I placed an order in January, but it was returned to sender by USPS. Been waiting 2 months for refund. Was offered a partial refund. Will never order from this company again. Update: thankfully I used PayPal for this order and they were able to issue a refund since the company was unwilling to. They refuse to acknowledge their responsibility as a company to provide timely refunds. Reading the negative reviews, it's common for the company to respond by blaming the customer. In this case, it was initially USPS who failed to deliver, but ultimately 6dollar shirts should have offered a refund upon receipt of the returned items. The company name is also misleading. The majority of the shirts are not $6.
The other day, after hearing my dear teenage son complain about a sudden lack of clothing, I did what any doting parent would do and decided to buy my kid some clothing. Previously said son and I had visited 6dollarshirt.com when he wanted to show me his internet find. So I visited the website during an episode of insomnia and ordered a couple of shirts for the loving teenager. I got myself one as well. Heck you can't beat $6! The following evening I told the sweet child that I'd made a purchase for him. He immediately demanded to see just what I got. Well guess what? I apparently have amnesia or just have no idea what the boy likes or what size he wears! Ugh! So I immediately emailed customer support. I noted the policies and crossed my fingers. The very next morning I was contacted via email my a cheerful representative. She put my order on hold ave waited for my reply. Silly me didn't see email until next day but I explained that I needed to change not only the sizes but the colors of the boys shirts and waited for the big let down. Within 5 minutes I received a response to my requests. No problem, she said! Whew relief! So I am here to praise the customer service department of this company and let everyone know that my dealings with them were 100% positive and I look forward to doing business with them again! Going on a month of processing. AND Their site says you can return their products but wont receive return credit at this time. This company is in Florida, not California where covid restriction are severe. NO EXCUSE for it to take this long regardless if each shirt is being made seperate or CV19. They use a canned excuse in their reply emaila and they appear to keep using the same weak excuse replying to neg reviews. SIMPLE. BE UP FRONT and inform your customers how long it wil take before taking their money! Ill be reporting them to my credit card company for failure to deliver.
Hi Mike! As soon as the pandemic slowed our team we put delay notices on almost every page of our site and even put an additional note the cart that urged any customer that would like an order shipped right away to place the order with rush processing because of the delay.

I ordered 10 shirts roughly 4 months ago, so I've had some time to wear them all. First the positives:
-Shipping cost was reasonable (even to Canada)
-Shipping time was fairly quick
-The prints are really nice quality
-The cost can't be beat, even with shipping was less than local shops
Now the bad: Out of the bag one of the shirts had a bad hem on it, the thread was completely frayed and half of the bottom hem of the shirt was not stitched at all. Luckily I'm handy enough that I dealt with it myself rather than go through time and expense to try and exchange a $6+s/h shirt internationally.
4 months later two other shirts are having the same issue, the bottom hems are fraying badly. This is clearly something with the shirts themselves and whatever manufacturer they use, and to be honest for $6 each I guess I shouldn't expect too much.
It is enough for me to decide to not place another order through them though, next time I need any t-shirts I'll try somewhere else, even with added cost and hope the quality of the shirts is better.
I am glad i read these before i actually placed my order. Decided not to order from them. A couple people talking about suspicious charges on their cards and others talking about poor quality shirts.
The shirt I bought was really high quality, and it was true to size. It also arrived quickly. Overall, this is a great company to purchase from and I will be shopping here more often.

I live in sweden and ordering stuff from U.S. is usually abit of a horrible experience, however im stoked with the fast shipping, quality and the amazing price of 6$shirts.

Do buy 10 shirts and get them for 50$
Quality of the shirts is good, their shipping used to be more reasonable, now it's $8+ per shirt. Overall if. You like one of their shirts you can expect it to hold up well.

The delivery company didn't deliver my shirt initially. I contacted 6dollarshirts via email. They did an investigation and I had my shirt mailed and delivered to me shortly there after.

