I placed an order in January, but it was returned to sender by USPS. Been waiting 2 months for refund. Was offered a partial refund. Will never order from this company again. Update: thankfully I used PayPal for this order and they were able to issue a refund since the company was unwilling to. They refuse to acknowledge their responsibility as a company to provide timely refunds. Reading the negative reviews, it's common for the company to respond by blaming the customer. In this case, it was initially USPS who failed to deliver, but ultimately 6dollar shirts should have offered a refund upon receipt of the returned items. The company name is also misleading. The majority of the shirts are not $6.
Price was very reasonable even with shipping, customer service was quickly responsive, each shirt made INDIVIDUALLY to order, and in the US! Big fan.

Why can't we leave a review with 0 stars, better yet negative 5 stars? We purchased 5 shirts for our son. For a 3x they looked really short out of the box. When my son tried them on they looked like belly shirts. I believe they may have been mislabeled. I was told to ship them back for refund. After spending all told $71 for 5 shirts and twice shipping, they send me an email saying they were washed, no refund. I stand by my statement that they absolutely were NOT WASHED! Why would I wash them when they looked to short out of the box!? Ridiculous! When I responded that was a lie, they are now claiming that the tags were "ripped and freyed." Are you serious?! I've given all emails, a photo my son took 2 hours before I dropped them off at UPS to our family attorney, and he is awaiting the reshipped shirts. I will gladly spend a few more dollars if it protects more people from this company. I can't believe in order to keep from making this right, that they would claim that it would be normal for "quality" shirts to have the tags become ripped and freyed if someone were to wash them even once. Not too bright and certainly not of any sort of integrity. I assume they'll read this and threaten me. Bring it on. The shirts ARE going to be examined by whoever my attorney uses for these kinds of cases along with all the rest of the emails as evidence and we'll see what happens. I tried to quietly hand this but refuse to bow to such a ridiculous allegation in the name of saving a few pennies. On the contrary, I'm happy to spend more and fight for my integrity. Did NOT wash those shirts. And apparently if I had I would've been left with ripped and freyed string according to them. Ha! Can't wait to see where this goes. I'll post more when my attorney gets the results.

For the love of God, even if you order bigger than needed they still will not be right, and even if they are according to them you can expect parts of their product to "rip and frey" with each wash so for the love of God NEVER WASH YOUR SHIRTS! Maybe they should label them dry clean only if even they would say that they will become "ripped and freyed" from washing.

This is one of those rare instances.
We offered to provide a full refund if the shirts were returned without having been worn or washed. In this case:
1. The returned shirts had clearly been washed.
2. Communications from the customer were confrontational from the start, making it difficult to resolve the matter in an efficient and expeditious manner.
3. Our staff has been made to feel threatened and harassed.
We love our customers and are willing to go to great lengths to ensure their satisfaction. We're very disappointed that this case went the way it did, but we'll continue to do our best to serve our customers, the vast majority of whom are reasonable and all-around great folks!
6DollarShirts accomplished something I tried to do (and failed) years ago: create custom, funny, witty, and attitude-based torso covers for people with personality. And the caveat? They make it affordable. With the average 'band shirt' going about $25, T-Shirt Hell shirts averaging about $18 and any person with a pop culture idea can hock one on CafePress for over $20, but why when you can score three high quality shirts for the price of one (plus shipping, of course)? Not every shirt is going to pertain to your taste, but that's the magic of their designs. I can rock a Biggie parody tee and my girlfriend is totally cool with the ADHD (poking fun at ACDC) band shirt. Scoring ten shirts for $50 is a deal even if shipping sets you back a little extra.
Of the two order mistakes I've had (and I have been a customer for over 5 years), each time the customer service department was literally on point. I work in a similar job setting and I can say that both times, they handled the mistakes as quickly and efficiently as I do at my company, and we pride ourselves on customer service. Ariel Wilson, the most recent customer service rep who assisted me, was lightning fast, professional, courteous, TO THE POINT and had my correct t-shirt shipped out the next day. Mistakes happen in every business, that's the human element to business, but it's how you handle it that truly makes your business top shelf--6 Dollar Shirts are the boss of bosses when it comes to customer satisfaction.

(I'd say 100% but I am a sucker for my obscure licensed music/TV-related attire).

Check out their Daily Tee promotion. Every day they give out a few t-shirts for free (you pay the shipping which is $2) if you happen to stumble upon the promo code. I've gotten a few unexpected t-shirts this way. Also, click on their "Other Stuff" link for some funny random merchandise that bodes well for the oddball friend as a gift or something to spice up your office.

I had been browsing 6 Dollar Shirts for a while now and finally decided to pull the trigger when they discontinued one of my favorite shirts (USA - Back to Back World Champs!) I was bummed and didn't want to miss out on any others, so I ordered several t-shirts, 10 to be exact and one bumpersticker. 10 shirts for $50 - there is no better deal out there. Check out was simple, and once it was done, I just sat back and waited for my shirts. They even sent me a UPS tracking notification so I knew when to expect them. When they arrived, they were quality and feel of the shirts was better than expected. I ordered mostly heathered shirts and they are so soft and comfortable. The fit is just right on them, order according to your standard size - you won't be disappointed. I did notice that the bumper sticker wasn't in the package and one of the shirts I ordered was a ladies large and not a mens large. (THAT WAS MY FAULT) I did that though, and take full responsibility. I quickly emailed their customer service and explained my situation and asked if I could send the shirt back and exchange or what I could do to possibly get the correct shirt and see if they would send out the bumper sticker. Within 12 hours I had an emailed response apologizing for the missing bumper sticker (just an oversight I am sure) and an offer to send out another shirt to replace the wrong one (despite the fact that the error was mine, not theirs!) Within a few days, they both arrived with an extra bonus surprise in the package. What a great company all the way around. Great product, extremely helpful customer service, wonderful prices and a superb product. Thanks so much, I will definitely be ordering again.
