I placed an order in January, but it was returned to sender by USPS. Been waiting 2 months for refund. Was offered a partial refund. Will never order from this company again. Update: thankfully I used PayPal for this order and they were able to issue a refund since the company was unwilling to. They refuse to acknowledge their responsibility as a company to provide timely refunds. Reading the negative reviews, it's common for the company to respond by blaming the customer. In this case, it was initially USPS who failed to deliver, but ultimately 6dollar shirts should have offered a refund upon receipt of the returned items. The company name is also misleading. The majority of the shirts are not $6.
Found a couple shirts my boys will LOVE for Halloween and $6 Shirts sent them right out so we will have them on time. If I were better at planning ahead it wouldn't have mattered, but it sure was nice to find a company that cared enough to get them out quickly. I will definitely be back. THANKS!
I have ordered from this website only 2 times. The first time I ordered shirts from this company it took them almost 3 weeks, this was way before the Covid situation. I ordered 10 shirts all extra large. They all shrunk to a medium size so I had to get rid of them. The customer service was less than helpful. I have now been waiting since July 15th for my order to ship. It still says that my order is processing. Today is July 29th. This will be the last time I order from this company. Not very satisfied with their products. Next time will be either going to Walmart for a real 5 dollar tee shirt. Or spend a little bit more and get shirts shipped quicker. This situation with covid is just the excuse they needed to compensate for their poor customer service and really slow shipping times.
I am a first time customer with 6DollarShirts. I received my order really fast. I am VERY pleased with all the shirts I received.
There was one small problem. For one of the shirts I ordered, they sent me the wrong shirt. I contacted them via email and WITHIN MINUTES had a reply from Kim, who was VERY helpful. She said they would take care of my issue right away.
It is great to do business with a company that has such WONDERFUL customer service!

Ordered some shirts for my Nephews 16 birthday. Ordering was easy and they sent the order out ASAP. There was no option for a personalized note for the gift but the awesome lady that I talked to told me that she would write one for me to send with the shirts! He received them and imidiatly loved them. I watched him on FaceTime and I enjoys watching him look at each cool shirt. I will make sure I order some for myself soon. Thank you 6dollershirts.com!
The price advertised (10 tshirts for $50.) is not the final price. Some shirts are not included and prices change with size. The sizes are strange: guys s m l xl are regular tshirts sizes, girls have cap sleeves BUT ARE CHILDREN SIZES. There is supposed to be an additional costs link but I couldn't find it. I ordered from a Canadian site to avoid customs charges but was charged $40. BUT IF YOU ARE VERY CAREFUL... the t-shirts are awesome and fun. Just be aware of the cost. Before you confirm your order, ask them to provide an invoice of your order with individual and goal costs. It should be done anyway. I paid $200+ for 14 t-shirts, 4 that were children sizes.
The site speaks for itself. Great quality shirts, at a better price. I recently ordered their 10 for $50 deal. One of the shirts I accidentally ordered in the wrong size. I left a voicemail and email and by the beginning of the week, the order was fixed and shipped to me.
Took almost a month to receive shirts and they weren't the same as I ordered. I needed them for event.so disgusted. Try to contact and email they claim they will help but no response. Still a month waiting. Took pics of wrong order they don't give a damn but they sure want your money and then I just get what they have in stock or whatever they choose. Then u can't do $#*! about it. They are all about cheap shirts. U get what I pay for cheap and tacky. All they want is money and don't care about customer.its like the contact info. Doesnt exist. They ignore. Cheap service or no service. Dont care at all. Never again. Dont do it. They are about money and not making me happy or making right. Been a month.no response means you got $#*!ed by them.

I ordered 11 t shirts, I got 10 of them using the deal "10 for 50$".
I received the shipment a few days after ordering on a Friday, as it was promised. Unfortunately one of the t shirts came with a hole on it. Nothing big, just a small hole as big as 1/4 of an inch. I contacted them and send them a message and shared the issue with them.
They responded on Monday, and asked for a photo of the defected shirt. After sending them the photos, the reshiped a new t shirt, with no other questions asked and no hassles, Yay!
Now I have two t shirts of the same kind!
I felt inclined to leave a review for 6DollarShirts after seeing the current critical reviews for the company. Similar to other reviewers, I ordered several shirts just over a month ago, and while it did take the company a bit of time to get the order out, I felt it was perfectly acceptable given the current global issues we are all learning to live with. I emailed the company once to make sure my order hadn't been lost. I recieved a quick reply explaining and apologizing for the delay. A short time later my items arrived in the mail. I do hope people will take the dates of the negative reviews into consideration and realize the extenuating circumstances that have undoubtedly led to the delays. Personally, I have nothing but positive things to say about the level of customer service I received and the quality of the product. I am a new customer and will definitely be a repeat customer.

