I placed an order in January, but it was returned to sender by USPS. Been waiting 2 months for refund. Was offered a partial refund. Will never order from this company again. Update: thankfully I used PayPal for this order and they were able to issue a refund since the company was unwilling to. They refuse to acknowledge their responsibility as a company to provide timely refunds. Reading the negative reviews, it's common for the company to respond by blaming the customer. In this case, it was initially USPS who failed to deliver, but ultimately 6dollar shirts should have offered a refund upon receipt of the returned items. The company name is also misleading. The majority of the shirts are not $6.
I used this site and learned my credit card got hacked when I got a call telling me someone tried charging a plane trip to europe on it. I contacted 6dollarshirts to speak to them and they put me on hold then dropped the call... twice! I then sent an email and got no reply.

Beware. They sat on my order for 5 days. This was a x-mas gift for my daughter. Package won't arrive until the 26th. The only way to reach them is a 800 number which goes to a voicemail. No return call. SKETCHY SHADY! STAY AWAY!

Great prices, quality and customer service! I can't say enough about a company that still believes in providing good customer service. I ordered 2 t-shirts: one XL and one 2XL. I received two 2XLs. I contacted customer service and within hrs I received a response from an actual person, not an automated response, and within just a few short days I received the correct sized t-shirt at NO additional cost to me! I have already and will continue to spread the word about this company. I plan on doing quite a bit of Christmas shopping on their website too. Can't beat the prices!

In this time we live in, these shirts are the perfect levity needed. It took longer because they are working with a skeleton crew. But it doesn't show in the quality of the product one bit. They're perfect.

I ordered a few weeks ago and had been tracking it via the UPS site. I later realized that my order was being returned because I entered my zip code incorrectly. I email $6 and Alex went ahead and resent my order eventhough the original order had yet to be returned. He also comped me 1-3 day USPS shipping to get my order here on time before my trip. Very wide selection of great quality shirts. They ended up being the only site I could find the specific shirt I was looking for. Sizing is accurate and I got what I expected when I was guessing sizes for my father's shirt & my own. Shipping speed is extremely slow though, I was starting to think I had been scammed when they showed up. I will definitely be ordering the bulk of my shirts from them from now on though.

The prints on these shirts are pretty darn good, but the shirts themselves are absolute garbage. I ordered three shirts and really like the prints on all of them, but the shirts themselves fit horribly. The Tultex for women are perfectly fine, but the Delta shirts are awful. Think bell type of a shape and shrink just enough to make it uncomfortable. You definitely get what you pay for with these shirts. I would not buy again

So I saw this site and was amazed at the cost and thought well it most likely wont be of great quality but for $6 I thought who cares, I'm wearing it for one day. Well I was proven wrong! The shirts are of great material, not to thick and heavy but not flimsy or see through at all and all my shirts prints were perfectly positioned.(Ive ordered other shirts for more money and prints came out awful and lopsided) Also when I messaged the team about being worried I wouldn't get it on time (totally my fault, I didn't check the shipping info) they were amazing AND accommodating. I LOVE 6 dollar shirts, I will be ordering more!

As I said my first order got lost and I never received it. As soon as I called customer Wes's trying to trace. When they couldn't they sent my order by 2 day service and I received it on time. Customer Service in a business is the most important thing and not being given the runaround and ignored was refreshing. I'm very grateful and appreciative. Again, thank you.

Terrible experience. Shipping was slow, expensive (about 30% of total cost), and customer service was rude. I was angry enogh with the experience to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered they have an "F" rating.

These guys are Awesome! I was needing one of their shirts in a color that wasn't listed and so I contacted them and asked if they could make the shirt in the color that I needed and in less than a day they responded to me and made it an option on the website. On top of that, I needed the shirts by the end of the week and they made that happen. I have bought over 40 shirts from them and the experience is always the best! You can't beat those prices either, $5 a piece if you order 10.
Its taking almost 2 weeks for my stuff to get here when it. Clearly it shows on the their website that the outbound view map only takes 3 days! NOT COOOOOOL! Plus they're making you pay for standard shipping... CMON!

There were problems with shipping (not their fault)... as soon as I contacted 6DollarShirts - they were quick to reply, happy to send the items again, kept me up to date with the delivery etc.

The website says orders are processed typically in two days and may take 1-2 weeks for shipping. I ordered May 25th and today is June 29th and I have yet to receive notification of shipment. You can't blame everything on Covid. I ordered from 4 other places around this time and received everything within a week, and many of the places were also in Florida where I am located. I am 24 hours from disputing this on my credit card. Beware with this company.
Side note. I paid over $8 for two $6 shirts and still waiting over a month to not have it ship.

