I placed an order in January, but it was returned to sender by USPS. Been waiting 2 months for refund. Was offered a partial refund. Will never order from this company again. Update: thankfully I used PayPal for this order and they were able to issue a refund since the company was unwilling to. They refuse to acknowledge their responsibility as a company to provide timely refunds. Reading the negative reviews, it's common for the company to respond by blaming the customer. In this case, it was initially USPS who failed to deliver, but ultimately 6dollar shirts should have offered a refund upon receipt of the returned items. The company name is also misleading. The majority of the shirts are not $6.
I had a slight technical issue that was resolved within 24 hours, credited to my account, and I even had to change my shipping address AFTER the order was placed. Amazing service, great quality shirts, innovative designs. I LIVE for Tee Time :)
It happens so often when ordering anything online that items dont ship on time or when theyre supossed to. Usually when reaching out to the customer service links you get an automated response that isnt very helpful. This is not the case with $6shirts.com. Not only did Alexa change my shipping status to priority when she heard that I needed my shirts for the upcoming weekend but she also checked back in with me to make sure that the shirts did actually arrive. I was so impressed. The shirts are awesome too. Soft material, true to size, true to color, and hilarious messages. I am a happy customer. I will be ordering from this company again.
Received my two shirts within a week AFTER messaging them that I needed them ASAP. They quickly emailed me back saying that they'd put my order in and try to send it out as soon as they could. WITHOUT extra shipping, I received my QUALITY-MADE shirts. The women's cut is NOT low, as some of them are now. The neckline does not make me worry about bending over and revealing my bra, and I have more coverage from the damaging sun rays. That's what a tee is supposed to be. The ONLY problem I have with 6DollarShirts is trying to choose which one to wear. Hilarious sayings! They ENCOURAGE us to think of clever sayings and designs. If they like it, they'll print it. Great idea!
I ordered 5+ shirts. Two were the random $3 ones and the rest were for holiday presents, myself and my wife. One of the shirts was incorrect and the two mystery shirts were dumb and cheap af but when I contacted them about the incorrect shirt I sent the wrong one in which I guess I didn't have to do. Since I paid for shipping they reimbursed me for the shirt, my $$ I spent on shopping and money for shipping for ANOTHER ORDER! I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I was replied to in emails unbelievably fast. The only piece of constructive criticism I would give is when you guys are doing the random shirts-look up the persons search history. Luckily I work in a hot dirty area so I use it as a work shirt otherwise I would have donated it immediately. Same with my wife. They were dumb af.

I ordered my shirts on Feb 10th. I sent them an e-mail on the 12th because my order still said "Processed" and I just wanted to know how long that takes because they had never given me an estimated time frame. They answered me on the 15th that it would be shipped out the next day. Today is the 17th and I got an e-mail stating that the shipping label has been PRINTED, but still has not shipped. I live in TN very close to the AL state line, they should have already had my order shipped and at my house by now! Especially since I order pants on the 15th from another site based in FL and got them today! C'mon guys! Get your stuff together!

In happy with the way the handled the situation, there was a little hick up with my order and it being repeated however they notified me and as such help me to solve it and fully refunding me for the mistaken order. I also was grateful for the fact that they processed my order quicker than advertised due to the fact that I had to leave the country. The website mightnlook shady butnits a legit and good place to do business I'm certainly shopping there again...
From order to delivery it took nearly 3 weeks to get my shirts. And I ordered the mystery pack, in which they use shirts they already have lying around so there was no processing time. Four days after I bought them and received payment confirmation I emailed to ask if they had shipped my order yet. They shipped it two hours after I asked. I paid $12.40 for shipping so I assumed it would come in a USPS medium-flat-rate box in 2-3 days. But I was wrong. They shipped it UPS ground. It was absolutely ridiculous.
ABOUT THE MYSTERY PACK OF SHIRTS:
I am very happy with the shirts. They sent me a good selection and the quality is good. This would be a 5-STAR review if they had simply shipped USPS instead of UPS. I'm dumbfounded that anyone, let alone a business, would choose that shipping method when USPS ships for the same price with a max 3-day delivery.
Tip for consumers:
If you want good shirts for a low price and you're not in a hurry... this is a good option.

I ordered a few shirts recently, but one shirt was incorrect (World's Okayest "Brother", instead of "Sister"). When I submitted an email, asking how to return/exchange it, I received an apology. My intention was to ask how to exchange the shirt, but instead I was asked to describe the error and then informed that the correct shirt would be sent out. No need to return the other one. I was honestly surprised that it was so easy. My t-shirt arrived quickly and I couldn't be happier to give my siblings their shirts. Thanks for solving the issue and making it so easy!

These shirts are hilarious! I saw someone out in town with the Captain Howdy T-shirt on and I couldn't stop laughing (huuuge fan of 'The Exorcist'). I came home and looked for the Captain Howdy T-shirt online and found it on $6 Dollar Ts. The shirts are fantastic - they were a surprise for my boyfriend and he LOVED them. Made an order for a few t-shirts on Feb 28 and my order wasn't even processed until March 3. It is now March 10th and my order has yet to depart the DHL facility to my house in Boise. Doubtful I will order again.

My order shipped out on May 2nd and it is now May 18th. I was told that because its across the border that they cant track the package, but when I called UPS to ask about it they cant find anything because it was transferred to Canada Post, called Canada Post and they dont use the same tracking number. My package hasn't moved for an entire week now. After reading the reviews I wonder if I'm ever going to get it

With the shipping method selected, transit usually takes 7-14 business days but can take up to 3 weeks if customs holds a package which unfortunately cannot be controlled. We do include all of this information online along with tracking may be limited and the information is available to view before placing an order.
Today would be the 12th business day in transit for this order to Canada so this package is within the timeframe we state online. While we do issue tracking numbers for each package, Canada Post may choose to keep this number or assign the package a new number.
We see that you have already been in contact with our agents and apologize if you are not seeing our responses. Please let us know if your package does not arrive within the timeframe for the shipping method selected so we can start an investigation with the carrier and send a replacement if needed. Ordered a Medium women's, received a medium girl t-shirt - I contacted them and they said that girls tees were large enough to be women's tees? I wear a size small, ordered a medium to make sure it was large enough and receive child size shirts? They have refused to issue a refund. Stay away.
Businesses who overcharge for shipping can be hit with a class action lawsuit. It's the type of overlook that put, somewhat, large/medium scale operations out of business. It's unfortunate, I think 6dollarshirts.com is great in concept, good product for the price, but lacks in customer service and execution. If you figure a person orders a shirt, pays $3 for shipping, pays an extra $2 for expedited shipping that is guaranteed by a specific date. If you figure they sell 50,000 shirts a year, and divide that by a 1/3... that's 12,500 shirts that are promised to be sent priority mail. They then send them all through regular mail service with the hope it gets to you in an acceptable time frame and then pocket the money. That's about $25,000 a year, that's criminal. I actually think I'm being generous with these numbers. Someone should look into it and take these guys down. Small businesses should never ignore a customer waiting for a Christmas package... it's just asking for trouble. Good job 6dollarshirts.com, I hope you survive this next year.