Wish I could review on the product itself. But still waiting for it 3 weeks later. This site advertises $6 shirts then makes it back up in over charging for shipping. I have order stuff from all over the world from electronics to supplements and have never waited this long for something to arrive. They charge for 3-7 day shipping then when it doesnt show up they say of it could take 3 or more weeks for Canadian shipping. And also charge for rush order then cant rush it. These people need to be called out for the crooks they are. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

International orders are usually delivered within 7-14 business days but can take up to 3 weeks if customs chooses to hold the package. Unfortunately, we cannot control if customs may hold a package and we state all of this information online.
Rush Processing is shown at checkout to only affect time in production. Without this option, orders can take multiple business days in production since we make each item to order.

First off, I love this company. Their shirts are decent quality and they have every geeky graphic that my nerdy little heart could possibly desire. That being said, I have just received an order and I had a problem with one of my shirts. Resolution of my problem took all of about 3 hours, from my initial complaint email to the final email from 6 Dollar Shirts letting me know that my replacement item is on the way. I couldn't have gotten better service if I had been face-to-face with a customer service rep, and I will happily order from them again!

While this company likes to blame covid, no other smaller clothing company I have ordered from puts your order on a backlog for months. If I had known that my t-shirts that I ordered in spring, weren't going to show up for summer, I would have spent my money elsewhere.

I saw the ordering process discarded my address and I emailed them immediately. They said they fixed it. Tracking via UPS transferred to USPS and although it shows as delivered to somewhere in TX, US... I never received the package.

I have been dealing with 6dollarshirts.com for quite some time and I have fallen in love with the website, its products and the people who run the show. All my questions and inquiries have been dealt with in a professional manner.
There is one person in particular that I have to give props to and that person is Ariel. She was cognizant and hilarious and took care of my ridiculous requests in a timely fashion. My muscle clinging t-shirt collection is alive and well and 6dollarshirts.com is directly to thank for that.
This site is great in theory, however, I ordered 14 shirts for Christmas for my family, and I ordered them early! They sat on the order longer than promised on their site and I STILL have not received my products! I am so upset because I could not afford much this Christmas. This was the majority of my presents for my family. I put my faith in them and spent most of my Christmas money only to have my order pushed back and I did not receive them before Christmas. I am done with this site and if you are willing to wait an undisclosed amount of time to recieve your packages, this is the site for you!

Ordered 3 shirts 5/18/20 for father's day. 2 weeks before father's day, I still didn't receive shipment information. I contacted the company and they said they got behind because of covid19. They were able to put the shirts into production and shipped them. I got the shirts Thursday before father's day. Great customer service! And the shirts were great! My boyfriend absolutely thought they were great! Thanks again! I will order again!

The shirts are spot on to the sizing chart on their website and I could not have imagined how comfortable they are! I ordered 11 of them on the 16th of September and got them on the 22nd. No problem getting a tracking number when they were shipped, and no problem with the shipping at all. Whenever I need more shirts, I'll definitely be looking to this site again! I was hesitant to order from this company because I needed the shirt in a week and half. I read some reviews about it taking a long time to receive the order, and with it being $6, really felt like it wouldn't be here in time. I emailed costumer service and they assured me that if I gave them the order number, they would make sure I received the shirt in time. I ordered and gave them my order #. The next email was to tell me it had been processed and is shipping out that day. I received the shirt 2 days after putting in my order! I was very impressed. Love the shirt! I will definitely be using this company again.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! We ordered 6 shirts and one was the wrong shirt! So when emailed them preparing to send it back, they quickly replied and said not to worry about it! So not only did the send the shirt I ordered (fast) but we got a free shirt out of the deal! The prices are legit! And we will definitely be broke buying all the shirts we can haha! Seriously! These guys are amazing. Awesome shirt designs, fast shipping, and super super friendly when you need help. They fixed my problem in SECONDS and made it right right away. Excellent quality and excellent service at a price that is AMAZING.
They told me I could get the 10 tees for 50 dollars and also receive the bulk discount. I checked out and it didn't give me both discounts. When I asked to be reimbursed they went back on what they said and told me they couldn't do both. Now they are choosing to ignore me. If they had told me that from the beginning I wouldn't be so pissed about it.

I get their email daily about the $6 shirt of the day and when I see one I like, I order it. I have never had a problem. I get these shirts to hang around in, I mean I live at the beach, and with the daily deal, I am building up a pretty big tshirt wardrobe. I have started sharing them with my daughter and now she loves them too. You cannot find a better deal than a decent tshirt for $6 SHIPPED. I normally get them within a week, but they are only about 5 hours from me so I probably get them sooner than others might who do not live in Florida. The only thing I can say is that I normally wear a womans medium and I have to order an XL or a mens small to get the size right so keep that in mind when ordering. The first one I ordered is still sitting my my drawer because I ordered a medium and it was/is too small.

They asked when i needed and when i said i preferred to receive before father's day, they shipped to make sure i'd get it in time and i sure did!