Most companies pull from a pre-made stock while we make each shirt to order and that is why things are taking longer with the safety features needed to protect our staff. We are indeed located in Florida, where cases have skyrocketed, so protecting our employees is as important as ever.

I ordered three shirts the night before Thanksgiving, and had them within a week through standard shipping. It was through UPS so I got email alerts about the progress of my order. When I ordered, I wasn't sure what to expect for quality, but when I got them I was really impressed. They are great quality at a great price.
Tip for consumers:
Order lots of shirts at once, because shipping for me was more than the cost of one shirt (about $7).
When I didn't receive an email with my gift certificate information included, I quickly emailed the company and they responded immediately. They investigated the issue and sent me another email with the gift certificate information included. Since this was for a Christmas gift, I was very grateful that the response was so quick. Thanks to Mark Weist, my wife will have a gift certificate to order all of her favorite t-shirts! Thanks!

While I do commend 6dollarshirts for sending me out a replacement weeping angel shirt very quickly, the problem I had with that shirt I'm having with their others. I bought a mostly harmless and died of dysentery tshirt as well. ALL of the heat transfer printing is flaking off at a simple touch. The quality of their shirts is apparently horrible. I've had shirts from other sites like teefury, qwertee, and teeglobe for years and not a single problem from any of their merchandise. I will not be buying anymore shirts from this site due to the poor quality of the heat transfers and printing.
When I completed my order, the system told me that my order would be processed in two business day. Once processed, I would receive an email with the tracing number. I don't see myself as an harassing customer. I let the days go bye then, a week later I call them. They say that my order was processed earlier that same day. So I won't get my order in time for christmas (as originally promised) and since that order was processed, they weren't able to change the delivery address for the one where I'll be when the delivery will finally happen. So I won't get to give the gifts for X-Mas + I might not even get the order at all since I won't be there to receive it.
Here is a business tip: spend less money on retargeting customer with aggressive Ad campaign and more on staff to fulfill your promises.

I ordered a couple of t-shirts wondering what this site was about. I'm glad i did, my order was sent to ups almost immediately, ups was a little slow delivering my package to canada, i thought it was lost so i contacted customer service, i got an email back immediately, and 6 dollar shirts were more than glad to help. The delayed shpping was not there fault, and they did everything in their power to help, my shirts exceeded my expectations, and were definetly worth the wait, i will be ordering more from this website, and reccomend it to anyone looking for unique, high quality, and hilarious t-shirts.
I did not initially receive the shirts, contacted customer service and had provided them with the wrong zip code, customer service personnel were very responsive and immediately reshipped the shirts, when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the shirts, they are as advertised and I recommend them to everyone.

I ordered six shirts for a birthday on3 Saturday, then heard nothing. Expected my order had been shipped. Friday the week after, I get an email notification that my order was shipped that evening and should arrive Friday the following week.
I was very disappointed but I understand now that they can only offer such a humongous selection of designs in all sizes and colors because they actually print your t-shirts when you order them. I had failed to read the order information properly.
Well, the shirts arrived, and my friend was just as happy to get them a week later. They are good quality, the colors are nice, the cotton is good quality, and you can wash and tumble-dry these shirts over and over, and they always come out nice. So yes, after I was first disappointed (and posted a "meh" review), I am now a fan and would definitely order again.

Bought several of your shirts four years ago, and your shirts have always been durable, quality pieces, but your shirts have improved greatly since then.
The colors and thread count of the shirts and the silkscreening is very high in quality. Some of your old shirts had silkscreening that was out of alignment, but the new shorts are beautifully done. And you have Bitcoin shirts, and accept Bitcoin payments!

Tip for consumers:
3XL and 4XL are huge shirts. So if you are 200lbs or under, stick with shirts that are 2XL or less.
I recently purchased shirts, but my initial order the quantity wasn't correct. I contacted customer service via email, and received a response early the following morning from Laci Smith. She addressed my concern and even offered to waive the shipping fee as a courtesy. After I made my second order, I emailed Laci and again she quickly responded and took care of the fee. Couldn't tell you what the quality was like as I haven't received my order. I was given confirmation that my order was shipped on November 27 2017, and it is STILL in USA (Florida according to the shipping number provided) as of today, January 26 2018. ( Im in Canada.)
I have received shipments from the UK and China faster than I have from this company.
Don't hold your breath of shopping anywhere not the USA. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.
As far as I am concerned, this website is NOT worth the shipping cost. (If your Canadaian at least.).
