Their site could not process my $30 order
Called their support line. The over seas staff had a radio blasting in back ground. I asked her to turn it off but she ignored my request
She switched me to pay by phone that did not work as well. I have bought 150 items from AMZ this year using the same cards and address. With no issues.
I canceled the order and will never waste my time again.

Horrible returns process—HUGE waste of money
December 26, 2021

I bought a small pair of sandals which they shipped floating around with a square of tissue paper in a humongous oversized "recycled" box big enough to fit 3 cats in. (Approx. 10"x12"x15".) No shoe box, no envelope, no plastic bag, just the naked shoes themselves and a 6" square of tissue paper in the massive box.

The shoes did not fit at all and since they demand that you return items in the "original packaging", I ended up having to pay $15 to ship them back via FedEx Ground which also required a special trip to a FedEx office, since the daily Fedex pickup at my workplace does not include any Fedex Ground shipping. An hour of my life and $15 wasted. I'll never order from them again because of that.

They don't sell what they list

They are misrepresenting the merchandise. The measurement for size M is the same with XXL, I guess something missing here... They cost me extra time and I promised myself that I will never shop at 6 PM again. Also, they are keeping my payment while it was totally 6Pm's fault to sell misrepresented items... They are also daring enough to threaten me by saying UPS will charge extra if I don't seal the box and they sent me an email saying: "to seal it back up with sturdy tape"? Do they provide the tape? How about my time? What kind of customer service is this, WOWWW... Why should I spend my time fixing their mistakes, when I have a lot of other things that I have to do...
It was a good site once upon a time, but not anymore...

In the description, the measurements list what the model is wearing which is Medium. This will be different if you purchase a larger size than what the model is wearing. All refunds will be issued once the return is sent back to the fulfillment center which takes between 24-48 hours. The following link is a guide to our return policy.

Worst return policy ever!

Please don't trust 6pm with your Christmas gifts! They take weeks to get your money back and you have to try and reorder again, paying twice for one item that will not arrive on time! Rude customer service

Shop elsewhere! Too many other online companies offer free shipping and free returns, do yourself a favor and go with them. It's a huge inconvenience physically and monetarily to purchase shoes for $120 and then pay more to ship them back if they don't fit right or for any other reason. I didn't read the small print. Hoping I help someone else before they make the purchase.

I'm sorry that you've been waiting a long time for your refund. Typically it should take 1 week for the item to get back to our returns center. Then 72 business hours for processing. Once we issue a refund, your financial institution may take 2-10 business days to reflect on your account (up to 30 days for international credit cards). I had a very bad experience for the first time!

I had a very bad experience for the first time. I didn't receive my jacket and a bag for my Mom's birthday! I was expecting the parcel in 5 business days as the website says. So I never received it until now. Customer support confirmed that they did not deliver the package to ME and refused to return my money back. I think I would never recommend this site to anyone.

You have to pay return shipping

Although 6pm is owned by Zappos, which has outstanding customer service and a free return policy, 6pm requires you to pay for return shipping. Essentially, I just paid $17 to try on a pair of boots. I won't be doing that again - ever. I'm sticking to Zappos from now on. :(

I ordered 3pairs of shoes on June 25th that I was expecting in 3-5 business days as their website says(and I bought them for a trip I had to Africa on july 12th. So I never received my shoes until now, I've been sending emails but never got a reply, they just keep on sending me emails of deals, but never respond to my emails! Now I don't know what to do!
