered the 2 they have in stock and go order another one from another seller on Amazon. A few days later I have received the 2 I ordered off of Amazon but still don't even have a tracking number from these guys for the 2 they charged me for. And yes, they are already on my credit card statement. So I call and ask them what's up with my wheels? They tell me now that they don't have any in stock and don't know when they will get more. No apologies, no nothing! So now I am stuck with 2 custom wheels and no matches for them! I told them to just refund my money. We'll see if that happens. Don't waste your time with this place. They are just another retailer and not a warehouse. They don't stock items, they wait until you place an order then they order it from a different warehouse.
This company is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a set of wheels from them and described in full detail what I needed. When the wheels arrived they were The wrong ones! So I figured no problem their mistake I'll just ship them back and get the right ones. Call them up and talk to them and they said no problem we're going to return them back it was our mistake you don't have to pay for anything I thought great what a reputable company. Boy was I ever wrong. When they sent me my email confirmation with return instructions it had no return postage label in it so I call them up and ask them why there was not a return postage label to print out. They then informed me that they had changed there mind and it was actually my fault can you believe that I actually thought I was being punked. And they were not going to pay for any return shipping I strongly disagreed so They finally put me in touch with some guy named Mike who sold me the wheels and he starts to lie about the conversation that we had had when we discussed the wheels. To make a long story short this company SUCKS I had to pay return shipping Plus they made me pay back the shipping costs for them when they initially ship the wheels I have to pay both ways! Plus a 10%restocking fee it was just an absolute nightmare these people have no business trying to run a company they have no idea what customer service means you're better off shopping somewhere else unless you enjoy being ripping off!
