I strongly caution against engaging with 4X, as my experience suggest they operate as a scam company. Be wary of any involvement, as it may result in financial loss and unfavorable outcomes. I've gotten my money back and that was only way I could go about it. I got help from. (I USED THEIR WEBSITE URL AS MY DISPLAY NAME AND PROFILE PICTURE ON THIS REVIEW INCASE YOU NEED HELP AND WANT TO REACH OUT TO THEM). Note: I did this because of the strict policy over here and honestly i just want to help as many people as possible to get their money back.
It is a fake platform they are not legit, they promise to teach you trading and everything rest. I made a lot of deposit in this company, i was also tricked to get loans and money from anywhere i could. When it was time for withdrawal my request was ignored after a while i lost access to my account, this was when i reached out to the expert above and his team who successfully got my total balance back from 4X.
Edit to add: they have just replied below to say I have never been a customer of theirs- please see screenshots below to show they are liars and scammers. 4x.fm require you to reach a 'threshold amount' before you can withdraw any profits! This is not something they tell you upfront and there is no uniform answer to what the threshold amount is. There is nothing about this threshold amount in the t&cs and even after enquiring about this they could not tell me where to find it as I do not see it anywhere on the site at all. I had drawn some profits about a month ago and there was never any mention of a threshold amount before being able to withdraw profits. I had invested £2250 and my account value is £7000 now and when I asked to withdraw profits they gave a confusing explanation as to why I couldn't draw any money from my account, in fact they said I actually owed them money if I closed the account now. When I asked for clarification the person got angry and kept saying where else would you make so much profit on such a little amount of investment and if I don't understand it, then I'm stupid. I would not invest any money in this company! Hopefully this helps a few people from making the same mistake I did! After still not understanding the calculations they have made up, to close my account, they say I will get about £800 out (I am waiting to see if that even happens) so that means all in all I'm down £1750 by using this company. I never lost money on any trade, I only made profit. I can only assume this is a scam with their inability to give me the money I've made or even the very least the money I initially put into the account which they have refused as well.

Don’t use this trading platform, it’s confusing and they don’t give you uniform or straight answers. Service was impeccable until I asked to get my money out.