$6 Shirts claims to offer three times the quality for a third of the price of what their competitors offer. This is a patently false statement intended to mislead the consumer. The shirts that we received were Delta Pro Weight, one of the lowest quality t-shirt brands available. You can't claim superior quality while scraping the bottom of the barrel. These shirts are commonly sold for under a dollar at retail and are known for premature wear, fading, defects, and shrinkage. They are coarse, threadbare, and the ones we received seem to have already deteriorated slightly during the time that they were warehoused. My wife and I used to run a textile business, so we are very familiar with fabrics. Understand that you are ordering a disposable commodity with a lifespan measured in months. Positive reviews generally reflect an appreciation of the printed images, which seem good, without an understanding of thread count, stitching, etc. Pay the extra dollar or two for a quality shirt from someone else. Also note that their return policy is for store credit. Shipping time and charges are high but what you'd expect if their claims about their operation aren't empty hyperbole like everything else. I would not order from them again and massively regret my purchase. I truly hate these shirts.

I ordered shirts at the end of May, and after a few weeks, I did get an email saying there would be delays, and I understood there is a lot going on in the world, so I appreciated the communication. So I bumped them up one star. However, when I received my shirts, the shirt with "The Child" on it was printed upside down. Not sure how that was missed in QA, and am awaiting a response from 6dollar as to how it will be remedied. Once I have that solution, I'll amend my review.
EDIT: It's only been a weekend (so less than one business day) and I've received a response. They are sending a reprinted shirt, and have advised me to keep/donate/whatever the old one.
I've changed my review to five star to fit this response as said. They've been communicative, transparent, and are quick to fix mistakes. I'd definitely purchase from them again, and the quality of the shirts is not what you'd call 6dollar. They're softer and well made.

I LOVE 6dollarshirts. First of all - $6 for a cool t-shirt is AWESOME! Other similar companies charge a lot for the same type of thing AND shipping. People $#*!ing about having to pay the shipping fee for returns are imbeciles. Yeah - it does kinda suck - but this is a small start-up company... and should I state the obvious again - The Shirts Are Six Dollars! Factor the shipping cost into the total shirt cost, even if you had to return... you're STILL ahead. Get over it.
I bought shirts for peeps at Christmas - can I say "the perfect gift" as each person got something that meant something to them personally... that in and of itself is valuable.
I bought a poster which got damaged in shipping and they immediately sent another. They had the 2nd one in a good tube and yet the stupid USPS ruined that mailer, it must have literally been stepped on... it crushed the 2nd one! I did not expect another replacement, and yet they sent one anyway. That is super cool - and you would not be getting that kind of customer service from a big company. They might refund the cost of the poster, but that would about it.
This is a great little company that will continue to grow. Thanks you guys ~ you rule, and I will continue to get my fun shirts from you!

Placed order and money came out of my bank account. I never received the shirts. I emailed them and the claimed they had no order under my name or email. Don't waste your money.

I ordered the 10 random T-Shirts and was not disappointed! I had some issues with it shipping to my APO box but Laci and Ariel were so amazing, helpful and patient with me. I would order more again.
Got 11 shirts. Fast delivery. All the shirts were the way they were supposed to be. Read their shirt care guide before washing them or they may shrink or peel.
Will not order from this site again. You get what you pay for after washing the shirt it will shrink from a large to a small. So be prepared to order 2 sizes above what you're used to

It took 3 weeks to get three tees. When we finally did get them, the three were shoved into a "one shirt shipment bag" so when I tried to open the bag, I accidentally cut a shirt. There was no inside sleeve to protect the shirt while traveling either, just the shirts and an order summary without any contact or return information. When I contacted customer service, they were like, "we cannot replace a shirt YOU cut a hole in". Nothing else. So even though 6DollarTees over stuffed their bag, and I was cutting very slowly and carefully, a discreet, thin piece of sleeve managed to get cut because it was too thin to even know it was where I was cutting? It was an accident. If the bag is going to be shoved full, I think I should have gotten a replacement for whatever was going through their mind when they over packed the bag and sent it as snail mail. Oh yeah and processing and shipping was only supposed to take a week. It took an ADDITIONAL two weeks. No replacement for me, I guess. You can get these same designs somewhere else with a better attitude towards the customers they live off of. This was my second attempt doing business with them. I first order, they sent me a tee with a giant hole in the side. I didn't cut it, it came like that. They're cheap in all aspects. The material is thin, they only sew the fabric together with one stitch. You can get better quality stuff at a thrift store. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO STAY AWAY!
